    CDS Plumbing Inc
I don't know any plumbers in the area, so I called a few hoping to get a sense of their professionalism, attitude, knowledge, etc. By the time I got off the phone, I felt like I had just talked to my own wise mother. I felt that sense of peace as soon as I got off the phone and said, "Honey, this is the one." It's a family run business and has been around for a long while. Fred showed up already pulling out necessary equipment and going to work as soon as he stepped out of the vehicle. He asked me for any helpful details, explained the entire process to me. He did the leak test, busted through the concrete floor, fixed the leak, poured new concrete and was done in just a few hours. He even protected our furniture and cleaned up after the job was done. My wife and I would Highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Thanks so much to all of the CDS family.

Drain Wizard Plumbing & Rooter Service
We had an unknown plumbing issue in our upstairs that flooded the downstairs. They were responsive, quick, effective and professional. I highly recommend and have said to friends hey if you need a plumber, let me know!

My remodel involved completely moving the plumbing lines in the kitchen and laundry area. Paul came out to quote my project but when I mentioned pulling a permit, he said we didn't need one. I told him my nephew, who is a GC in South Florida and said I most definitely needed permits and inspections due to the scope of my project, which included moving electrical lines. My nephew said if we didn't get permits and anything happened down the road, my homeowners insurance may not cover. Paul agreed to pull the permit but stated he "didn't know when we would be able to get them because he worked 7 am - 6 pm". The quote I received for the scope of the job, was very fair and reasonable. However, he quoted me $1,000 for a permit. I already had other quotes (both electrical and plumbing) and knew that a permit was around $350 for the scope of my job. When I questioned him he said he was charging me for his time to prepare and go out to the building department and get the permit. No other contractor charged me double what the actual permit cost for their time to get the permit. They may do very good work but this is supposed to be a Christian owned company and price gouging for something that should be part of the job anyway, isn't very honest or ethical.

    Taylor Ceramic Tile Installations Inc
I can't say enough great things about Mike Taylor with Taylor Tile. He came to our home promptly, gave us an estimate that beat everyone else, and he was super nice. He was busy, so he said it would be about 4 months before he could start the job, but he gave us a start date and 4 month later he started work on that exact date. The only problem we had (not Mike's fault in any way), was that the tile company we used never ordered our tile, which put things back about a week. Knowing that Mike keeps a tight schedule I was worried, but he was able to adjust things some and still got our bathroom remodel completed in a timely manner. I appreciated the fact that even though it wasn't his fault/problem, he really wanted to be part of the solution and make sure we were taken care of. Everyday Mike came on time, cleaned up after his work, and he was even nice enough to let my dog out to go to the bathroom before he left for the day. Our bathroom remodel turned out perfectly, and we would definitely use him again for any tile/remodel work.

    All East Coast Services
Did not go well. The work was overpriced ($300) to re-plumb my sprinkler pump. After the work was done the pressure to the sprinkler heads was about half what it used to be. Asked them to check their work and they insisted that there were too many heads on the zone. Worked fine before the work was done and had issues afterwards. They could not comprehend the logic and continued to argue there were too many heads for the zone. I then called a legitimate sprinkler repair company and they said when the plumbing was done they let junk fall into the pump which caused the issue. They cleaned out the pump and things worked fine after that. I am writing this review because I asked the sprinkler repair company if the previous repair company should have noticed and fixed this when they did the work and they said "Yes absolutely, if they knew what they were doing". I called All East Coast Services, LLC for a refund of the $100 the sprinkler repair company charged and they belligerently refused. They even had the nerve to say they didn't charge me to send somebody out to check their work they originally screwed up.

    Todd Thomas Home Improvements Inc
Excellent service, professionalism, and responsiveness from the start of the project to the very end. Every person who worked on the bathroom was very organized and focused on doing the best job possible. I am very picky and I must say they exceeded my expectations. Robert completed the majority of the work and he is truly a skilled craftsman . he's very detail-oriented and committed to doing just beautiful work. Robert gets an "A+" and he is pleasant as well. I recommend Todd Thomas Home Improvements without any hesitation. Don't waste your time scouting out another company!!

    Dave's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning
They responded very quickly after my request for quotes through Angie's List. We arranged for service the following day. They needed to arrive later than originally planned but they called to make sure it would still work for us. Work was completed efficiently and the area was cleaned up nicely after installation. The paperwork needed for rebate was provided promptly via email.

    Vinnys Home Repair Unlimited
Was a most satisfactory job. Vinny and his associate replaced my deteriorated outside garage lanterns, installed 9 odd halogen bulbs in bath light bar, repaired holes in wallboard and hung back the kitchen clock, installed new toilet seat and even fixed a faucet handle (though I had purchased a new faucet thinking it would be needed), rewired a table lamp He was very generous with his knowledge and gave numerous hints on plumbing/paint storage/lighting, etc. all the while being attacked by thousands of Florida june bugs. Everything was left spotless and the bill was actually less than I had anticipated ! ! !
