AAffordable Bee And Critter SolutionsMarcelo came within 3 hours of my call. I am allergic to Bees and had them inside and outside my bathroom window. He found no nest and He reassured me they were not actually Bees or Wasps but a species variant that would not harm me. The insects were dead by their own attempt to escape the glass so he did not charge me for the visit :) But he inspected the outside of the house just to be sure...

ANuisance Wildlife RemovalExamined attic and determined that rats were in and out of the attic. Put rat poison in the attic? Returned a week later to make sure there were no rats in the attic and then sealed up all entry points. Guaranteed work and will return if necessary at no cost to me.

AAFFORDABLE PEST CONTROLThere was a soffic problem where animals were getting in. They fabricated some metal and closed up the opening in the soffic. BPest Eliminators IncThe services seemed to be effective, as we did not have any problem with indoor pests. However, after the initial one-time treatment when they sold us the annual contract, the company did not communicate with us; that is, they did not call in advance to schedule or even give advance notice that they were coming, and did not give us reports after they provided services. On one subsequent visit (the last one under the service contract) the technician did knock on the door and tell us he was there. We told him about a specific insect we noticed was plentiful in the back yard. He did his service and left without speaking to us again or leaving a report, but the insect population in the back yard seemed to decline significantly. In fairness, we did not attempt at any point to contact them to ask for any extra service or information, but would have preferred they be more proactive in keeping us informed.
