    I was admitted in the hospital with emergency c-sections. The doctor who operated was associated with Anthonio Cardella office. The hospital sent a huge bill that is already paid in full.
    On March 11, 2016, almost a year after the hospital visit, I received an alert from Credit Bureau regarding the negative post on my credit report. I followed up with collection agency who reported this and found out that this was related to the bill from Cardella office. I have not received the bill and I have not received the note from collection agency preceding the reporting to Credit Bureau.
    The FTC was already notified of the same.
    The doctors office had my information including phone number. When I called they stated that letter was returned as the apartment number was missing.
    They did have my phone number and should have contacted me before selling this to collection.
    When I called they were rude and stated that I was sent communication and it was my fault.

    Dr. Rego is great! Very helpful, engaged and sympathetic. She doesn't keep you waiting long, she is also efficient and on point. I would recommend her, Dr. Jane Cohen, Dr. David Cohen and Dr. Drost to anyone, they are all wonderful doctors!
    I do have a problem, however, with the attitude of the support staff. Not the staff that you encounter on the reception and billing/future appointment desks, they're great, but the prescription refill desks. These employees are obviously very busy, but it's not necessary to be surly.  Even though I go out of my way to be pleasant, I have encountered this at three different doctors in Miami, PGSFL included, and I wonder if the attitude just is the way it is with these women (always women, it seems!). But it doesn't have to be. The patient is calling for a reason, they don't want to be sick, its not their fault they need a prescription, but you are made to feel like you are a great bother to these people. I dread refilling or calling about a prescription. I wish the doctors who run the practices were on the other end of the phone to experience it. It brings the whole practice down, sorry to say.

    I delivered my daughter at Mt. Sinai and couldn't be happier with the experience. Despite requiring a c-section because she was breech, they honored my request to breastfeed on the operating table, not administer antibiotics, delay her first bath and keep her in our room from the moment we left the recovery room. excellent all around.

    They are horrible. They are just about the money.
    Once yo have paid for the procedure they treat you very bad. Forget if the need to solve any problem with them.
    I had a lot of problems with them. They made my life a nightmare.
    Since payments to have appointments with the doctor.
    I do not recommend them.

    Aside from the annoyingly long wait in the waiting room (appt was at 10:55, was called back to patient room at 12:25���I'm *hoping* this was a fluke!) I thought the overall experience was good. Dr. Berg is friendly and listened thoroughly to everything I had to say. Together, we talked through my complaints and decided on a course of action to figure out what could be wrong. I will definitely be back to see her.

    Everything went well and was fast. I would definitely use the office for simple things like a flu etc. I only spent like 5 minutes with the doctor so can't say much, except that he was very brief and a bit dry. He seemed competent and I got the paperwork I needed without problems. The only thing is that I had to wait to see him for almost an hour after my scheduled time. Staff is good, smooth experience overall.

    Have been using UM Ob/Gyn for 4 years. Though they are usually behind schedule, the docs don't make things feel rushed when they're with you. They explain things adequately and are willing to answer questions. This particular visit lived up to my average experience at the clinic.

    I'm self employed and have bad, expensive individual insurance that limits me to 4 visits per year. Despite this, dr. Pita constantly refers me and my son to specialists within the group. She insisted that I see a certain specialist that I told her my insurance would not cover, promising it "wouldn't be too expensive." When I went to the appt, the receptionist asked for my insurance card, even after I told her the service would not be covered. The card "went through" and I went thru with the visit, along with a follow-up visit. A month or so Later, I received a bill for almost $600 for the 2 visits - surprise! The insurance didn't cover it, dr pita and the office took no responsibility for misleading me, and I got screwed. This is not the only mistake this office has made - they didn't classify my sons physical as a physical, and refused to change it later, so he now only has one covered visit remaining for the year. And they keep pushing specialists I have no coverage for.

    I didi not like her attitude. She was extremely cold and judgmental. Pushed for me to have genetic testing for cancer. Thankfully the lab called me before they ran the test to be sure I was aware the cost for the test was over $4,000.00, and it was not covered by insurance.

    Dr. Lolayekar and her staff are extremely friendly, courteous, and efficient. Excellent care. This facility is part of University of Miami and is run much better than most of the other facilities.
