Drain Cleaning reviews in Middleburg

Their nighttime support staff was great and got us scheduled for the next day, a Saturday. Their technician, Rob, was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He went the extra mile to determine what caused the problem, found the source of the problem, and fixed it within an hour. Hope we never have a problem like this again, but if we do, it's MetroRooter we'll call for sure!

The experience was good. I used them for my daughter's house, and the guy was Wayne Crawford. He was very good, and very reasonable. He was very honest, and didn't try and chew us out of money. I would recommend him. He did a good job for us.

Though the plumber showed up outside of the anticipated time window, the dispatcher had contacted me at regular intervals to keep me updated so I wasn't sitting around waiting. Once the plumber arrived he quickly assessed the problem, gave me the exact cost to fix it, and got to work after getting my approval to proceed. He kept his work area very tidy and finished up quickly. He explained the invoice (matched what he quoted) and the 6 month warranty then was on his way after receiving our payment. He was quite friendly and professional - I would definitely use this company again.

James from Champion Septic arrived when scheduled to pump out my septic tank.  Very professional and on time.  I also had a cloged drain line to the tank that he cleaned out at no additional charge.  I'm very pleased with the results.

The   plumber, came by to install the
toilet and finish his work when he discovered the toilet would not flush as
advertised and ran a snake down the vent pipe all the way to the cleanout by
the septic tank twice with no improvement in the flush. I could hear the snake
slushing through water on the way to the cleanout and then come out of the
water and proceed to the cleanout. He believes there is a leveling or slump to
the drain that is holding water and not draining by gravity all the way to the
    septic tank.
In my observation of the plumbing drain, I noticed the broken drain sections
were lying on the ground that is 4 to 6 inches below the concrete slab. I don?t
know if the plumber repaired the broken pipes on the ground and then
covered them with dirt and concrete he removed from the floor to bring the
filled area up to the bottom of the slab so he could add concrete to seal
the hole. I do not know if he raised the drain pipes up and supported them
underneath before covering them with fill dirt. If he didn?t lift and support
the drain pipe, that may be contributing to the situation.
Roto-Rooter video scoped the drain line with
a camera to determine where the low point of the drain was. The video showed
water standing in the area of the repair.
I showed the video to the plumber and he suggested to cap off the drain and run it out from under the house install a waste tank with sump pump and route it back to the septic tank around the house. I asked him for an estimate and he has not responded in over 2 weeks. I decided to hire another plumber and the repairs are being made as I write this review and they don't have to do the same thing to repair the drain as the first plumber stated. Everything is under the house and no extra tanks or pumps. The proper grade will be established and gravity will do the job of moving waste from drain to tank.

Steve Bradshaw runs a first class, old-fashioned kind of company - he takes care of business, does so at a great price and with first class customer service.  He is a rare find in today's world of companies that put profit first.  I strongly recommend him and his employees for any plumbing needs, from basic drain cleaning to complete rough-in and finishing of a new property.  First class all the way.
