AEJD Construction Contractors & Investment Corp.Eric and his team were great and I would hire him for any other construction job again. From the first day Eric responded to our request for a quote, to the very end of the project he was responsive and easy to work with. At the outset, he took the time to have various conference calls with my husband and I to go over contractual items. He worked with us in every aspect. He was punctual and kept us updated of all inspection results. His team and subs would show up exactly when he told us they would. He pushed the project quickly, and we were able to complete it in only 5 months (during a pandemic!!). He was in constant communication with our architect, and engineers to get documents necessary without having to bother us to do it. At one point I really wanted to remove the tie-beam in an area of the addition, and he went above and beyond to call everyone necessary to see how we could do it. He also got us other subcontractors for second opinions in other aspects of our project. He goal was to make sure we were satisfied with the work. ATiki Aluminum ProductsChicago bricks on patio had to be removed for footers. The bricks were replaced perfectly. Support poles and cross beams each had levels for perfect alignment for placement in the concrete. Construction team worked in a timely and considerate manner. ACory Schechter (Sales Manager) came to our home to give us options on how to best fix our fading Eurotile around our pool. He really put himself in our shoes and suggested what was best for us. Didn't try to upsell us on anything, just gave his advice, which was to do some things ourselves which would save us thousands of dollars. AExcellent! From my first meeting with Mike, I knew they knew their business and I had that confidence in them. Their quote was not the cheapest either. Our seawall was raised from 8 - 14" above where it was (it was sagging in the middle). The team Mike sent out were here everyday, on time, cleaned up every evening and worked long hours. The office takes very good care of all permits and invoicing. A very favorable experience!

AIt went great, some delays due to weather, which was totally out of their control of course but the guys were on time, did the work promptly, kept me informed the entire time, and cleaned up afterwards. I love my garage floor and backyard patio now. Its more liveable and easier to clean up dirt and debris. I would hire theme again in a heartbeat.
