  • Absolutely fantastic. If you truly, love your animals, do yourself and them a huge favor, put them here It is most definitely the next best thing to home sweet home! a very professional! beautiful property and beautiful Kennels. A small home grown company, they walk my dogs 3 times daily. Food is included, unless you rather bring your own. in my opinion, these people's love and compassion for animals is completely and utterly undeniable. They calmly and completely awnsered my every last question. FYI, I have a Brevard county business, named Best Choice AC + Duct Cleaning. I can speak from experience, when I say, about these reviews. If you make 10 people happy, on average one or maybe two well write a positive review. If there are 10 people who are unhappy for any reason whatsoever, all 10 of them will definitely write a negative review. they are most definitely worthy, of the title, a true 5-star company. as I stated in the very beginning of this review, if you truly love and care about your animal, as I'm sure you do, place them here. don't do it because they're 1/2 the price of their competitors, do it becauase your pets are family and they deserve the very best. If you need a referral over the phone please call me directly 321-499-0025. I am in no way whatsoever, Associated or affiliated with this company and everything I've posted as Direct, as possible , and personal to my wonderful experience, with East Coast. I am not employed and was not paid to write this message. Call me personally for my vocal refferal 14 hours of the day 6am to 8 p.m.

  • They came highly recommended and are closer to my residence than where I normally have my dog groomed, so I contacted them and asked if they groomed Airedale Terriers. They responded immediately and said they were very familiar with Airdales and the Airedale cut and that the price would be $50-$55. I made an appointment and the day I dropped her off to be groomed, they were just finishing up a Labradoodle. It was beautiful! When I picked her up, all they had done was to buzz her short all over! To make matters worse, they charged me $60 because she said she didn’t realize how big she was. Well, she’s an average size Airedale and I normally pay $50.

  • As I explained, the manager/owner was somewhat hostile and made me feel that I was exaggerating. Never got a call expressing remorse for the defensive way I was treated. I worked in many jobs over the years, and "the customer is always right" was the rule of the day. Without seeing the dog, she judged my opinion over the groomers who had been her employee for only a few months. I held up calling, but my family and neighbors agreed this was a poor job. I never expected the hostility I received.

  • Dog ended up with a severe sway in hip area and low strength in hind legs. The cost of care here is staggering. They are focused on making lots of money. Look at the facility, that is always a sure indicator where the priorities are. If you have money, be sure to visit. They will gladly take it.

  • The day I took him to the veterinarian he wasn't limping as badly but the doctor was extremely thorough and checked his paw and all the way up his leg. It was because of this thoroughness we learned he jammed one of his toes which was confirmed by an x-ray. I'm grateful that the veterinarian did not ignore my concerns because he appeared better and took her time in examining our dog.

  • There’s a bunch of doctors. I’m a regular. The experience is always excellent. Their specialty is like animal, like surgery and stuff. Compared to other vets they're supposedly more expensive, but they’re more experienced.

  • They are excellent. They have excellent service. Our dog is happy to go in. They do it right in front of you, they don't take them to a back room, to do the work. He goes in happy and comes out happy. They're pleasant, they remember the dogs name. It's a good overall experience.

  • Very good experience, a professional grooming business. Owner was in residence and all the groomers were attentive to their clients. Our dog looked so beautiful and she was less stressed than usual. A clean and professionally run business! This is our dog grooming business from now on! Very pleased.

  • Pups seemed happy when we picked them up. Staff was nice when picking up and dropping off. They are the only indoor play area in FL which is needed with the heat. However, it does smell when you walk in the building. They have a covered pool/play area for outside play, which costs additional ($10). It also costs addt'l ($5) for a lunch break - being as ours are puppies they need to eat more than twice a day, especially if playing hard all day with other pups/dogs. When asked if my one pup went in the pool the afternoon staff didn't know... Poor communication bwtn shift workers. Owners/parents want to know what their kids/dogs are up to. There is no camera/video feed except in the boarding area. Would be nice to be able to watch your dog interact with other dogs. Our kids have been twice for all day day care, one pup came home sick the second time. Don't know if it was something at the day care or something else. Called day care and spoke with a staff member, who was very short and rude, asked for manager, spoke with manager/owner who was very defensive about the situation and a tad rude. She promised to look at the video tapes and get back to us... never did. They do have good specials, like 2-4-1, outdoor play at reduced rate, etc. We have not been back, not due to the illness, but we don't really NEED day care as hubby is retired at home. We did day care for the socialization of our pups. Not sure if I will go back again or not due mostly to the smell.

  • Was nice at first. Complained about people not tipping or no tip. Asked for half the fee before starting service thenumber demanded rest on first visit before job complete. Wanted tips in cash left on first visit. Cashed all checks same day she received. Bragged how she cleaned cat and dog poop from yard and litter box also sweep house and keep neat. Actuality she did not sweep, (not her job but don't say you do and don't]), nor clean dog poop and then complained that yard was full of dog poop and was discussed by it on her shoes. Brought her grand daughter with her which I asked her not to leave her alone at anytime at house yet she would go outside with dogs and leave her inside. Liability was my issue if she got hurt. Next issue was times. First day was good but then started to come early like 5:30 am and 8pm throwing off pet schedules. Told use our food choices for pets were very bad, food container was inappropriate, veterinarian was wrong choice, food bowls were wrong. How did we know this? We have security cameras inside and out with voice recording. This also was a big issue with Kelly. Older dog is 11yr old German Shepard retired service dog of my husbands and has a blatter issue. Pads on floor got changed but dirty thrown in washer for us to run. That stunk up house when we got home. We call on pets and no less than three hour delay even when we saw her at house live. When she did call it was with a rude attitude. Last day she told us she could no longer watch pets under the deplorable conditions. In our opinion she appears to be unstable in action and demeanor. Recommend using anyone else.
