AHomeTech Construction & DesignWe bought our first house something over a year ago and we knew it will need lots of work . The house was build in 1960s and never really remodeled. We hired HomeTech to completely remodel / reconfigure existing 2 bedroom 1 bath house , added square footage to the first floor and build new second floor . We started with remodeling of the existing house while working on the plans for the additions which definitely made the project to go smoother and finish faster. The fun part of the project was the design and showroom visits. HomeTech designer really understood our style & needs, had great suggestions & ideas and the project manager good points & recommendations to keep the project within our budget . The project was completed well within the estimated time Everyone from HomeTech team was straight forward and honest from the first meeting throughout all the project, always available to answer our questions via a call / text / email. They build us an amazing 5 bedrooms 5 & half bathrooms home and we are very fortunate to have found them and worked with them.- adwoa A.

AHomeTech Construction & DesignI am giving Hometech Construction & Design five stars! We had our master bathroom remodeled completely. We are really happy and satisfied. The job wasn't an average bathroom remodel, because we needed to push a wall out two feet, and also raise the ceiling. It was a big & messy job. HomeTech crew where absolutely top notch. They paid attention to the details, were able to fit our requirements and open to changes we made along the construction. The designer & architect are great with creative ideas and suggestions, all the while keeping the budget under control. Now we get lots compliments on our bathroom. A4Ever RemodelingEveryone from the 4ever team was great, including Damien (owner), Magda (designer / project manager) and Kuba (foreman). The project took just under 8 weeks start to finish, and communication was excellent throughout. Our space has been transformed from an uninhabitable mess to an upscale floor of our home. In particular we were grateful to have worked with Magda, as her suggestions and recommendations on flooring, paint colors, ceiling options and finishes were excellent.- Adam C.

APrime Construction CorpThese guys keep their word?period. We are restoring a D.C. tow house to its turn-of-the-century grandeur, and Tom and Agustin kept our (picky!) taste in mind every step of the way. We needed our first floor done for the holidays, and they delivered the project on a silver platter. Anytime we needed help or had questions, concerns or needed to vent, Tom Evers and Agustin Fuentes were?and are?there for us. The party ain't over yet?we are now working on a complete English basement renovation, and Tom and Agustin are at it again. We wouldn't consider going with anyone else.- Robert P.
