    I totally recommend Above and Beyond AC/Heat. From the estimate through the entire process it was a very good experience. I got estimates from the big box stores and several independent companies. A/B's estimate was prompt, detailed and one of the best. The work was performed as scheduled. The crew was polite and efficient and I'm pleased with the performance of the unit. They even helped out with a small problem on my other unit at no charge. There was a small problem a week after and they were there within 24 hours to address it. Very responsive - very professional. That was several months ago and all good ever since. Once again, I very much recommend them if you need AC/Heat help and I would definitely call them again if I need to replace another unit in the future.

    Great! The company that installed the air handler could not figure out what the problem was. When a Kalos technician arrived to inspect the unit, he knew right away what the problem was. Another technician came out right away and fixed the air handler and now it works fine.

    Called and spoke with a live person at 11:10 pm on a Saturday when I realized that my ac was not cooling my home.  I was told that my call out window would be 2 hours 11:30pm to 1:30am.  (If I had waited till the next day my window increased to 4 hours, thought better just to get it done sooner, less wait)  By 11:35pm I had a technician call me and tell me he was on the road and would be here in 30 min.  After arrival he tested to make sure the unit was getting power, and determined that the condenser fan motor had burned out and needed replaced.  He had the part on his truck, quoted me a price and began working.  Although I rated price was only a "B" I would feel that way for anything I have to "Pay for", and after googling cost to replace found that it was the average cost.  I did have to pay for the diagnostic fee in addition to the motor and install cost.  All was complete in 2 hours. He did a once over my complete system and was on his way.  System has been on cooling quite nicely.  Thank you

    Tony arrived on time and went right to work. He discovered the problem, advised me of the repair, as well as the costs. When he was finished, the AC was working fine, but there was a red "code" light blinking that would not shut off. Tony promised me he would contact the manufacturer and return the next day, a Saturday, to reset the red light. He came out as scheduled, reset the system and now everything is back up and running like new. He was very professional, knowledgeable and did the little extra things that make you want to call him back the next time you have a problem. From a different perspective, I handled most of the "business" end of this arrangement with Anita in their office. From the beginning phone conversation, she was friendly and very helpful. I had an issue with my original credit card payment and it needed to be refunded. She promised me she would stay on top of it to make sure I got credit for the billing and she sure did. Several days later she called me to let me know she had not heard back from the credit card folks and wanted to make sure they had treated me fairly. I had forgotten about it. Thanks to Anita for the "prompt" to my memory. I checked things out today and all is right with my credit card. Thanks Tony and Anita for making me feel like a valued customer!

    I called Riffle's when referred by a friend to get another quote on a whole new system because 2 previous companies both said the problem with the unit wasn't repairable - I would have to purchase a new coil (L&M about $2000) or buy a whole new system. I had resigned to getting a whole new system. When I spoke with Victor, he gave me an excellent price on a new system and then he asked me why I was wanting one. I explained everything that had happened since the previous Friday night when we lost a/c and what the service techs from the other companies had said. He said "I can fix that" and said he'd have someone out the next day. Sure enough, his guy fixed it and we have wonderful a/c again! Riffle's is now my go-to company for HVAC and I will let everyone I know to use them too. Honesty, integrity and excellent service!

    Everything went splendidly, and we would highly recommend.  Being a new customer, we thought that it would take a couple of days for them to come out, but we were told that they would be out in the afternoon around 1 p.m. for the service call.
    Heather followed up to let us know that the technician would be later, around 4, which he promptly arrived around 3:30.  Jason, was wonderful.  He found that the problem was the newly installed thermostat and the programming on the heat pump were not correct.  After a while, and matching the thermostat to the programming on the unit, the heat worked perfectly.
    Highly recommended for their promptness, honesty, and respectfulness in our home!!!

    Being a DIY wannabe, I followed Julio (tech) to try to learn more about what I could do and what I needed the professionals to do.  He was very helpful and did not mind me asking questions.  All said and done, I found out that I needed a couple of pounds of coolant which was not covered under the tune-up cost which was expected. The cost of coolant was a reasonable $45/pound which seems to be the going rate. 

    My first inclination for getting the tune up was that my electric bill had gone up about 20% this past month which was the highest I had over the past five years.  Paying less than $200 total to have the unit serviced (only service in the 5.5 years) seemed to be a good price.

    I would definitely use Global Cooling again!
