Gerry did a bathroom remodel, installed a dishwasher and built a cabinet for it. He did a great job! I highly recommend him. He is also friendly and outgoing. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

It went great. Gerry was punctual and stayed until he finished for the day. I had the work done in 2016.

He installed a ceiling fan on the front porch, hung our new doorbell and house numbers, and changed the floodlights.

Gerry is great and friendly, very straight forward and gets right to work. Everything looks nice and professional and won't hesitate to call again for future needs!

Gerry helped us fix the little nagging issues we had in our house in order to prepare it for sale, including fixing door jambs and painting, touch-up paint, fixing doors that wouldn't close properly, re-sealing flashing on the exterior of the chimney, wax seal on toilet repair, and a few other things.

We haven't found anything Gerry can't do and do well! We have since moved away from Opelika, but we wish we could take Gerry with us. He was there when he said he would be, and was able to come over a couple of times either the same day or the next when we called. His work was thorough and looked great. Could not be happier with Friendly Home Maintenance!

Hung French door, placed window in and added drywall. Sealed shower. Fixed ceiling with a trap door.

Came out to my house to pressure wash my deck and the eaves of the house. While there to pressure wash, pointed out and FIXED boards on the deck that had warped and were buckling. This included crawling under the now soggy deck and attaching an extra support board to anchor the buckling board securely. Very thorough...

The deck and eaves look like new! Could not be happier...and was very pleasantly surprised to see the warped boards now lying flat once again. My deck is now usable for the Fall football season.

Pressure washed the eaves of my house.

I have lived in my house for 12 years. I guess I just hadn't noticed how dirty the siding on the eaves of my house had become. Now my house looks better than it did when I bought it! I have actually known the individual for several years and knew that he would perform quality work. The job was completed while I was at work. It was a fantastic surprise when I got home. I will definitely use again.
