ADiscount Pool and PatioIt was amazing how well it turned out. We absolutely love our patio now. Joe and the crew were punctual and very professional. They helped give great advice and made excellent suggestions to help us make this the best project ever! After getting a quote (all fully written out and detailed of specific work to be performed) and permits pulled, we had to push the job out due to some unexpected work at our house that prevented them from starting (all due to something completely unrelated to them but held them back from starting). They were so patient with us and still held to the quote. Once they could start, it came together just as they said, they helped us understand what to expect and kept to their schedule. They resurfaced the pool, bull-nosed the edging, redid the full patio pavers, and put in all new tile and skimmer. We added the tile angel fish at the bottom of the pool, so much fun, so happy we did. All top quality materials- it LOOKS GREAT! Thank you. I have given Joe's name and number to 2 of my neighbors already. I found communication best and very timely if I emailed with Joe and the company rather than just a phone call. AWHITESTONE 217 CORPIvan from Whitestone works very diligently and carefully to ensure that the job is done right. He is very knowledgeable and has lots of experience working on docks. He built an entire 15x18 ft deck framing and composite decking as well as railings. He also built a 30ft above water dock including pilings, framing and decking. AMotti Painting Solutions recently completed a superb exterior painting job for us. First, they power washed the house, sanded, scrapped and caulked wherever needed. They painted our newly built porch, several sections of the house siding, all the detailed trim work, gutters and downspouts. They applied one full coat of primer and two coats of exterior paint. The crew replaced some complicated rotted trim. The job they did was outstanding! The workers were meticulous, professional, polite, quiet and dependable. They worked diligently every day for 11 hours. They cleaned up all debris, materials, and equipment daily. Motti’s prices were very fair and very reasonable for such high-quality workmanship which came with a 3 year warranty. We highly recommend Motti Painting Solutions for all your painting needs. AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

AEddie, his family and his crew are AMAZING!!!! Eddie is very friendly and funny but extremely professional and detail oriented. He does an amazing job and does not cut "corners". He is honest with his quotes and it's truly an artist. He will give you an honest response to any of your worries, you can be assured that Eddie and his crew will take care of you with white silk gloves. A couple of years ago, we had him to fix something in our master bedroom that required taking the carpet out and we decided to put tile instead of replacing the carpet. The tile work was amazing!! Then, we painted the bedroom and we had an incredible fresh new look. Recently, we had him again to fix the ceiling of our nook area (due to a leak from the 2nd floor). They did an amazing job!!! His son and wife recreated exactly the same texture on the ceiling as the rest of the area and then painted the ceiling. Also, replaced the baseboards of the nook area and pantry and painted it. Another issue we had was on a front window that in an area the drywall was flaking and they fixed it and painted it with the exact color paint as the original area. We are extremely happy with his work. Next, we have him to do our master bath shower. We truly trust Eddie and his family. You can rest assured you will be taking care of. It might take a little time to get Eddie because he is such a high demand, but trust me, the wait is worth it. You wont regret it. Thank you Eddie & familly. My true rating for him is not only 5 stars but 10 -----> **********

AAt the inspection of the home we bought, lead paint was discovered on the windows of a sunroom, garage, and basement. We had a timeline based on when the house was closing and when our lease expired. Leo was extremely accommodating even when our closing got delayed at the last minute due to a paperwork error by the title company. He did not complain; he simply rescheduled the critical work and coordinated with the lead inspector to ensure that we could move into our home on time. He was the best. The 37 windows his men replaced look great. They did a great job painting the trim and insulating. They even patched up some concrete and painted an extra section. In a few places, the lead paint could not be removed, only painted over, because the boards were part of the structure of the house and could not be removed, but they are small enough that I don't think they will be an issue.
