    The Dantzler Group, Inc.
GREAT! We don't know what we would have done without The Dantzler Group. They were here helping muck out our house just days after the flood. They were able to minimize the damage by quickly removing drywall, cabinets, flooring, etc. Their team was helpful, polite and hard working! At a time that was very difficult for our family, they were there helping us every step of the way!! Thank you VERY much!! The Dantzler Group is amazing and we recommend them to all we know!!

I could not be happier! I had Energy Seal spray foam insulation on the underside of my mobile home. The guys were very polite and professional. It only took a couple hours and they did not leave a mess. I can't believe the difference it made! There's no more creaking or echoing , it feels solid now. I wish I had done it sooner. Worth every penny!.

Awful..ceilings looked horrible. Joints and joint tape showing (humps all over) texture was wrong. Paint job was not professional. Left my water on outside back for 2 days. ( we're not living in the home during repairs). All Kevin was worried about was a chk and not correcting it. Didnt do several things that was listed on quote OH and last of all NEVER pulled a building permit!! Now county is involved. ( attached a few of many pics )

Tim, Colby and Omar performed the installation. They were courteous, clean and surprisingly quick. Install started at 8:30 am and they were finished around 4 pm. Installed new AC and insulation throughout whole attic. My wife and the kids are happy with the new AC. 10/10 would have them do work again (but hopefully not a new AC, not for a long time).

    R & R Construction, Inc
I am very impressed with them. The quality, the price, the integrity, the trustworthiness of the product, everything is there. They are a superior class of contractors. He put on a metal roof, exactly as the manufacturer has recommended. He put on a high quality roof with an extra seal on it, so it wouldn't leak. He does an excellent job, and he cleans up everyday. He is very thorough, and he tells me what he is doing before he does it. His price was the best from all the bids that I got and he comes out at the time that he gives you. I would recommend him to anybody. I am an inspector for the state, and anybody would benefit by using his company. He does electrical work too.

    Hammond Air Conditioning Inc
AC work was performed on a Middleburg - Black Creek double-wide up on brick supports 4 - 5 ft elevated with main AC duct work underneath.  Tropical Storm Debbie (June 2012) flooded the property up to within 6 inches of DW floor.  All AC duct work was flooded.  Mold grew in duct work and duct insulation was destroyed.  AC unit was marginally flooded and was old, so it needed to be replaced, as well.
Brandon Hammond promptly came out and thoroughly inspected property.  He quickly came up with several different options / quotations.  He provided complete written repair quotation documentation as this was needed due to property insurance requirements.  We chose to replace AC unit and clean, treat, seal and re-insulate duct.
His 2 man crew came out and repaired the duct in one day, as well as help me, the owner, move my chicken coup up onto my trailer.  Very Nice young men!  His next 5 man crew came out 2 days later and replaced the AC unit and plenum.
I used to install AC units in North Texas as I worked my way through college so I've been around a lot of AC people.  These guys are exceptional!  Fast, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and very respectful / friendly.  Brandon, you've got a great team, you should be proud.
    I highly recommend Hammond AC!

    31-W INSULATION CO
Do to recent flood damage because of Tropical Storm Deby, I need the insulation underneath my double wide mobile home removed and replaced with bottom board insulation. I called this company and spoke with a salesman named Tom. I was immediately irritated with the fact that it seemed like, while we would hold our conversation, it was very hard for me to get a word in edgewise, he kept talking over me. I finally got it across to him that I needed an estimate for FEMA to have my existing, falling out and wet, moldy insulation removed from under my mobile home and replaced with bottom board insulation because that is what the FEMA report stated I needed. Tom convinced me that I needed the more expensive foam insulation sprayed in and was very prompt to come out that same day to do a measurement for an estimate. While here, he complained to my boyfriend that it was an awful mess to have to remove the existing, damaged insulation and felt bad for his workers to make them have to so that part of the job. After he left, he called and told me he would try and get the estimate to me by Monday morning and he also told me he would coordinate the job with my A/C man since I was also having a new heat pump installed with new duct work. Monday morning I received a prompt email from Tom that only covered installing the spray foam insulation but he made a note that he was still trying to figure the removal of the existing, damaged insulation. I called him explaining that I can not submit a 2 part estimate to FEMA that it all had to be on one estimate. He responded that he doesn't think his guys will want to do the removal part, I said than let's just forget it. I asked you in the beginning if you would do the whole job and you said yes and now I am hearing otherwise. He quickly said "okay" and hung up the phone. I called the main office and asked for Tom's supervisor and was redirected to Eric. I told Eric what happened and that Tom had been complaining from the beginning that he felt sorry for who ever had to remove the damaged insulation even though he said his company would do it. I told him he lost my business because Tom didn't follow through with the estimate he promised and then was thrilled when I told him to just forget it. Eric said he has spoke with Tom about my estimate and they didn't feel they wanted to get "involved" with the removal part of the job.

    FLORIDA SPRAY FOAM LLC
They came when scheduled and worked in difficult small spaces. They sprayed foam under the entire house and sunroom. Our wooden floors are stronger - they make a lot less noise when we walk on them and even the tile floors are warm. Humidity in the house is down as well. I look forward to comparing electric bills.
