    I first had an appointment on 07/01/2016 at 9-11am window. After waiting 30 minutes I got a call from the company and they said that the technician's truck broke down and would I like to reschedule because they do not know how long it will take before he can get to my house. So I rescheduled for 07/05/2016 between 2 and 4pm. I waited for an hour and called them to get an ETA on the technician's arrival time, at this point the office told me that he was running late and it would be closer to 5 pm. I decided to go home (since the a/c service was for the house we are moving to but are not yet living in) and told them to call me when he was 15 minutes away. At 5pm I got the call that the technician was on his way so my son and I headed back to the new house and had to wait for another 30 mins for the technician to finally arrive. After 4 phone calls, and 4 hours of waiting, the technician Donovan diagnosed my a/c in 5 minutes, and never even apologized for his late arrival. I understand that things happen and sometimes jobs are more complicated than expected, however the customer should always be updated by the technician and the everyone at the company should at least apologize for the inconvenience to the customer. If that had been the case I probably would not be writing this review.

    The tech was Coty Wilson, was professional and courteous, and he showed up right on time. The oven receptacle was OK but the dryer receptacle needed to be rewired. The work was done quickly and correctly. He volunteered the info that I was paying for one hour of work and did I want him to do anything else or to check any other receptacles.

    From the initial service call and analysis by Nathan, it went very well. Nathan found the true reason for the A/C not operating as it should. He read the notes from the inferior A/C service that was there earlier that day and tried to make sense of his findings. I mentioned to Nathan about my interest in the Air Knight system, and Nathan said Kalos is a certified installer of that unit. It was like a match made in heaven. The system is now back up to 100% on cooling our home, as well as the AIR Knight making sure that the air my family breathes is now much cleaner.

    We have lived in our home for 2 years and knew nothing about the history of our AC unit. Even though we weren't having problems, we decided to have it checked out. Called several companies and got prices from $49 to $79 for same service. Decided on CCC based on A ratings on Angie's list. Charles, the AC tech showed up 10 minutes late, but called to let me know this was the case. He was very polite, friendly and professional. Spent 2 hours inspecting our unit and we were pleased when he said that everything was in good working order for the 10 year age of the system. Did not try to up sell us or find problems where none existed. Very pleased with service.

    Scheduled an appointment with provider for 9/9/2014.  Provider called in advance to give us his ETA.  Provider arrived on time. Performed a full A/C tune-up and gave us a full A/C report.  We were very satisfied with the provider's efficiency and professionalism.  We will definitely be calling this provider back to do our regular A/C maintenance.

    New Mount Dora residents... don't know a soul. Wanted a local service provider. Called at 8:00 on a Saturday morning and had a very knowledgable tech (John) at the house by 10:30. John identified the problem within a minute or two as a weak capacitor that is used to start the fan motor and we had great AC within five minutes of his arrival. John took the time to explain what happened and also gave us some great tips for our own periodic maintenance efforts to keep the system operating at peak efficiency.
