    Advanced Bio Treatment
This was the most difficult and tragic, event that I have ever had to deal with. It was not something that we ever expected to have to deal with. The Customer representative Ms. Cynthia, helped us with ever hurdle that we incurred. Even when our agent told us that this probably wasn't something that they would cover. She was right there with us to navigate the insurance claim and worked with our adjuster. The Team - that came out to our home, were so kind and worked very hard to get our house back to almost like new condition. I couldn't be more happy, with the work - or grateful that we found ABT. They took amazing care of us. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much ABT.

    Borland-Groover Clinic
I'm 41 years old and I've had Chron's for over 20 years so I've had many doctors and my interactions with Dr. Mark Fleisher from the office downtown was the worse experience I've ever had with a doctor in my entire life. Only thing that I would say about BGC as a whole is that they are horrible about keeping an appointment. Almost every time I was seen by any of their branches I had to wait between 45-60 minutes before I was seen. The only exception was their infusion center which was absolutely awesome. From the very first encounter where he repeatedly cut me off to the last one were he stopped my Stelara not because he thought it wasn't effective or because I asked to stop it but, as best as I could tell, because he didn't like me questioning him on some issues I've had since starting the Stelara. It was common for him to ask a question and before I was able to finish answering it he would cut me off and move on. After he did that to me five or six times I started cutting him off so I could compete my thought which he didn't like and he told me he didn't want to see me because I wouldn't listen. I didn't realize that asking questions about what a doctor said was such a horrible thing or tantamount to not listening, I've been brought up to believe you should be able to ask your doctor questions if you had them and get a courteous and professional answer. With Dr. Fleisher that isn't the case, in all my four appointments every time I questioned something he said he would get very upset and become unprofessional. His rational for how he acted was that he liked to get straight to the point and once he got an answer he was ready to move on. As I pointed out to him during that conversation cutting people off is not only rude and unprofessional but you risk missing something that the patient tells you. However two or three times during the conversation he would ask me questions that I already answered because he was not listening to what I was saying because he was too busy cutting me off. I understand that doctors are experts in the field of medicine but I'm an expert in me and as such my voice needs to be heard during the process. My next two appointments with him were cool but cordial but my final visit which was 10/16 was what really pushed me over the edge. After going over my blood work and talking for a few minutes I brought up some things that had been happening to me since starting on Stelara, again I was always told that you are supposed to share those types of things with your doctor. I wasn't asking to stop the Stelara and I actually said on multiple times I did not want to stop Stelara and just was bringing up some concerns I had. These are also concerns that the nurse from the company that I was getting the Stelara suggested I bring up with the doctor as they were troubling to them. As I showed him my peeling feet he asked if it had ever happened before which I told him yes it had in the past but only in the winter. He said if it ever happened in my life before it didn't matter but I think skin peeling 20 years ago in a cold Chicago winter is a far cry from skin peeling for no reason in a warm Florida October. Maybe I'm wrong but as I tried to ask questions and clarify things he got upset as per his usual response to me questioning him. This is what lead to him saying he didn't want to see me anymore (which at this point I 100% agreed with) and stopping the Stelara even though he told me minutes before that he didn't see any problems with me continuing the Stelara and I never asked to stop it and I actually requested to stay on it. After that he left to get me notes to take back to my PCP and on reviewing the notes that he left it became even clearer that he was a horrible listener. He notes I had suicidal ideation which I was very clear to him I never had, I've been depressed with what has been going on with my body over the last 8 months but never once have I had suicidal thoughts and told a VA psychiatrist that while I've been depressed I haven't had those type of thoughts since I was in high school 20+ years ago. He further notes that I thought that the skin peeling on my feet was paradoxical psoriasis which I never said was the issue. Upon researching paradoxical psoriasis that is related to anti TNF drugs which Stelara is not even in that class of drugs. What I thought it might be was exfoliative dermatitis which has been linked to Stelara. Also in some other notes that he showed me he stated that I was dramatic which I took offense to as I've had more pain, depression, and fatigue in the last 8 months then in the 20 years I've had Chron's and if I seemed agitated it was a combination of that and his overall attitude towards me. And since I hate reviews with no information on the person leaving them my name is Steven Tikas and I was an unfortunate patient of BGC for a few horrible months.

