    Gerber Collision & Glass Tallahassee
Somebody hit us so we had some body panels fixed and repainted. I've been there a few times. They have texting and messaging and stuff like that. They'll let you know the progress and everything like that. They actually got done early. They were good because they got it done fast.

I had bumped into a tree.  I'm noticing the materials they used were not the quality that should have been on it.  The replacement quality was not top level but there workmanship was great because you couldn't tell it, but now it's July and I have been traveling in the car and I'm noticing little things.  When I wash the product it flexes and fluctuates.

They carefully appraised my automobile.  It was not an insurance job, it was out of pocket and they worked with me to get me the best price for the job.  The final product was everything I asked for in the estimate.

    Joe Hudson's Collision Centers
Driving home from work early one morning and a big bull raccoon slammed into the left front portion of my car's bumper. Later on, when the sun came up, I noticed the fiberglass bumper had several cracks in it, and one of the tabs that secured it to the car frame had snapped. The bumper was hanging free on the left side, showing a huge gap between it and the hood and also touching the left front tire.
I took the car to Joe Hudson's on 882 Blountstown Hwy in Tallahassee. I had gone ahead and purchased an aftermarket bumper, one that looked a little different than the bumper that was damaged. I thought it would be cool to change the appearance of the car a little since I had to have it fixed anyway. Their preliminary estimate was about $900 for the repair and respray since I had already purchased the major replacement part.
I received a phone call from the shop manager, Chris, who informed me that the aftermarket bumper I had purchased would require the removal of the stock bumper reinforcement bar to be properly fitted. He told me that Joe Hudson's would not fit the new bumper because of safety issues. Chris informed me that without the bumper reinforcement bar, my car's airbag could potentially deploy even in a low speed front end collision. I mentioned that this was not good, and it didn't even sound legal. Chris said it was legal to do the repair, but that Joe Hudson's would not do it because of liability reasons. While I was fuming that the site I purchased the part from gave no information about major restructuring to fit their bumper, Chris suggested that they had a really good fiberglass tech on site that could repair the damaged bumper. I was leery because the damage to the bumper was pretty extensive, but he assured me this guy was really good at his work. I relented, and told him to begin the repairs on the old bumper.
About a week later Chris called and told me the car was ready for pick up. I showed up and gave her a good inspection as I'm a pretty demanding customer. Let me tell you, I couldn't even tell that bumper had ever been in a collision. It was beautiful. They had even detailed the rest of the car to make it look brand spanking new. Best of all, even though the shop technician had performed extensive labor on the old bumper, the price still came in at $900. There was a hick up with the lining underneath the car that came loose as I was driving home from the shop. I informed Joe Hudson's and they replaced the old lining at no charge, and also secured it with better fittings than what was on there when purchased new from Mazda. My car looks brand new now, and I couldn't be happier with the work Joe Hudson's did.

    Lisa's Paint & Body Shop
Their staff members, the people who work there and the owner are very friendly and accommodating. When our car came back they had done exactly what they said they would do. Their prices are comparable. They are very nice and do a good job. We feel very comfortable. Our car comes back clean and not smelling like weird stuff. It’s different from going to another company which is a big giant company. It’s a family place; they are honest and reliable people. We would refer people to them anytime. They are great.

Body Builders Paint & Body, Inc.
The vehicle was towed to Body Builders following the accident;  contact was made the next day.  Company handled the contacts with the other driver's insurance company and aided in obtaining a rental vehicle.  They did an excellent and thorough job of repairs including taking the vehicle to the dealership to reset some of the computer programs.  We have used this company in the past and highly recommend them.

    Joe Hudson's Collision Centers
We used the Joe Hudson Collision Center on North Monroe st in Tallahassee. Our car was damaged in Virginia Beach, Va. and the other car owner's insurance referred us to Hendricks Collision in Virginia Beach. However, as we had to be home the next day they just prepared the estimate and referred us to Hudson Collision.
The repair work was done in 3 days and except for one minor dent, was repaired. We had to return there for a second technician to repair that dent( took about 30 minutes).

Pleased with the work and the pleasant staff there.

The work was good enough that when I traded the car in, it was a lease, I had to report the damage, but they didn't believe me it had been damaged because the repair was not evident.

    All work covered by insurance

    J & K AUTOBODY
I was recommended to them by a friend. They did a good job at a good price. I was on insurance claim. They do what they say they are going to do and charge what they say they are going to charge. They got the work out and I did not have to wait long. They are pretty much honest. I would use them again in the future.
