AEnsel Tile Inc.With great pleasure I write this review. First, I found Alon on Angie's List second because he is fantastic, professional, attentive, tidy and reliable along with his entire staff. We recently purchased an apartment that required complete remodeling and Ensel Tile Inc. helped us with complete reconstruction of the bathrooms (tub & shower) demolition of kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and tile/carpet removal throughout the apartment. To name a few, Edgard was excellent at tile installation, precise and fast. Angel, was detailed on the bathrooms and Levon took great care of our baseboard installation. All in all, workmanship from all of his staff far exceeded my expectations. Also, the Association requirements were met at all times and we never had any complaints. Alon staff is respectful, knowledgeable and reliable. They go above and beyond. Trust them you will be happy with their work.- Alicia A.

AAmerica RemodelingRoberto and team were great!! They performed 3 months of work on our home and did amazing. We had new floors laid, a wall taken down, complete bathroom remodel (including changing the size, rerouting plumbing and electrical) , ceilings sand-blasted, all new light fixtures replaced, added more electrical outlets, hung light outside and walls painted. Roberto is so very kind, honest and prompt. He came and checked in on the quality of his teams work almost daily. The only reason that I gave a B on quality is that sometimes his team would miss things in the details, BUT as soon as I showed Roberto those things were fixed immediately. AUnique Construction IncLiterally the highest possible recommendation. Complete and total satisfaction--exceeding all expectations. I've lived in Miami for years and have renovated multiple houses and used dozens of contractors. The trauma of working with Miami contractors of all stripes is real. Even high-priced contractors you're bound to get either a) robbed/overcharged/mischarged or b) terrorized with overages (time and $$) or c) **** workmanship/quality of finished product. Which is what makes working with Joel and Jose Ramos of Unique Construction all the more exceptional. Project was done earlier than timeline, of better quality than even my highest hopes, and has proven to hold up over time. Impeccable responsiveness and professionalism from both Joel and Jose. Things were constantly and clearly communicated from proposal to completion. Their crews show up every day at beginning of day, leave at end of day, and don't leave **** around. Most importantly, they do things the right way. No shortcuts, no cheap/half *** fixes. All basic things you'd say but things that are virtually impossible to find in Miami. Will absolutely use again for kitchen, bathroom, and home addition projects.- David D.

AQuality Pro Service BrowardImpressive, reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and customer oriented. We worked directly with Juan Carlos for three (3) consecutive months whom helped remodel our home. He painted our entire inside of our house, including the closets and ceiling, replaced all of our closet doors to more modern PVC panel doors that look gorgeous, replaced the baseboards and painted them, worked with Ikea in our kitchen which is absolutely gorgeous now, he brought in a crew of floor installers which put down Bamboo Vinyl Plank floors with such perfection!, he also made recommendations on unique one-of-a-kind and affordable places to visit for shopping of backsplash in kitchen, flooring, lumber yards for our baseboards, it was impressive! The project ran smoothly, well coordinated and organized. His crew is trustworthy, customer oriented, respectful and loved the fact that they picked up daily after their days work. The professionalism and detail in the way they work is amazing. They took their time and used their skills to provide us with the best floors execution. They are very talented and their work craftsmanship says it all. Of course picking a good quality floor helps a lot too they said because there is less margin for issues. But besides that it was all them. They were punctual and kept busy. We’re not in their phones and worked very hard. They’re very hard working guys. Very dedicated and love what they do. ANathan's Carpet and FlooringJorge and his team were great. Up front about costs, no hidden expenses, and the team brought enough manpower to get everything done in a day, even with a late start. Vinyl isn't hard to install, but they worked around the existing trim, the built-in closets and did a really good job completely redoing the entire second floor. They also had to rebuild the bottom step of the staircase to make everything fit and didn't charge extra for the work. Very pleased with the job and the price seemed reasonable compared to what we got by shopping around. Would definitely recommend them to a friend.- Eric T.

DUnprofessional installation. The floor was not settled in place, moved while walking and a couple of months later it started shifting and opening. I asked them to come and repair it, they did (after 10 emails), but with a charge. And, they would not have done it correctly, the second time, if I were not there watching and asking them to do it correctly.

DFirst, I was over charged for additional footage that does not exist the additional of 276 Square Feet (not including the 10% additional for waste). I realized about the overcharged when the floor installation was completed because I ended up returning boxes to the store, I called his attention, and I was giving a refund (make sure you check your square footage). I was not satisfied how the work turned out, the issue on this floor installation was that the floor ended up having a bubble where it needed a transition. The owner claim that due to the rain, and floor water damage the floor had expanded. Once several of the floor planks were removed NO water damage was found (pics). The owner explained that to have the "bubble" repair, the entire room needed to be reinstalled. We agreed on a payment amount to get the work done, removed the 317+ sq ft (14x22) from this room that supposedly was going to eliminate the bubble by the door entrance. When workers arrived and access the situation, it was concluded that the floor for this room needed not to be removed, instead the suggestion was to remove only the floor planks where the "bubble" laid and few more planks around the door entrance (bubble - damaged area). There is no doubt that the floor needed a transition, and it was installed, and 90 sq ft of floor planks removed around the bubble and not 317 sq ft. that I paid for it. Once this repair was done the bubble immediately disappear. I requested the owner to adjust the estimate from 317 sq ft to 90 sq ft, I offered to pay $500 and he refused to accept. His comment was that he needed to pay the day to his workers. He requested his workers to pick up and leave, once I agreed to get the job done he demanded cash ahead for the work which is against his company policy (50% deposit). I had pay with a check previously for first installation. Total repair cost for 2 hours of work not done well because it needed a transition from the very beginning, and 90 sq ft of floor reinstalling $700. If you are looking for detail floor installation, this is not the company. This company will be reported to BBB for not complying with his company policy.

DKevin installed my faucet in my shower right on top of mosaic tile and cut right through my marble pencil. Everyday I look at this I’m so angry. They said it couldn’t be helped but I was not informed they were going to do this. Looks terrible.
