    Needed evaporator and heater cores for an '05 Lexus GX470 - a +$1K job that requires removing the entire dash down to the bulkhead. Many shops won't even do this kind of work, saying it is "too involved." I had already received 3 quotes for the job and tried P3 on a strong recommendation from a friend; their quote was as low or lower than anyone's. They were very professional, were fast, did an excellent job, and did not deviate from the quote. A/C has been humming along ever since. What else could you ask for? I have since recommended them to friends, and will use them again.

    I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received from Erik. He was pleasant and professional as always. And who can beat the convenience of having a trusted certified mechanic come to you? I had prepared to eat lunch at work in case my car wasn't back to be able to go somewhere. But my car was back well before I normally go to lunch. Top notch! I will definitely use Erik's Mobile Car Care for future maintenance and fixes.

    I pray that those who read this will listen! This place will rip you off in a second if they think they can and they will lie to you. If they do it to one person they will do it to another. I took my car in to be diagnosed and they said they needed to do the above job. $900 and a day later it was done and for a few months or so it was fine. After that started having other severe symptoms but could not afford to bring it back in. Waited a year until I was stalling all over town. They said they needed to do the same thing. Unfortunately a year later, I did not remember what they did and did not think to look at my notes. It was after they kept my car for 6 days, telling me day after day it would be definitely ready the next day and not calling me when they couldn't get it done so I made a trip for nothing that I looked and realized it was the same job. I am certain they would never look a man in the eye and tell them they could not have their car back that day. They continued to add things to the job for lots more money saying it was absolutely necessary to be done like front and back sway bar links. I found out later they did not have to be done. They took complete advantage of my inexperience with cars and lied to me. I explained that this was the same job....of course they kept NO records at all so I had to bring in receipt to prove to them. They said they would give me a parts discount of $250 only even though it said parts and labor was warranted for a year. I have Danny recorded on my phone telling me the parts were $450 dollars ....they lied again. I got frustrated after no car for 6 days, paid the bill and left. One month later, the car was doing the same exact thing....stalling all over town. They refused to return my money. I took to another mechanic without telling them about Newmans and they diagnosed it to be a completely different problem. When I then explained what Newmans did, they asked if they insisted it was a vacuum leak. I said yes and they said they do it all the time, charge you an expensive repair job when they don't know what is the real problem. The actual fix to the problem is only $243 dollars when they charged me over $1,100. In addition, I asked them to look at another switch to my back hatch. Danny actually admitted that they made it worse after messing with it causing the warning light to come I can't drive in the dark so am forced to have it fixed. They wanted to charge me $400 to fix it.....when the other mechanic said it will cost $142.5. Newman's Auto are DISHONEST! Completely disorganized with no records of what they are doing and no concern for you.

    They just got bought so this name may fall off the radar. A corporate group bought them out recently. I am not able to give a glowing recommendation but it is a middle of the road service center. If somebody needs them they do provide good service and if they did something wrong they fix it. It is not outstanding service because I don't have a comparison to go to. We have bought tires there too because they give free balancing when you buy tires there. When I bought the new tires they brought up the fact that my old tires were dry rotted so it was a good interaction to make sure I was not driving unsafely on the roads. An unexpected issue was that I needed all four new tires replaced instead of just two. It wasn't something that they found.

    I appreciate the fact that they weren't high pressure salesman.  Instead I had a discussion with the technician about which items were safety issues that I needed to fix and what could wait until later.  The option we chose fixed the problem and i know what remains to be done when the funds are available to fix them.

    Called to schedule mobile auto glass install on Monday. Service was scheduled for next day, and credit card info was taken to confirm order. Email confirmation was also provided.  At the last minute, I received a call  the glass was out of stock and the install was postponed until Friday.Cancelled service. Called competitor who had no problem confirming glass was available and installed the next day.

    The service manager acknowledges they were wrong and has offered to ?help? cover less than 10% of the repair even though my transmission would be fine had they serviced my car as they should have. Their mistake is at my cost and the injustice of it makes me feel sick. I waited at the dealership for more than four hours this week to meet with the Service Manager. As I sat there, I contemplated why people take their cars to dealerships. It?s not for the coffee or the courtesy shuttle it's because folks believe that the people who see their cars there are experts and will ensure the right maintenance is done. When I met with the Service Manager, he quoted inflated figures and offered to cut it in half to give me a discount for my trouble. What he didn?t realize was that the service advisor had quoted the same lower number to me earlier after realizing the labor estimated was too high. It was an error not a discount and he tried to take full advantage of it. The lie took me aback. Ironically underneath his paper was a mousepad describing their commitment to integrity. Had I not felt so sick I would have laughed. After this experience I am convinced the only commitment they have is to themselves. This happened more than 45 days ago and I have yet to receive a call from the General Manager as requested. I recently checked the link to their online quoting system and saw they have raised the price of the repair by more than $300 dollars. Before you do business with this underhanded company ask around. Upon hearing my account on Facebook several people have reached out to me to tell me about their terrible experiences and how they will never go back. If you've also experienced poor and dishonest service from Capital Eurocar you can join me in filing a complaint with Florida's Department of Agriculture Consumer Affairs Department. They oversee automobile repair companies in Florida and according to their website Capital Eurocar has had several complaints lodged against them. I am certain their would be more if people knew this mechanism existed.

    It went GREAT as always! They are always very honest, polite, and friendly! They checked my A/C thoroughly, and all it needed was a recharge of freon. I got it out the same day, and it still works great; almost better than when I first got my car! I have been using these guys (family-owned business) for over a decade, and they have always done a very high quality job with an unwavering commitment to stand behind their work and their parts!! A+++

    Ray Gordon Brake Service
    Never Again!
    Had used Ray Gordon Brake Service successfully in the past for numerous vehicles.  This past experience, however, will be our last.
    Wife took her car in on New Year's Eve day for service.  Was later called and told the car was ready and needed to be picked up by 3:30p as the store was closing early for the New Year.  Can't help but wonder if this job was rushed as the quality control, as I'll get into, was apparently not there.   
    The left front wheel area soon started making alarming noises.  Car was taken back to the shop only to be told by the owner/manager that everyone was on lunch break (people were in the back of the shop area) and the car had to be brought back later to be inspected.
    The next day, before the car could be taken back for inspection, the left front brake caliper came loose puncturing the tire rim resulting in a blow out.  Fortunately, the brake malfunction did not occur on the interstate as the result could have resulted in injury or death.  Inspection revealed the top bolt securing the caliper was loose and the bottom bolt was missing.
    Although RG Brake Service had the car towed to their shop and replaced the rim and tire, we were made to feel as though they were doing us a favor for fixing the problem and result that was caused by apparent carelessness.  Also, we were without that vehicle for 4 days.
    Needless to say, we were disappointed in the overall service  provided.