It didn't. They did the paperwork wrong it was sent back to them. They sat on it and filled it out wrong. Claim was denied by insurance because of someone at the doctor's office I assume didn't do paperwork right. Insurance mentioned the name and when I call the doctor's office they just answer the phone. Who is this person I asked? She don't know. Is he a doctor in your Praxis I asked. She doesn't know. I said what are you then she said she answers the phone and I said for who. And she said the guys name and I said who is he? Doctor? Nurse? Etc.. she doesn't know she just answers the phone. 330 dollars later and still have same issue. Run from this office .

    Family Practice Associates: Fleming Island
About a year ago, I made an appointment with Dr. Janet Underkaufler in Fleming Island for some health issues. Unfortunately, I came down with a very bad case of the flu and had to cancel my appointment. I gave them over three days notice in my cancelation. When I was feeling better, I made another appointment, and when I got there, she kept me waiting for almost an HOUR. When she finally came into the room, she didn't greet me with a hello, or apologize for being late. All she did was tell me that the office has a policy about cancelling appointments and that I needed to give them more notice next time. I was completely floored. Not only had she kept me waiting for almost sixty minutes, but she had the GALL to scold me. Needless to say, I dropped her and made an appointment with another Dr. there. Dr. Mueller. I made an appointment with Dr. Mueller, and when I went to see her the first time, she was a bit rude, but I chose to ignore her as I had already changed Dr's once already. She was "ok" I guess, aside from the fact that she tried to prescribe me a medication that I had already told her I was allergic to. SMH. But here's the thing. A WEEK ago, I called to reschedule my office appointment because of the Corona virus, requesting a virtual conference instead, which her nurse TOLD me they do, and her nurse said she would get the message to Dr. Mueller. No one ever got back to me, and TODAY, I get a letter in the mail saying Dr. Mueller was dropping me as a patient because I didn't show up to my appointment! So, because I was being SAFE and staying home to have my appointments, like EVERY other Dr's office is doing, she chose to drop me as a patient. I'm PRETTY sure she can't do that, but I wouldn't go back to her anyway. Bottom line, Family Practice Associates is absolutley THE most unprofessional Dr's office I have EVER been to, and because of this incident, I am contacting the Better Business business bureau to report them. If you want a professional. RELIABLE Dr, do NOT go to this place.

    Coastal Care Medical Center
It was as great of an experience as can be when you are ill and need a physician. Dr. Young is a great doctor and there is also a nurse practitioner there that is wonderful, and can handle any female issues, they actually spend time with you and do not rush you out the door. You can see they truly care about their patients. The office also has a Chiropractor and physical therapy so if you need these services it is all in the same place, they handle personal injury cases, or if you just need an adjustment from Dr. Miller. Dr Miller truly cares about his patients, he does not keep you just coming back over and over for the money, if he sees you are not getting better or improving after following through with what he recommended he will revisit your case and determine if you need to be referred to a different type of physician. So if you are looking for a primary care, I give them an A+ rating. Accept many insurances.

    Brink, Dr. Jeffrey E.
Excellent. I read reviews where people downgrade a doctor because a billing mistake or the receptionist had a bad day, or he was late. None of those reasons are valid in recommending a surgeon. You want to know how good and capable he or she is. Dr. Brink has a great reputation within the medical community where I was told he is the one you should see for this. He was and I am glad I met him.

Dr. William C. Solomon Jr, MD
He is excellent and knows his stuff. He is great and all the treatments have worked out so far. The office is clean and if he does not know what the problem is he will send you to some one that does.
