ACertaPro Painters of Broward CountyWe had a great experience with CertaPro Painters. We had a fairly large job, a complete exterior repaint and 75% of our interior. We got five quotes, and although not the cheapest, they were one of the more reasonable quotes, but more importantly they were able to do everything electronically (email, text, Zelle) etc, which was very convenient and important to us. The crew that came out was Jimmy Giraldo and Christian and they were great. Professional, personable, and very skilled. They finished the job timely and explained everything as we propgressed. ABalestreri Painter Inc.I joined Angies List many years ago after I hired a friend of a friend to paint the exterior of our midcentury modern house. It did not turn out well back then. That painter charged by the hour and he would come around to work on the house from time to time, apparently when he needed some money. It turned out he also had a vision problem so the detail work left a lot to be desired. The exterior of our house was a big mess for months on end and he was never close to finishing. Eventually we realized that he would probably never be finished so we fired him and finished the work ourselves. I resolved to be smarter at hiring people and since joining Angies List I have found many great service providers for a variety of different jobs. As the years went by I dreaded having to go through the ordeal of exterior house painting again, and I kept putting it off, but finally I could not put it off any longer so I started to research painters on Angies List. That's how I found Frank Balestrieri and I tried him out on a rental house that I had just purchased. If he did satisfactory work on that rental house, then I planned to hire him for my midcentury modern house also. Frank did not disappoint me on either house. Rather, he far exceeded my expectations. I considered this house to be more challenging, not only because it was bigger, but because of the various unique architectural elements such as original redwood louver windows (previously painted and now peeling), but because painting was so long overdue and there was now much flaking on the stucco and peeling on the wood, and concrete patio slabs with chipping issues requiring repair etc. Frank knew exactly how to successfully address every challenge and the end result is great. Someday I will have the interior of both homes painted, and I am certain to hire Frank for that work.- Claire G.

ABalestreri Painter Inc.I found Balestrieri Painting on Angies List where I read all of the many detailed reviews describing the excellent work that they did. I did not seek competitive proposals from any other company since I felt confident, based on the reviews, that this company would be a good choice for me --- a very particular customer. I was not disappointed in my decision. The work went very well and Frank Balestrieri far exceeded my expectations. In response to the question whether I would hire again: in fact I DID hire him again for another house that I own that was a more challenging job than this first house. ( Frank did a great job on that one also, but that will be left for a separate review). Frank was highly professional, experienced, reliable and dependable. He communicated effectively and explained everything that they would be doing. He was very patient and provided numerous sample colors and applied them to various areas until I was satisfied that we had arrived at the right combination of colors. He exhibited fine attention to detail and demanded the same from his workers as he oversaw their work on a daily basis. I was impressed that he worked alongside his crew and did some of the work himself. He and his crew were very careful to avoid damaging anything, and they thoroughly cleaned up the work area afterwards. The house looks beautiful now and I am totally satisfied with the work that was performed. I feel that the quoted price was very fair and reasonable, and considering the high quality workmanship and efficiency with which they completed the work, it was worth every penny.- Claire G.
