They were great! Other than an unavoidable weather delay, Jeff D. and his crew were on time and finished the job quickly. We have a new build with custom gutters, and he was willing to install our new cover without cutting into them, and preserved the integrity of our steel home. It looks like it has always been here, and we couldn't be happier with our choice of companies.

We were looking to sell our house prior to this and wanted to add a sunroom. I am so glad we chose BHI because they exceeded our expectations. They were friendly and super responsive. If it wasn't for them, we probably would've sold our house. They were with us every single step of the way and it was well worth the wait.

    LTB Custom Homes, Inc.
The first time we hired LTB Custom Homes was to replace siding outside that had water damage. They did a great job. Then this past year, we had a room fire on March 4, 2018, and our house had to be restored from all of the smoke damage. Eduard Dubois, the owner/contractor of LTB CUstom Homes was hired. Unfortunately, we sadly discovered that he is a dishonest person lacking integrity. He quoted our job which we submitted to our insurance claims and they approved his restoration quote. When they had progressed in the restoration process and when it was time to replace the baseboards and doors and such in our home, they went with a cheaper version of trim and refused to put back the shoe molding down claiming for custom jobs they don't install shoe molding!!??? In addition, Eduard, and one of his crew members Juan punctured a water pipe behind our master bathroom wall when removing the baseboard and then they locked us out of the room so we couldn't assess the damage while they left to get the pipe replacement!!! Water spilled out behind our walls but we do not know how much. We do know that the water ran out into our garage!!! We are praying that we don't have a mold problem in the future as a result. When we asked about the amount of water that leaked out, both Eduard and Juan said it was just a trickle!!! The BIGGEST and most disturbing issue, however, was that they somehow spilled water when reinstalling our dishwasher onto our new kitchen flooring and the water seeped beneath the new flooring. One of Eduard's crew members, who quit working for this contractor, informed me of the mishap when I came home late from class. It was odd that they were there so late. Rather than cleaning it up by removing the floor to get the water out and dry everything up...they tried to cover it up. Eduard brought in three dehumidifiers and set them u in our kitchen and when we asked why he brought them into our home, he wouldn't admit they spilled water under our flooring but rather said it was to remove moisture from the air because we live in Florida??? When I discovered water coming up between the seam in the kitchen flooring one week later and mentioned it all to Eduard, he tried to act surprised and began blaming the plumber for the water being beneath our floor!!! He forgot that one of his crew members already mentioned the water spilling out of the dishwasher tubing to us! Truthfully, Eduard brought in the dehumidifiers and set them up in our kitchen and the bathroom where they cut the pipe a week prior because HE KNEW there had been a water mishap beneath our kitchen floor and that they caused it! It was a horrible and stressful experience. Unfortunately, by the 10th week into the remodel/restoration, we just wanted them to finish the job and get them out of our home. We couldn't do anything about all of the problems once we began paying him from the insurance claim monies (over $30,000). Since they completed the restoration in May, we have had doors falling off the hinges, our floor cracking in the kitchen, our we discovered closets racks were put in crooked, etc. We will never do business with Eduard Dubois or Juan Lupercio of LTB Custom Homes and would NEVER recommend this company to a single soul. Don't ever hire them! Take your time and find someone who you know deals honestly and has integrity.

    Jacksonville Screen Inc
Replaced all the screens and the door hardware. He arrived on schedule for the estimate and on the day of installation. The final cost was exactly what he estimated and the price was very fair. It was a small job and the owner did the work himself. He arrived on time, did the job, cleaned up and was done in 2 hours. Phil takes pride in the quality of his work and the reputation of his company, and it shows. The screens are all very tight with no sag. Very pleased with the results.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Communication with Dean was fantastic. Stu & Lance did a very professional job. The cost was very reasonable. We will definitely hire them again.

Philip Hughes came out and showed us different options we could do to screen our back porch.  He scoped the area and took  measurement. the area to determine what was needed.  I was undecided as to just screening or using the sliding glass windows.  He invited us to come to their warehouse and see their products, which we did.  He sent us email with severeal drawing after discussing what I had in mind that I wanted.  I was in a delimna as to add the windows or leave them open.  Philip said they could build the screens for the windows and later if I decided I wanted to add them it wouldn't be that much to fit them in.  So we agreed on that scenerio.  They were scheduled to start and I had to ask for a delay due to the horrendeous porject I had going with Green Machine Project Company for window replacements.  Due to the problems we were experiencing with that company, we had to delay  the porch project a couple months.  Schnorr Company was very courteous and just stated to let them know when we wanted them to start and they would schedule it.  When we scheduled, they came our and measured evertyhing exactly to ensure they maded everything to fit..  The next day the people showed up for work and and was extremely cold that day. WeI finally told them to leave and come bace later, it was too cold.  They appreciated the opportunity and left for the day.  They were there ready for work the next day and completed the project within two days.  It looks great and we are very pleased.  After a couple days there I decided I needed something done at the end of the stucco and they came out the next day and put a border around  it and that added that finishing touch.  They were all very professional and efficient.  We had no problems with the project at all.  I highly recommend them for any project.  They cleaned everything up and very professional.

The staff (both in the field and in the office) were very helpful, communicative and receptive to the details of what we wanted.
(i.e.)They built an aluminum corner molding to cover the surface mounted electrical conduit which enhanced the asthetics of the job.
I would highly reccommend Screen works as I am very particular and I was very pleased with the outcome of our screen room.

They took my idea and provided a drawing and virtual model, this sold my wife on spending the money. The company had one senior forman that was with the project from start to finish, he was on the job site every day even in inclimate weather.  He was very approachable, professional, likeable  and knowledgeable person, appeared to be extremely proud of his work. He would go into great detail when you asked questions, earned your trust even my wife could talk to him about any constrcution subject on the project. He walked me and my wife through every detail as he was building it, always on time.  The owner of the company was always available to work out details never pushy, always had a smile and was great  to work with, even worked some change orders in when we both agreed to it.  THe other trades that worked on the project were the electrical trade, a small company who also had an owner that showed up on the jobsite and was very proud of his trade and the work they do and did. Although my work was small by construction standards we only had 3 circuts installed, He provide me with options to think about when in the construction phase.  He offered advice about upgrading the electrical box for future loads that I may want to add on later (A/C system for the room), by doing it now it would save time and money later i.e. no more trenching needed.

Would highly recommend this company and would contract with them again in the future for simliar work to be performed.

Only one reget that was not in the contract or thought about when in design, however if I was to do it again it would be to; putting a vapor barrier under the floor.

    Lifetime Enclosures
It went terrible. Stay away from this company. There was no quality to their work, they were not professional, and once we signed on the dotted line and they got their money, they were very hard to get to contact.

    Remodeling Pros
Working with Keith of Remodeling Pros was great. Keith is very honest and forthcoming. He allowed us to be involved in the design process and incorporated our desires/input into the final design. Keith did the design, obtained engineering approval, and pulled all required permits. The remodel started when promised and lasted for the time Keith indicated it would take. When the county threw us some curve balls, Keith went to bat for us handling all of the counties concerns. We also had our A/C system split since the remodel opened up areas not normally accessible and thanks to the county we had to replace our drain field. Keith helped us find a good A/C person and a good septic company. Keith kept us informed of the progress through weekly status calls and he was also at the site overseeing progress on almost a daily basis. The finished product is simply amazing. Keith and his crew do amazing work. Additionally, Keith's crew was very conscientious and kept the work site clean with no trash left behind at the end of the day. Finally, there were no cost surprises. The project was completed on cost.
