The windows are beautiful! It’s so nice to be able to see out the windows and to be able to open & close them (the previous windows were jalousies from 1959). The initial contact was an F. Buyer Beware!

On the initial call to understand if the company was taking on new projects the first response was..."We're not taking on anything less than $30K" And I hadn't even explained what the project was. From this initial contact, this company DID NOT give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. Buyer beware!!!!

It went relatively well. Eric, the owner/manager, was very responsive and customer-service oriented. Eric and his team also spent time during the quote process to advise on different aspects that were not brought up in other quotes, which helped with the final deliverable meeting expectations (i.e. eliminating residual soffits from previous exterior pocket doors and smoothing exterior wall surface...

Installation of hurricane / impact glass windows and doors for 3,000 square foot home, including 5 sliding glass doors, one front door, and 10+ windows. Also included some exterior facade work, like repairing stucco, removal of old shudder hardware / bolts, etc. Did some ad hoc work, such as removal of exterior wall A/C unit and repair of wall.
