They were not the absolute cheapest but promised the highest quality construction and they delivered at a very fair price! The insurance adjuster inspected the property and said that it was PREMIUM construction which significantly lowered our insurance premiums. High quality crew, courteous and punctual. Stayed on the job until it was complete. Brought the job in on time and at contract price. Would absolutely recommend and work with R&K again!- Philip S.

ADependable ServicesWilliam responded to my initial request promptly and professionally, setting up an appointment to give a quote for several small projects in a newly purchased home. He was very clear on what he could do, and recommended a few changes to my plan. Despite having a tight schedule, he was able to schedule the work to be completed a few days from our initial meet. His workers were punctual, professional, and treated our home with respect. All tasks were completed in one day, and William came by the next morning to inspect and check that I was satisfied with the end product. He also gave tips on how to check to make certain none of the plumbing repairs failed (not due to installation, but hey, parts can be defective). His pricing was reasonable and I will be calling upon him again for future, larger projects. I highly recommend.- Stephanie J.

ARoss ServicesWe talked to Brian at Ross Services on Saturday to explain what we wanted to do; he came by and gave us an estimate on Sunday, at which time we chose the color(s) that we wanted and the work began on Monday. His employees did a high quality job of laying the caulking color, then drawing, by hand, into the caulk to form large 'slabs' of stone. They then colored, by hand, each 'slab' in a variation of the colors that we chose. The job was done by the following Saturday which was quite a feat as it rained almost every day and each stage of the job needed to dry overnight. Ross Services does not sub out their jobs. All workers are employed by Ross and I must say they did a very professional job. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Brian and staff!- Brenda S.

ARoss ServicesFrom the beginning Greg Ross was a pleasure to work with. I am a retired Florida General Contractor with 30+ yrs. in S. Florida. I found Greg and his team very competent, punctual and professional. They demonstrated the skill set that enabled the job to be completed within the 7 day schedule. One thing I noticed early and liked was that not once did I notice any of Greg's team standing by idly, "holding up a shovel". Greg was on the job daily to answer any questions/ concerns I had. These were very few! Ross Services were very diligent after I accepted the pool and cut my last check to make sure no unexpected issues came up and handled them (2 minor issues) the same day that I called Greg. I would use them again, but I don't expect to have any need for pool renovation for quite some time. Give Ross services a shot, I think you'll be happy. Tom CGC 035936- Thomas M.

AThey did a great job. I had a paver patio and walkway that needed to be reconfigured and leveled to eliminate puddles. Eddie was easy to work with and I was confident that he understood what needed to be done and how to do it. A few weeks after the job was done, I have yet to see the puddles forming the way they were before. I am really satisfied with the job they did, and would hire them again without a doubt.

The owner, Yusmiel, who came over and inspected our floor and gave an estimate, personally did the marble floor restoring and polishing. His crew were professional and personable, and completed the job on time. They were concerned about our property and protected our furniture by either moving it, or by covering it. Their work was exceptional and the floors are shiny and beautiful. My wife is so happy. Miami Marble Kings exceeded my expectations and our marble floors are beautiful. FWe called them on December 14 to give us an estimate for driveway pavers. Said they would have someone get back to us to schedule an appointment. Their rep Sal called us the next day and we set an appointment for him to come on 12/17 at 4 pm. At 4:30 he had not shown up, so we called him only to get his voicemail. We left a callback message. Then we called their office and received a voicemail that they were on another line and would call us back. Left a callback message. Neither one ever called us back. How unprofessional is that?!! Please stay clear of this company.
