    Bill Walther Roofing Inc.
Went very smoothly. Worked with Glen and John on estimates and chose the shingle we wanted. Signed the contract, county permit was obtained and job was scheduled. They started on time. The crew worked from daylight to dusk completing the job in two and a half working days. Total time on site was three and a half days due to rain preventing work on the second day (no leaks noticed). Cleanup was thorough and crew members were professional and respectful. No money was requested until the job was completed to our satisfaction. Their estimate was comparable to another company.

Great company and all personnel I met were great to do business with. I enjoyed all conversations about the product and the manner they went about doing it. They were there on time and finished ahead of schedule

To date I have had 3 roofs installed by these guys. All three have been metal roofs. They also installed my neighbors shingle roof based off of my recommendation. On the metal roofs, two were the normal screw down types, and on my personal home I went with standing seam. Those in the know, know that standing seem is the most labor intensive and requires the most skill to do properly. I researched and found these guys on Angies list. I called them based on their reviews on Angies list. I had them come out and give me an estimate for a shingle roof initially. There price was good and the guy I had spoken with was knowledgeable. I got estimates and spoke with 4 other roofers I found on Angies list. They were the best priced and I got a good feeling from their sales rep. I later met with the owner as I was deciding to go with a metal roof. Got estimates and started researching metal roofs. I probably changed my mind several times through my research. I felt confident the owner was very knowledgeable and a strait shooter. I ended up going standing seam. I researched it heavily through YouTube, so I would know how everything was supposed to be done. The whole standing seam install take a few weeks. I ended up talking a lot with the employees as well as watching how they did the install. Everything was done exactly as I had research it should be. Brian and his guys came out and did a wonderful job on the roof. I couldnt be happier honestly. I am a knit picky person about how things should be done too. They did the standing seam install in 2017. I have had two screw down roofs installed by Quality Roofing since my standing seam roofs. The most recent being in February 2019. They both came out perfect as well. All the screws are in straight lines. They look perfect. Couldnt be happier with these installs either. They also did a very nice job on my neighbors shingle roof. The only thing that could be considered negative about them, is the fact that they are busy. Honestly, that cant be a strike because they do good work, so they should be busy. I have been very impressed with everyone I have dealt with at Quality Roofing. From the guys on the job acting professionally, to the office staff, and the owner. They will be getting all of my future roofing work.

    Quality Roofing Solutions LLC
I started looking for a roofing company in July of 2018. Found Quality Roofing Solutions, to be among the best in my area.. WHAT HAPPEN? I was set up for the last week of Aug. 2018. That was changed to the first week of Sept. 2018, then changed to the next week, then changed again and again. All due to the weather. Understandable! I'm good with this so far. Then on Wed, 9 days before the roof was suppose to be put on. A huge equipment truck, with shingles, wood, nails, etc... and ladders going up against my mother in laws home. Really loud banging from everything being thrown on her roof. Now remember this is 9 days early! No phone call that this was going to be done. My mother in law was still sleeping to be woken up by these sounds. I had to call work and let them know that I was not coming in due to this. Since no one was expecting this, this was very upsetting for all of us. Now, the roofers who are suppose to be at the house doing the roof, are a no call and no show. I call the office, and spoke with someone so rude, if I had talk to her first, I would have never NEVER hired this company. She is totally incompetent in her job. I explained about the roofer, and she had no idea that I was suppose to be having a roof put on today. Remember now, I have all the materials on my roof now for 9 days. The front end person doesn't even known this. When I complained about the materials, and not being called first to let us know that this was going to be happening. The front end person stated that that the materials had to be put up there a day before the install of the roof, and that we should have expected that. I explained to her that it was 9 days early, not the day before! But, all of that was besides the point, where is the roofers? The front end person Ms. "W" even stated to me that if I didn't like it, she could have them come by and pick it off my roof, and cancel this job. I wish I had taken her up on this offer! Ms. "W" had someone from the company to call me and he came to my home. This contractor said his men would be out today at my home by noon.. Well, noon rolled around, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm went and came and no one was there. My husband called this contractor and he promised someone would be out there by 4pm. and 2 men showed up and worked until 7:30PM. They showed up for the next 3 days and the job was completed. Great work from these men!! Now, it's time to pay them. I had sent an email to the owner after waiting for a week to get a bill. I then contacted the man that first came out to our home. He is one of the better things in this company!! He came to my home and I paid him in cash!! Got a receipt paid in full!! So, you would think that, that is the end of the story, but it's not! Three months later after I paid this in full to the company - the company's owner and that front end person is still sending me emails, and phone calls requesting payment. Even though, I have emails from the owner stating that he has my payment and thanks me for it. That front end person, is even willing to knock off the late fees, if we pay the balance now! What balance? I begged them to put my roof on, then begged them to send me a bill, and then I pay them -- and now they think I am going to beg them to stop harassing me. Wrong answer as I have told the owner, I want that front end person NOT to call my husband again and to stop sending emails to me. The owner just says they are running kind of thin right now.. Well, then he needs to hire more people. Get rid of her, and hire competent people. Just for all of the hassle, and now harassment I am getting I would NOT hire or recommend this company.

Work was done quickly after required down payment was made. The guy ,who did the work was courteous and did a good job. Will have to wait till next rainfall to know if the problem was fixed. The only drawback was the companys' minimum charge of $250.00 was more than a straight up replacement cost.

I found this company installing gutters in a new neighborhood. I called them that night and explained what I needed. The manager said he could come out to give me an estimate later that week. He arrived promptly, answered all my questions, and agreed to add my job to his list the following week. His crew arrived at 1:30, got right to work and was gone by 2 o'clock. The work was fantastic! It was better than I expected. They even reused a downspout that was removed from the existing shed where it was now connected to the new gutter. Having called a number of companies and getting few replies and even fewer followups, it was a pleasure to deal with a company that does business the old fashioned way, like they really wanted your work and took pride in their work.

Built an addition to my shed and needed another gutter for the new section. They had put up the original gutter and I was pleased with everything with that job. I called to get an estimate for the new addition and received no callback. I called again, left a message, and they did return that call. I got a reasonable estimate for the work and we setup a time for it to be done. They showed up on a Friday and realized I wanted brown gutters to complement my shed. They needed to order the brown gutters, which they said they should be able to get by the following Tuesday. It has now been two weeks from that Tuesday and I've had no further contact from them. Business must be good that they can ignore promised work.

After a disastrous experience replacing our roof after Hurricane Ivan in 2005, we recently discovered that we had serious wood rot issues under the shingles of our now 13 year old roof. I called Doug at DAC roofing, and he gave me an estimate for repairing the known damage, as well as a quote for complete replacement of the roof. We decided to replace the entire roof to eliminate any concerns of further hidden damage. We have a very large and complex roof with steep slopes and multiple valleys. Doug and his crew completed the entire job in 2 1/2 days - including the replacement of the bad wood and some limited framing repairs. They did a great job of cleaning up while the job was in progress and then did a very thorough inspection and cleanup before they left. I am very confident that this roof is installed correctly. I would heartily recommend DAC roofing to anyone requiring roof repair or replacement.

I emailed the company and received a call within one hour. Came out next day and replaced roof vents. The company realized I had paid $575 instead of the $375 quoted. Faith the owner called me straight away to inform me and let me know of the error and that a check would be mailed back to me. Such shows that they are an honest company and do the right thing by their customers! The work went well and Trevor was great. I can't comment on the price of the replacement of 4 roof vents as I did not "shop around" However, they did good work, prompt, honest with great customer service.
