Our overall experienced was terrible, this is not what we expected at all. This was our 8th cruise in the last 10 years. Needless to say, If NCL was the only cruise ship available, we wouldn't mind going on another cruise ever. We booked several shore excursions through them, and it never left on-time every time. The restaurant service was very slow and disorganized. The ship itself was very beaut...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
My wife and I just came back from 7 day cruise in Hawaii with Norwegian Cruise Line's, Pride of Hawaii cruise ship. The customer service was horrible. From the moment we checked-in, we had asked for a room upgrade. We were told that since it's a full ship, they will not know until few days later if we can get an upgrade. We were told that we would be notified by management via letter. We never heard anything from anyone. On the first day, the safe in our cabin wouldn't work properly. I immediately filled out a work request via online, through the television. We never receive any confirmation that day. I personally talked to the reception desk first thing the following morning, I was told that someone would be there in 30 minutes. After two hours, nobody showed up. I called the front desk, and was told to call housekeeping. Housekeeping told me that someone would be there in 5 minutes. After 1 hour, no show. They finally showed after 4 hours. It took the guy 2 minutes to fix the issue.
