AGutter MD IncFrom start to finish, the Gutter MD team performed admirably. Roxanne arrived on time as scheduled and performed the house inspection and completed the estimate onsite. She was knowledgeable, very kind, and was able to answer all of my questions. The day that the installation was to begin, the two technicians arrived on time as scheduled. The work performed was removing a couple sections of old gutter and installing new 5" gutters on the entire house. The two gentlemen worked tirelessly until the job was completed on the same day. The gutters were installed over six weeks ago and they have definitely been put through the test with all of the torrential downpours occurring in South Florida this season. The gutters are doing their job and it is nice not having the landscape erosion as before. Thank you, Roxanne, and please give my regards to the two technicians for performing a great job. The costs were provided up front and payment only expected after projects were done. Everyone FCL sent was professional, respectful, and worked with attention to detail. After a run of bad experiences with home renovations, FCL was a godsend. I would highly highly recommend them for any range of construction/renovation projects. Rain delayed completion and he didn’t ask for payment until he returned to complete. It’s amazing how other businesses don’t catch on to the trend of showing up on time, doing what you say you’ll do and taking pride in what you do. ALoyal is not a word one typically uses for a roofing company, but that is the word I use for Earl of Earl Johnston roofing. You will NEVER be left high and dry wondering why no one can fix your roof issue. Earl never walks away from his customers even when things are complicated like in my homeowner’s association where my house is connected to others but we ALL pay for our own roofs. It is a mess. But Earl took the time to come out and speak to me personally and agreed to help me even though he did not have to. My warranty with his company was up long ago. He has been in this business a long time, knows roofs like the back of his hand, and his company is not fly by night, here now, gone tomorrow. My roof was done in one day, and inspected and passed the next. The people who work for the company are friendly and professional.His office staff are also professional and prompt. AThe service was excellent. They could have been the top . The worked was being done with the supervisors sitting and watching the work. They stripped the roof from Saturday to Monday. We are more than pleased me and my wife with the follow up. The cleaned up was excellent, they make sure they were no nails. I definitely recommend them.
