    Worst dry cleaning service! They ruined all my shirts and I complained she was very very rude. She told me if you have a complaints just leave the store. She said no cleaning is done at her store so she doesn't have control over whatever happens to your clothes!!!

    When I dropped off the golf shirts I specifically stated they should be dry cleaned and I was charged dry cleaning prices.  However, upon picking them up it was easily apparent that they were laundered.  1) I told the clerk that these are expensive golf shirts that have never, ever been laundered, so it was very obvious to me they had not been dry cleaned  2) and that the colors are now faded and the fabric has shrunk and been reduced to a sloppy mess.  3) and I said it was obvious they were laundered - not dry cleaned.  The clerk denied them being laundered even though I made the points above plus the fact there was no dry clean chemical odor, which is released upon opening a bag, and the owner stood by silently while all this took place.  I had no choice but to pay my ticket (at dry clean prices even though they were laundered but more importantly ruined) in order to get the clothing back.  In all my years of having our clothes dry cleaned this has never happened, and I have lived in five other states besides Florida.  Learn from my mistake and find yourself a respectable business to patronize.

    For the past month my clothes have been coming back stained or uncleaned (even though they were ironed). I have wanted to give them an opportunity to correct the problem, but instead of fixing the stains or offering to replace the clothing, they just added harsher chemicals that basically ruined the garments. Their policy is to not refund any money if you take the clothes out of the store without reviewing for damage first, so their customer service is NONE! Like I said, I tried to give them a chance, but they keep making the same mistakes and they have ruined enough of my clothing. WORD TO THE WISE...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

    They are really good. We have been their customers for over ten years and they come every week. They call me on Monday with a reminder and then come on Tuesday morning to pick it up and then they drop it off the next day in my house. It is free delivery and pickup. They have been doing my husband’s business shirts for over ten years. Nothing has ever been ruined. We have never had a problem with the billing. They are always personable and friendly. They are unbelievable. We would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

    They are all locally owned franchises. They have twenty four hour drop off and pick up. They have an automated dry cleaning system. They are always doing new deals and offers to bring in business. Everyone in the shop is very friendly.

    I dropped off the slacks and tie late on a Saturday afternoon and picked them up somewhat early the following Saturday morning, so they have good hours. When I dropped the items off on Saturday, the employee informed me that the items would be ready by the following Monday, so they had a good turn-around time as well. When I picked up the two items, the stains were removed from the slacks, but there were wrinkles in several places on the slacks. The stain on the tie did not come out. However, I was not told the stain could not come out. Also, I hate the way this cleaners clips tags to the garments. On the tie, they also tore the loop, but it didn't matter, since the tie was ruined anyway. I had MUCH better luck in price and quality from other cleaners in the area. Although, I have to say Dry Clean USA has the fastest turn-around time of any of the other dry cleaners that I've used.

    I always brought clothes in with instructions such as "do not crease suit jacket sleeves" and "do not crease blouses." Despite that, nearly every order contained some garments that had to be re-pressed once or even twice. Dorothy, who was usually at the front desk, was unfailingly polite and helpful. She began to route my garments to Keith to ensure that orders were followed; this helped to an extent, but did not resolve the problem. The final straw was when a sweater set was returned to me shrunken from a size medium to approximately a petite small. I returned the garments and explained the problem to Dorothy, who said she would "send them back." When I next picked up the garments, there was no change in their status: re-pressing, after all, cannot expand the fibers to original condition. I brought the sweater set back again, with another sweater set from the same manufacturer for comparison: that other sweater set had been cleaned by Prestige before, but had not been included in the offending batch. This time I asked that they honor their "Satisfaction Guaranteed" pledge. Mohammad, one of the Bashir brothers who was behind the counter at this visit, accused me of having laundered the garments, maintained that Prestige "never" makes mistakes, and was generally loud, abrasive, accusatory, rude, and hostile. I left, and began a campaign to reach the owner, a feat in itself. After much difficulty, I reached Al Bashir, who identified himself as the owner. He offered to stretch the garment, but assumed no responsibility for the shrinkage. I reminded him of his well-advertised "Satisfaction Guaranteed" pledge to customers. For me, satisfaction would have been to pay for the sweater set he damaged and I had replaced, especially in light of my longevity as a customer. He did not even offer to reimburse me for the cleaning. I have learned along this journey that dry cleaners are taught in training that once a customer has decided to use a particular establishment, the customer will put up with a great deal before patience is exhausted, and that is superb insurance for this industry. I have also learned that perc in the wrong proportions can shrink clothes; so can steam pressing if the steam is too hot or applied for too long. I have since found other garments from the same cleaning batch that were shrunk to a point that they must be replaced. A little honest or collaboration on terms of satisfaction would have been appreciated, and I would have continued to endure the predictable routine of return of garments for re-pressing. However, the sheer arrogance of this establishment provided the impetus I needed to move on. I have since discovered a different dry cleaner, which so far has excelled in its performance, and who boasts many Prestige Cleaners refugees as their current customers. Caveat emptor.
