Jeff returned my call and got my information about the problem I was having. He was so honest. He told me th possible problems it could be and explained for a washer of this age it could cost more to fix than its worth. He also gave me some very helpful advice on types that are more reputable. I sure appreciate him for his honesty and would definitely recommend him! Its nice to find honest business men in this day in age!

    Sears Home Services

I purchased a Sears repair service contract that includes a 1 year warranty and a $500 credit if the appliance can't be repaired. It is a great value.  However, it took 6 appointments, each with a nine hour window, before they eventually repaired my dishwasher. The overall service experience was horrible.  I?ll think twice before using them again.

The 1st appointment was on Feb 20th between 8AM & 5PM.  The technician arrived mid-morning and diagnosed the problem as a burnt out control board.  He had to order the part and schedule a return visit.

The 2nd appointment was on Mar 5th with another 9 hour appointment window. The replacement part arrived at my house a few days prior to the appointment.  The technician arrived early afternoon and determined the problem was not the control board but maybe it was the pump.  He ordered the pump and rescheduled for another visit.

The 3rd appointment was on Mar 14th, again between 8AM and 5PM.  The replacement part arrived a few days prior to the appointment.  The tech called at 4:45PM and said he would be at my house at 5:30PM.  I informed him we would not be at home at that time and we would need to reschedule.  It took me 2 calls to get the appointment rescheduled

The 4th appointment was on Mar 19th with the same 9 hour window.  The tech arrived midafternoon and when he opened the replacement part, he informed me that their warehouse had sent the wrong part.  He would need to reorder the part and reschedule a visit.

The 5th appointment was scheduled for Mar 28th with the same 9 hour window between 8AM and 5PM.  The technician called at 4:40PM and stated he would be at my house at 5:15PM and that he would be working on the dishwasher for 2 hours.  I informed him we had dinner guests scheduled for 6:00PM and that we would need to reschedule.  It again took me 2 phone calls to get the appointment rescheduled.

The 6th appointment was scheduled for April 2nd.  The technician arrived midafternoon and completed the repair in about an hour.

It was excellent. The appointment was scheduled for 5, and James showed up early. He was very detailed and educated me during the service. He was very efficient, timely, and he even finished before the actually appointment was to begin. I have an expensive unit and he saved me a huge amount of money.

    Quest Appliance & Refrigeration Service
Michael was AWESOME!!  Our job was kind of an emergency, as the ice maker was shooting water all over our kitchen.  The office person (friendly staff!) said they'd get someone out for us between 1 and 5.  Michael called an hour before he arrived so that we'd be expecting him.  He was so professional and friendly.  He pulled out a VERY heavy refrigerator after finding the problem with the refrigerator's computer, and shut the water off.  We didn't have him repair it at this time, as we'd just bought a warranty and only had a couple weeks to wait until it kicked in.   If this company works with our warranty, however, we will DEFINITELY be calling them again.  Michael was a joy to have in the house, and we'd recommend him to anyone.

He called to let me know he was coming.  He was so very pleasant and professional.  He was able to fix both problems quickly and and with ease.  I've used this company once before and should I need to I will definitely use them again!

At first appointment the repairman came as scheduled.  He diagnosed the machine and said we'd need about $500 worth of parts.  We waited 2 weeks until the parts came and then made an appointment.  the repairman came and basically replaced the entire control panel.  The dishwasher started and he left.  But the problem had been that the dishwasher would stop after 20 minutes or so - we'd have to reset and start again.  After the control panel was replaced it started but stopped after about 20 minutes.  The repairman had already left so we called the service.  We explained that it was not fixed and were told that the repairman would try to make it back that day (a Saturday) or would call us.  No call and no repairman that day.  We called the office at the beginning of the week and were told again that the repairman would call us.  We waited a bit and called the repairman directly (he had given us his number).  He knew nothing about our earlier calls.  I asked him if since he had already diagnosed the machine and replaced the control panel he might have an idea what might be wrong.  He said he have to come and diagnose all over again.  So, we'd be waiting for another appointment (missing work again for an 8 hour window), then we would most likely have to wait for parts to arrive and make another appointment for another attempted repair.  At this point it had already been 5 weeks since I had first contacted Sears for repair.  Since it probably have been at least another month until we got a possible repair we said to heck with it and bought a new dishwasher at Home Depot.  We never received another call from Sears even though they were aware that our dishwasher was not fixed.

    Fields Appliance Service Inc
Upon completion of the job, they ran over the water line for the refrigerator and flooded my kitchen. I had to file with my home owners insurance because they never returned my calls. They really didn’t do the job, and they had bad service. Technician actually told me my brand new refrigerator was going to be louder than the old one (15 yrs) we replaced!

He TOLD BN all of this on the phone when he booked the appt. I cant attest to the punctuation of BN because I wasnt home at the time of the appt. My husband can attest to the fact that he showed up, said the problem could be one of three things, could order the parts for 300-500$ and left and then billed us 78.00! What a ripoff!

    All Appliance Repair
About 2 weeks ago I came home from work to find a puddle of water on the floor surrounding my freezer/refrigerator.  The temperature on the door read 42*.  Fortunately I have an older refrigerator in the garage that I use for drinks and stuff so I was able to move the majority of the items to that unit.
I called several appliance repair people only to be told that there was a week wait list.  I called All Appliance Repair and they were able to come out the next day.  When I called the service person (Wayne), he asked me what was going on and I told him.  The day that the repair took place, the part was installed and the refrigerator/freezer have been working since.
I will definately call ALL Appliance Repair again.
