    I use my home PC for a number of things including work. When my PC stopped working Friday morning, I panicked! I started researching companies and contacted a few, no one really got back to me in a reasonable time. NuAge PC, responded quickly and sympathetic to my panic. Guillermo called me and tried to triage the issue over the phone. Nothing was working. So he agreed to come out Saturday afternoon and fix my problem. First and foremost, he was on time! If you live in Miami long enough, you come to learn how unreliable service work is. So when someone shows up on time, its a big deal for me. It shows respect and professionalism well above the average. Guillermo identified my issue (really bad virus corrupted my system) and over the course of several hours go me back and running. He recommended much better antivirus and malware software, fixed an unrelated wifi issue i was having, and setup an external drive and backup drive. After he left, Guillermo worked on the PC remotely and even followed up with a phone call and text on Sunday to make sure everything was working as expected. I am 1000% satisfied and definitely recommend them to anyone having computer problems!

    Overpaid for a new surveillance system. Did not get what i ordered or what was promised and its been several months now and they never did the networking or camera system setup. Also they purchased and installed the wrong camera. Still waiting for the correct one. Pretty much they got paid for a job and only did 50% of the work. Honestly, they don't seem to know what they are doing and took my money and ran. BEWARE of this business.

    The solution was simple, but they were patient, responsive and professional over the phone.  When I asked them how much do I owe them, they didn't charge.  I was desperate and needed my computer up and running quickly and they resolved my problem with phenomenal service.  I will use them in the future for any computing need.  Thanks guys!

    The technician (Eli Gonzalez) arrived on the scheduled date and time. He worked on my computer, indicated to me I had viruses,
    which was the reason for my computer operating slowly. Before leaving, my computer was still operating slowly, Gonzalez left a
    virus detection system on it, and said in (2) weeks he'll return, take off the system and place on another. But my computer is still
    operating slowly. I contacted NuAge once again on Sunday, 11/16. I left voice mail messages stating the problem. I thought someone would call on Monday. No one ever called. On Tuesday I contacted them once again. I spoke with Elliott Mason explaining the entire situation. He said he would contact Gonzalez. Gonzalez called me minutes later. He tried to resolve the situation over the phone, but no effect. He told me he would be at my home on tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10:00 a.m., and if he couldn't make it, he would call. Gonzalez never came nor called. THIS ISN'T BUSINESS MINDED!! IF YOU WEREN'T GOING TO KEEP AN APPOINTMENT WHY TELL A CUSTOMER DIFFERENTLY!

    It was an excellent experience. They came out and they were very punctual. They worked on it and they cleared up whatever viruses the computer had. They are well-informed and up to date with all the computer programs that we had so it was a good experience also.

    I purchased two Angie's List deals that Protek Computer Service's were having. My laptop didn't turn on anymore and my wife's was running at a turtles pace. I called Ian to set an appointment for the following week. Ian and Howard called me the day prior to confirm our appointment. The day of the appointment they were running late do to traffic and called me to let me know they were going to be a little late. No problem as I was running around town trying to take care of chores and was running a little late myself. When they arrived they apologized for any inconvenience they may have caused. That was nice to hear since it seems everybody runs late and thinks it's ok. I had been having issued with my laptop as well as my wife's laptop. Ian and Howard each took a laptop. My wife's laptop had 2 viruses which Ian quickly removed and installed an antivirus program, wasn't expecting that. My computer on the other hand they had problems getting to start. It would go on and then freeze. They said it may be the hard drive or worse the motherboard. They said they would have to take it with them to correctly assess their diagnosis. No problem as I haven't used it in over 6 months. About a week later Ian called me and said unfortunately it was the motherboard that went bad, most likely due to a virus. Ian said he would bring me back the laptop and apologized that he couldn't fix it. He also said due to them not being able to fix it I still had credit if I wanted to use it for another computer or if I purchase a new one. I expected with all the work they did that the deals I purchased were used up. I can't say enough good things about Ian and Howard. Two stand up, friendly, honest, hard working guys. I wish everybody I do business with were like them!

    I had with a slow main computer system and a professional server that was making a unusual noise. Nick responded promptly to my site at the appointed time. After about 30 minutes it was obvious that he had extensive knowledge and was able to diagnose the problem. The server needed a replacement fan parts and Nick assisted in locating the correct parts and they were ordered at that time. Nick, also diagnosed my main XP computer system and with his diagnostics package was able to pinpoint the problem and provided suggestions and sources to resolve the problem. Further, while performing the optimization I spoke with Nick on several occasions regarding how I needed to proceed. He was helpful in all cases.
