  • They had a problem when I was there too, It was my fault. What they had me do was they had 10,000 pieces of paper, Its my fault I wasn't reading what I was signing. They basically what I was signing was extra over what I had, I already had everything covered and this was more. I didn't read all the paper work until 6 months later, and then I saw that it said this does not affect the sale of the car and I could cancel it. So right now I'm in the process in cancelling it. They just threw it in the other papers. That's why I got p*** off at them I wouldn't recommend them. I know all car dealers are crooks but they got me. The guy that I was talking to he was part of customer service he said he was going to cancel it but now he needs to talk to a higher up. Everything went smoothly, it was smooth at the time. They had exactly what I was looking for and I drove it home. It depends, if I would go back in the future. I would go back to them but I would be more alert.

  • On punctuality, they have a lot of volume, they set appointments, but they were about 10 minutes late for my appointment. I have used in the past and will continue to use them. Good price. Quality product, and you know they do the job the right way. It took about 45 minutes. They have a bench by the office to wait on but I went into the store and I shop while I’m waiting. The waiting area could be improved on. There really isn’t anything. It just really is a bench right next to the office.

  • Total brake failure within 6 months on one car led to having 3rd party check entire vehicle--result was that Metro provided NO or substandard repairs: Brakes, Cooling system, shocks, driver axle was duck taped, valve covers covered in oil, air filter never changed. Second car had DEAD battery with 3 days of 50,000 mile service....complete check resulted in discovering many things neglected: brake pads put on bad rotors, PVC valve broken with oil everywhere in air intake, air filter NEVER changed, coolant needed changing, spark plugs needed changing and bushing coming apart. After multiple complaints and a meeting regarding the recent discovery, Service Manager sends email the they will "not be able to assist you any further and/or respond to any of your phone calls/emails." This was a frustrating and COSTLY relationship just to be Ripped OFF.

  • Both owners and their installers were excellent. Mary Ann is very knowledgeable and patiently guided us to make the proper selection for tinting hurricane windows. The husband co-owner supervised. So far, so good on the tinting!!! The company is awesome and we would definitely hire again.

  • Mary Ann showed up on time and spent a long time with us making sure every question was answered. She guided us through the process of making the proper tint selections and fully explained every option. The installers showed up on time and did a meticulous job. The experience was excellent from start to finish. We would definitely use them again.

  • It went better than I expected. I called about three (3) weeks ago and I explained my situation to Chad. I had a printout of what was the issue and I sent it over to him. He gave me some simple instructions of what I needed to send to him in order to know exactly what to purchase for my car. I was'nt ready financially at the time of the quote; however, he stated it was'nt a problem and he followed up 2.5 weeks later. Per my instructions he placed the order for everything and he arrived at my job before the anticipated time -- and within a couple of hours everything was done. He also did a couple of things no charge. Btw, he's the first mechanic to ever go into my car other than the dealer. I must say that my car is running as it should. A. Birkett

  • It went great! He set an appointment with me and was available to check the car as soon as I arrived on time. After looking at the car, he gave me his analysis of what was wrong with prices for each of the repairs he suggested. The prices were very good and the job was completed in just 1 hour. All my previous work had been done with Toyota dealerships where they always tried to up sell me over what I came in for. It was very refreshing to deal with the owner and mechanic that is the same person without a "salesman" in between us. He actually replaced the missing plastic screws that were missing from the shield just below the front of the engine without charge. I've found my mechanic and highly recommend him!

  • I was contacted the next day and we set a date for two days later.      They were here on time and finished on time.
    Two young men who were very courteous, took the time to show and explain a bit about different densities of film.      They moved my car where it would work best and explained for me to leave it in the sun to dry.     I did so for three days and I am so pleased I want to kick myself for not doing this two years ago.

  • They were incredible - they showed up promptly at 9AM at the house in Miami and were loading immediately after we unlocked the doors. They had loaded the truck in 2 and a half hours! When we got downtown NYC to my place, they unloaded my truck and they got everything and placed in each room that I requested in only 2 hours again!  I had 2 guys, who were super fast and efficient, hard working, but also extremely respectful and friendly. They made sure everything was placed correctly and were happy to set up the bed, etc. I've used other movers before...based on my experience, these guys couldn't have done a better, faster, cleaner job. I would definitely recommend flat price moving to friends and family, or anyone else who asks me for that matter. If you are looking for an affordable, professional, no stress move.

  • They take good of me and my family very well. The sales people that I use there are wonderful and one of the managers there, Gary Biafore there is top notch. I have been doing business with them for more than 15 years. Tomas P sold me my last car and Jimmy Gonzalez is my service guy there.
