    Tesla Windows
Very well, no issues. I was stressed a bit during the demolition because Ive spent my life repairing things and I cannot willfully destroy a perfectly working apparatus w/o causing issue. I work on multi-million dollar stat of the art medical imaging systems, repaired multi-million dollar state of the art weapon systems. So when I take apart something its with specific details and watching these guys destroy the old windows and doors didnt sit well with me. Sorry just me. I think there is a methodical way of doing things and I think it applies to all removal processes. Yes, have an issue with the property brothers also.

I had 4 different quotes. price quotes from $3,850 to $34,500. The 2 middle quotes were$10,500 and $13,500. Fokers were the $ 34,500 quote. This was for 7 sliding glass doors. This wa to replace 7 standard sliding glass doors.

    EcoView Windows, Doors, and Siding
Everything went very smoothly. The windows were ordered, made, and installed without any problems. The one little issue was the hurricane cloth was sent without grommets. The fabric went back to the factory, had the grommets put in, and they were installed without any problems. The company is very easy to deal with. Phone calls are returned promptly and everyone is friendly.

    Majors Home Improvement
On 1/30/17 we met with their Installation Representative (James Bond) for the work assessment. He gave us a price of $29, 259 and added the full amount had to be paid that day. He also said that the job would take 4-5 days, which turned into four months! In addition he said our new bamboo kitchen floor would be completely covered to prevent damage. When the installer arrived he used flattened cardboard boxes to partially cover our new floor. When it was obvious that he was not going to cover the entire floor, I provided RAMBOARD floor covering which he used from then on. On April 15th (approx.) Majors office called to say the materials were in and they desired to set an installation date. The date May 1, 2007 was agreed upon and we were told to empty all the cabinets before that date. On April 27th Mike Keho (Majors) called to inform us that they were running behind schedule and wanted to reschedule the starting date to May 8th. He also informed us that two installers, Adam and Branden, would be doing the installation. Note: we had already started emptying our cabinets! On May 8th only Adam showed up and said he was told to do the job alone. Adam told us the job would take at least three weeks, not the 4-5 days the Installation Rep. promised us. He spent two hours doing an inventory of the parts for our job and discovered that a number of pieces were missing and that he had ordered them by phone. This inventory should have been done when the parts arrived three week ago! I called Mike Keho and complained that only one installer had shown up for the job, not two as he had promised a few days earlier. He said they had too much work to put two men on our job. I then called Mike Majors, the company president, and he appeared to have be totally disinterested with my complaint. He didn't sound anything like he appears in his company TV add! May 11, 2017 Majors' installer Brandon showed up to assist Adam for a few days. May 18th, 2017 Adam said he had completed what work he could do until the missing parts arrived. A few weeks later Adam called to say the parts were in and he came and installed them. At that time my wife discovered that one of the doors had a 5 1/2 inch long imperfection. I asked Adam if he could repair the imperfection and he said no, but he would order a new door. From this date until August 25th we received a monthly excuse from Mike Keho about the problems getting a new door. On August 25th I received a phone call stating that the new door arrived in good condition and that Adam could install it on Aug.31st or Sept. 1st and I chose Friday, September 1st. August 28th I called Mike Keho to confirm that Friday, Sept 1st was the date for installing the final door and he started equivocating about Sept 8th. It was at this point that I called my attorney to contact them, and without any notice Adam showed up at 8 am on Sept. 1st to finish the job!! Outside of Adam, we were never shown any consideration during this whole episode!! I wouldn't recommend Majors for anything!!

    Lee's Glass and Window Works
Lee?s Glass replaced our old windows and installed beautiful and bright Schwinco Impact Resistant and low E windows.  The price was lower than the other bids for our 23 windows, and from the exact same manufacturer.  The installers were clean and respectful of our flower beds and house.  They removed the old glass from the windows and cleanly collapsed and removed the old, aluminum frames, and then installed our new windows, rear door, and rear french door, which were also impact resistant.  The project took two and one half day, and each day they cleaned inside and out-the house looked as it had when they first arrived, just with new, beautiful and bright windows.  We could not have been more pleased with our choice of windows and installers.  We highly recommend Lee's Glass and already have to our neighbors and friends.

    Hometown Contractors, Inc.
Disappointed in timeliness and communication. Quality of work was incredible. They used a front end loader/tractor to bring in sand for the cement foundation and drove over the water main box causing me $200.00 in plumbing repairs. Workers would show up late (9:15-10:15) the leave early (2:00-3:00). Some days and weeks nobody showed up at all and no calls from HTC to let me know what was going on. Nearly all communications were because I called them to report errors or to find out what was going on. The work quality of the construction team, electrician, brick layer and cement guys was excellent, when they showed up.

    Shinebright Windows
On time arrival, completed a walk-around, provided estimate for additional services, such as windows over windows. Started work, removed all screens, cleaned each window and patio door, cleaned sills. Later we walked around and checked all work was completed correctly. Over all an excellent contractor, cleaned up after work was completed.

This company was very professional.  We had four estimates completed for our project and this was the second best.  Their price was slightly higher than the company that we chose.  When they called to follow-up, they did offer to match the price of the window installation if we also did the siding but we had already signed a contract with the selected provider.  While we did not select themf for our current project, we would consider using this company in the future.

IT WENT EXACTLY AS JAMES SAID IT WOULD. TOOK 1 WEEK TO COMPLETE. DID A FABULOUS JOB, FROM BEGINNING TO END. TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN WHY AND WHAT HE WOULD BE DOING AS JOB PROGRESSED. I NOW HAVE A BEAUTIFULFLORIDA ROOM WITH 2 WINDOWS ON EACH SIDE, 2 WINDOWS IN BACKWITH A GLASS STORM DOOR IN THE MIDDLE WITH A DOGGIE DOOR AT THE BOTTOM. WHICH HE SAID HE WOULD DO EVEN AFTER QUOTING THE PRICE FOR THE JOB. IN ADDITION HE INSTALLED A NEW A/C INTO A WINDOW OF OUR HOUSE AT NO EXTRA COST. THISIS THE TYPE OFCONTRACTOR YOU HOPE TO FIND. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDANYBODY TO HIREJAMKIE ENTERPRISES, LLCFOR THIS TYPE OF JOB.

After a few years I noticed the window sill had pulled away from the window and there was a small amount of mildew.  I removed the window sill and found some rotted wood. I emailed Mike and he sent a crew out to check it out. It was determined that the original installers had accidentally put a small hole in the window frame which went undetected. Mike took care of the framing and installed a completly new window. I am pleased to work with a company that stands behind their product and workmanship.
