When Noah returned the giraffe we were amazed. The base he made blended into the original work excellently and it was sealed and protected. Additionally he enhanced the highlights of the piece to truly bring out the details. We are very happy with his work.

Swimmingly! Fair price, quick turnaround and excellent QUALITY work. Noah is a true craftsmen and goes above and beyond if he discovers additional attention is warranted. He has restored, repainted and repurposed items for me and I have been pleasantly surprised on more than one occasion at the extra touches he's added. I can't recommend him enough.

His restoration and repair work was excellent. He was also very reassuring that the furniture could be repaired and made my wife feel much better about the situation. When the work was completed he moved the furniture and some additional items form storage back to our home. His charges were acceptable to the insurance company. Overall an excellent experience in a challenging situation.

I took the chair to Noah for repair. He found additional damage during the inspection that I completely missed. He quoted the repair cost and ready date. He completed under cost and a week early. We can't see any repair; looks new.

    SETZER'S APPLIANCES FIREPLACES
We emailed for and confirmed an appointment as they were referred to us by our builder. They were unprepared and late for appointment. they could not explain why they chose the appliances there did. They did not tell us about bulk purchase discounts until we asked. It was a waste of time.

i dropped off the chair and it was returned to me within five days looking like new. I put the chair back in the set and challenged some friends to find which chair was repaired,. no one could! Noah was a pleasure to work with and would entrust him with both small and large projects!

    The Piano Man, LLC
I called Joel out to our house to look at a player piano from the early sixties.  One of the hammers was completely broken, so one key did not work at all.  In addition, it needed to be tuned.  According to a sticker inside the piano, it appears that it hand't been  tuned in over 20 years!

After confirming our appointment a day or two before, he came out and inspected our piano. I was surprised how thorough he was and how much time he spent explaining the mechanics of an upright piano and what needed to be done.  His price quote was very close to what I was expecting (based upon my Internet research), so Joel took the "guts" out of the piano and took it back with him to his shop.  He returned approximately a month later, with all of the above details completed.  I'm sure he could have brought it back sooner, but he was working around my vacation.  We were in no particular hurry.

This is a family busines.  I believe he is a second generation piano tuner.  His love and care for the piano shows.  It's nice to deal with someone like him that truly loves what he does!  I wish all of my interactions with service providers was the same as with Joel.

I highly recommend Joel and "The Piano Man LLC" to anyone in the area.  I plan on calling him back in 6 months to check the tuning and keep our piano in tune!

    Michael Gainey Signature Designs
This was the first time I had hired a professional designer to work in my home, and I chose Michael Gainey Signature Designs based in part on good reviews from his clients on Angie's List. In our first meeting in his studio to discuss the project, Michael grasped exactly what we were trying to accomplish and we connected with him right away. A second meeting followed at our home to view the existing space. He brought the flooring guy and the contractor who would work on our project. Michael had already selected some samples of hardwood flooring for us to look at, and some fabrics for the window treatments. Although we had not thought of changing our existing arched entryways, Michael suggested that doing so and framing the new openings with woodwork casements would provide a more dramatic entrance and would give us the feeling of an "Old Florida" home. He was absolutely right, and we love the new look. This was one advantage of hiring a professional designer who could look at our home and see the potential we were struggling to bring out. Michael was also very good at identifying those pieces of our existing furniture and accessories that he could work with in the new design. Although we purchased rugs and furniture from him, at no time did he pressure us to do or buy anything we didn't want to. I had some reservations along the way with his choice of window treatments and upholstery fabrics, and he was very patient with me until we reached a level of satisfaction. Michael was very good at staying in touch with us by phone, text, and e-mail. He was always prompt for our meetings. Our desire was to have a design that reflected our interests in nature, and our beautiful setting on the Indian River Lagoon. We were not looking for a beachy vibe or Key West colors, but that Old Florida look and design elements that connected our room to the river view outside. Our new room is just beautiful and reflects our personalities and interests. I felt throughout the project that Michael was truly interested in giving us what we wanted, and did not try to force us into some trendy design. Other than the initial $500 design fee, we did not pay any additional fees for Michael's services because we ordered enough furnishings through him. We paid the flooring and contractor's work to those providers directly. Michael Gainey was a pleasure to work with.

    The Piano Man, LLC
Joel is extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastically sharing this knowledge with me in such a way that it could be understood by the layperson.  He had extensive knowledge re: my specific piano which is extremely helpful and enlightening.  He shared various options for returning the functioning of the piano to its optimum state as well as short-term adjustments that could be employed until further calibrations could be addressed.   I have never witnessed such a comprehensive examination of  our family piano in the years since I began to play as a young child.   In speaking to other piano tuners,  I had been told that they would not be able to address the issue of reattaching the pedals, which was absolutely necessary.  I without reservation recommend Joel, the "Piano man"  for those who are concerned about both the short and long term integrity of their pianos.

    Quality Piano Service
Amazing man with tons of experience, a love of music, and terrific people skills! He did exactly what I needed - did not try to sell me on more, but told me what COULD be done down the line. My kind of businessman!
