ABuresh Home Solutions, Inc.When I asked my furnace repairman how I could lower my heating bills, he said get new windows on our 57 year old home. A neighbor just had her back deck replaced by Buresh Home Solutions and was very happy with the job they did, and highly recommended them. Their salesman came out, and had a promotional package we couldn't ignore, so we replaced ALL the windows upstairs, ALL basement half windows downstairs, and our rear door. The price was right, the work was very professional, and we lowered our thermostate two degree....... hopefully forever! We recommend Buresh Home Solutions for any home improvement project. Easy to communicate and always responds all questions. When it was time for Windows Installation, Armando Miran and helper were absolutely professional and non stop working during the installation. AAmerica RemodelingRoberto and team were great!! They performed 3 months of work on our home and did amazing. We had new floors laid, a wall taken down, complete bathroom remodel (including changing the size, rerouting plumbing and electrical) , ceilings sand-blasted, all new light fixtures replaced, added more electrical outlets, hung light outside and walls painted. Roberto is so very kind, honest and prompt. He came and checked in on the quality of his teams work almost daily. The only reason that I gave a B on quality is that sometimes his team would miss things in the details, BUT as soon as I showed Roberto those things were fixed immediately. AParadise Exteriors LLCJustin came out from Paradise and presented in completion all aspects surrounding installations of windows, from permitting issues, measurements, what happens if block on enclosing a window is not done according to permitting, pace program options, discount options, insurance coverage if leaving hurricane shutters or not, amount that the cost would be monthly if choosing the pace program, and Other discussions surrounding cost savings surrounding the choice of installation. Justin is about one of the best consultants I have ever met in construction, cares about quality and a happy customer at the end of the day. Paradise was quick in their discussions with Justin in regard to disabled.veteran options and very good in making a decision regarding this option. Paradise was referred to us by several friends who had used them - thankfully. James came to our home Friday night in Dec 2019 and 3.5 hours later after a COMPREHENSIVE & DETAILED sales presentation we just knew...we wanted the best, most cutting edge window technology and we knew this was it. Then came Covid-19...but Paradise never skipped a beat and kept calling me to keep me updated and timeline progression and handled the entire HOA & permitting process smoothly. --Then came Franklin and his team of 5 to our home - days later later everything installed and Franklin and his team were absolute GEMS and nothing but professional and highly skilled. They informed us what they were doing, why they were doing it and did a walk through afterwards. They covered our furniture and other things due to the dust. DVery unprofessional, Very unreliable, Lacks integrity, truthfulness and trustworthiness. Will not recommend or hire again. I have done some minor repairs of windows before with this company and was not a big deal , did not involve major installation or deposit , so never had a problem. However this time around I paid for impact windows installation that was supposed to be completed in 6- 8 weeks. Right from after the deposit was paid, communication stopped. I heard nothing more from them regarding permit filing and all the paper works for HOA even though I paid for permit. I had to call their office several times without any response. After 8 weeks there was still no response. It was not until I asked for a refund that Mike eventually hurriedly sent some people (not sure if they work for him) to come and install the windows. Half way through the installation , I noticed they had not installed the screens , asked them where the screens where, they said they forgot to bring it, called Mike , only to learn the screens where yet to be shipped and the man from the warehouse will be installing the screen when it arrives. It was unbelievable! I told them I will never allow that. Finally the installers came back the next day and installed the screens. Then I asked for the inspection papers and time. Another lies and lies of dates that never materialized. I eventually called the inspectors office , only to learn permit was not fully completed or picked up and so work cannot be inspected until their expired documents were submitted. I followed up with Mike again until the inspection was finally done . Time frame was 4 months. It was a horrible experience. Every conversation was unreliable and untruthful. Will not recommend to anyone that values Professionalism and integrity in business. This was a nightmare!

FNice guys but sell and install inferior glass in their windows and doors. The supplier they get their glass from does not honor their warranty and will use every excuse in the book to not fix issues caused by their obviously inferior quality glass. Two years after my windows and doors were installed multiple pieces of glass started having glazing issues. Each piece of glass is made from two pieces of glass held together by some type of silicone adhesive. Multiple pieces of glass started coming apart. Not only did this make the glass look terrible, I suspect it compromised the integrity of the glass. After much back and forth the glass was replaced under warranty. Here were are again 2 years later and the same exact glass that was replaced is having the same exact issue again, except this time the supplier and ultimately ASP are saying the glass is no longer under warranty. I expect much better post sales support after spending tens of thousands of dollars on impact windows and doors. Save yourself the trouble and go with another company that uses better quality glass and a supplier that stands by their products. Buyer beware !
