    My AARP Medicare Select Plan F paid for everything (procedure, labs, follow-ups). I am so glad that I have this plan. Total cost was over $13,000..I had no costs, co-pays, etc.

    AETNA has been the best coverage I've had in a long time. Even for a group plan it doesn't come cheap, but it really is a great company with excellent coverage and customer service.  I've been with them now for 3 years and don't want to change carriers. Of course, Obama says I won't have to, but we all know he lied then and he's lying now.

    have been a subscriber since 2001 as a state of Florida employee, and do not believe we have had any issues, price is what it is, but piece of mind knowing you have that in case something should happen, especially with a teenage boy!

    I have been with this company for years and while they have done a reasonably good job, things have been going downhill a bit the last several years. Possibly this is occurring with them all due to the wonderful legislation that is going into effect soon, I really don't know. All I can say is do all the research you can if you are shopping for individual coverage and are healthy. Once you have a problem, you are stuck for the time being.

    We've used them for 4 or 5 years. The only problem we've had was up until this year they kept raising their rate about 6 percent per year even though the cost of living kept dropping. This year they actually lowered our premium $1.50 a month in January which pleased us. We still pay about $450 a month for my wife and me. They are not very competitive. They are the only HMO type in Florida. They do have some good benefits. I just got some new hearing aids and they paid $2,000, which was a good deal.

    Service is what we expected. Their prices are very high, and continually go up every year even if not many of the services where being used. Their 800 number is pretty good to reach someone for a problem. They could be better in sending their ID cards out and also about keeping their site updated.

    As stated, I  used them for a 2014 plan and initially renewed for 2015. Marketplace had everything correct on it's end, but for some unexplained reason, BCBS cancelled my 2015 plan when the 2014 plans were termed (3 weeks LATER than the end of 2014!).Again the Marketplace  had the correct information and even re-sent the termination information when I contacted them about the fact that 2014 plan was still listed active on BCBS side. So BCBS termed not only my 2014 plan late, they termed my 2015 plan even though I was paid up through end of month! So now I have NO insurance until the Feb1. My advice -  since they apparently are so overwhelmed with enrollees that they can not keep up with updates, choose someone else. It is a shame, as the product itself was very good.

    Policy price was competitive. Firm unable to accommodate on-line bill payment requiring monthly check writing regime unlike all other service providers (Utilities, credit cards, etc.) which I pay via on-line banking. Beyond that,  apparently as with others in this space, received unwieldy long and difficult to understand policy documentation mailings. Changes were made but not highlighted to assure easy content I.D.
