    All systems are working properly. Only issue is their billing dept. They are charging me for services that they say were for 17 months ago. I have spent hours on the phone and more hours looking up past records. After I found that I did pay for the months that they said I did not pay for, they changed it to other months. They say that they will look into it, but then nobody calls back. If you use this company, don't allow them to convince you to set up auto payments, since they think they have cart blanch for charging you for things you already paid for and they leave it up to you to look through all your records to confirm that you already paid the bill.

    I originally signed up for self-installation to save money but I did not find the installation to be intuitive and the provided instructions were minimal. I elected to have Uxari do the installation. The installer was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He made installation recommendations that would never have occurred to me. Great job! Be cautious about choosing to do it yourself unless you're pretty knowledgeable about laying out a security system.

    After installation I had occasion to seek tech support and their tech support was nothing short of outstanding.

    This company tries to intimidate you that you need their services before the insurance company will deal with you and if you do not use them, your claim will be denied. All they did was put in fans but when it rained more water came in so the fans were useless. But they billed the insurance company over $500 for 24 hours of fans! I would not recommend this company.

    They were here within several hours and promptly got to work. They had to move furniture and had to remove baseboards and some door trim due to excessive water damage. Some of the carpet padding had to be removed as well.  They discarded all the wet items and set up de-humidifiers and fans to dry out the office area.  They came back for several days to check it out and when the office and bathroom were dry, the took their equipment out and set all of the furniture back and hooked up all of our office equipment.

    FP Property Restoration
    I suspected we had a mold issue and contacted FP Property Restoration. Steve came out Friday 1/22/16. He took air samples and left a power HEPA filter machine. He told us he would have the test results Tuesday morning and would bring a thermal meter to measure the moisture. Called him Tuesday morning - he did not have test results but would be back Tuesday afternoon. He did not show or return my phone call. Wednesday same thing - no Steve or even a phone call. Office said he was in a meeting. He finally called back Wednesday evening and could not understand why we were upset. Told him I would hire a more responsible contractor and to pick up his machine. He sent someone else on Thursday to pick up his filter machine.

    Provider (Robert) owner said he would have his crew go and check out the gutter problem and call me back with an assessment. I kept having to call him repeatedly. He finally returned my many calls and indicated that his crew cleaned all gutters and that he needed to use a gutter company that he worked with to repair the gutter which needed to have the pitch corrected. He indicated they (gutter company) were busy (and he was at their mercy for availability) but he  would keep me informed when this could take place as I am currently living out of town in school. Weeks went by and I phoned regularly only to get one excuse after another. Then I find out Robert was on vacation and the office knew nothing about the status of my job and needed to speak with Robert. I told them not to bother him on vacation and found it difficult to believe that no one knew about this job.  Upon his return it took nearly another week for Robert to call me back after multiple calls to him which went unanswered. He indicated the work was completed, gutter repaired and that it cost him $550 dollars (more than he had quoted for the work) to repair the gutter. My husband went to Chicago on 10/18 and saw that the same weeds he had seen 6 weeks prior were still in the gutter and there were now holes in the gutter. I once again contacted Robert with a picture of said gutter with weeds via text. No response from him, no surprise there. My tenant indicated that some random guys came late one day and removed the weeds. To sum it up, to date, I have no bill which outlines exactly what work Robert claimed was completed by either his employees or a third party gutter company. The work was not done other than perhaps removal of weeds. Fast forward to today, I still need to have the work done and have lost 6 weeks. What is disappointing is that I was a repeat customer with this company and had previously hired them for a big job. This company is only interested when you write big checks, smaller jobs are not treated with the same professionalism or sense of urgency. Simply put the work was not done completely or in a timely manner, I had to call repeatedly only to receive one excuse after another and I can honestly say I have no idea what work was done and now my gutter is damaged with holes in addition to the pitch issue. Very poor customer service.

     UPDATE: I filed a dispute on Angie's List and the company responded that they visited my house many times and completed the work. I travelled to Chicago on 11/6 to hire a company and oversee the work. As I stood there the entire time the gutter crew was there, the black sludge and debris that came out of the gutter was immense. Also, the gutter (25 foot) was being held up with only 4 straps and the gutter was buckling in the middle due to the lack of support straps. So, the work was NOT done, and I can't say one way or the other when the company actually came to my home, as the follow up was very poor, but I can tell you that nothing that I was told was completed beyond coming to take a few weeds out of the gutter only after I sent Robert a picture of the weeds (which was literally days after he claims the job was completed).  It is pretty easy for the company to claim that it sent people to my home where there is no one to refute it except the proof is what I saw with my own two eyes, texts, pictures and numerous phone calls I placed. I believe the company sent someone initially to assess and once again after I called the owner out for claiming all work was done when the picture clearly showed the contrary. This company only cares if you write a big check.. In my book that is dishonest and what gives contractors a bad name. This company refused to resolve the matter. Not even an apology. Hire at your own risk.

    I have called next plumbing on Friday around 11:30 pm. I was surprised that someone answered. She was very nice on the phone. I told her my issue about the leak in my bathroom wall that we just found out. She told me to not to worry she is sending Tom in an hour. Tom arrived in less than an hour and start to worked. He had found the source of the leak and able to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and very polite to us knowing its late at night. He had wear his shoe protector which I never see any other service company did that before. Cleaned after his repairs was completed. My experience with next plumbing was amazing. Will definitely recommend to anyone that I know that needs a plumber. Kudos next plumbing!

    I went to start my car and key would not turn . called a mechanic and he said he would have to pull out whole dash and replace entire ignition plus have car towed to him. after calling rich he came right out .when he assessed the situation he felt he could help me. he drilled out the locking mechanism in my ignition and repaired it and also gave me 2 new keys. he determained that the dealership cut the keys wrong last month when I got them replaced witch caused the damage. I can not thank Rich enough!!! keep up the outstanding work!!

    Work was done quickly and professionally. Based on other reviews, I was present for the entire process, which took about 6 hours with three workmen. They would have replaced the insulation with R13 instead of R30. I caught the mistake, and they installed R30. I would use them again AND I would oversee the job.

    The locksmith was punctual and efficient.  He installed the deadbolts quickly and cleaned up the sawdust from coring out the door completely.  I will certainly be calling on Lee's again when I need a locksmith in the future.
