    Perry Wright Home Repairs
Perry and Dave have done multiple jobs for me, all reasonably priced for their efforts. They have done window replacement, bathroom exhaust fan installs, playground assembly, and baseboard paint/install. They are my go-to handymen! Easy to work with and very realistic with timeline expectations.

    Superior Sheds Inc
First off - Superior Sheds saying that Satellite Beach is in their market should have told me that I I needed to pull a permit. They should have also told me that the shed needed to be placed on a concrete slab instead of telling me that their installed solution is "good to go" for Brevard County. It's not. Ordering a shed from them has been a pain. I would NOT do business with them again.

    ShedMovers
I did some research online when I needed a shed for my backyard, and the Shedmovers web site had the most information.  I drove up to their Titusville location and met with Tim Ryan, their Sales Manager, who was very professional and knew a lot about the shed business.  I was impressed with the quality of the Lark Shed that I purchased and the anchoring that is done once the shed is in place.
I picked out a shed on their lot, and they told me it would be delivered 2 days later at 7:00 a.m.  This morning, delivery day, they called me at 6:45 a.m. and said they were 10 minutes away.  In less than an hour, the crew delivered, leveled and anchored the shed in my yard.  If you want a well built shed sold by a group of friendly, professional people, go see these guys.  It will be well worth the trip.

Mike Willis Roofing & Construction LLC
They did an excellent job.  They repaired four roof vents for us.  Their crew was professional and cleaned up after the job.  They even managed to match our roof shingles.  We were very happy with them and would use them in the future for any additional work.

    Matthew Ray Homes Inc
The entire project went smooth as silk with the exception of obtaining the necessary approvals from the HOA, which had nothing to do with the contractor.  The construction quality was top notch and Tony himself was frequently on the job overseeing work.  All the workmen were polite and professional.

Tony spent some time with me to assure that there were no misunderstandings about the job specs.  He was happy to take whatever time was necessary to see that every possible detail was addressed in the design, then followed through to make sure the end product matched the specifications exactly.

We live in a deed restricted community which requires all construction to match the look, feel and color of the existing structure and it is virtually impossible to tell the the new garage was not part of the original construction.  Many of my neighbors have commented on the great appearance of the final product and the short construction timeline.

I had one minor concern about the concrete.  A few hours after the slab was poured we had a very heavy rain.  I called Tony the next morning about 9 am to express my concern and, to my amazement, he said he had already been out that morning to inspect the slab and saw no issues.  I was still concerned, so Tony provided me a letter guaranteeing the slab for an additional 2 years.

Tony Ray finished the job on time (with the exception of the HOA hang-up - again, not their fault) and UNDER budget.  Hire this guy!  You will not be disappointed!

    Total Home Roofing
We are currently working with Rob from Total home construction on a project.  For us this is a big endeavor, we are having them build a 2 car garage, covered patio and breezeway.  We worked with rob and several other construction companies through the design and bidding process.  Total home was responsive, helpful, efficient and Rob is great.  Based on the bids and his Angie's list recommendations, we have selected Rob and Total Home Construction to build our project.
Having completed the survey, design, architectural drawing, and bid process...we have submitted everything to our local building officials.  We expect approval of everything from them (hopefully) by Feb 5, 2013 and at that point Total Home will be able to submit the permits.
Once we have all of the proper paperwork in hand, we expect Total Home to start breaking ground on the Project.
I will keep you apprised of the progress.
    Thanks - An excited member!

    Lowman Brothers Construction
It was a long process that involved many sub contractors of DRL. They were the " General". The measuring ( after the estimate), ordering materials, pouring concrete slab and tying it into my existing foundation, buildling the concrete block structure, adding the roof and tying it into the existing roof along with matching soffet, new garage door with opener, adding a back door and porch light, adding electrical to the garage, painting, stucco, and finishing. They did an excellent job overall.

    John Silvers Handyman Services
He was terrible with getting back to us and was late for an appointment by 45 minutes to look at the job. He looked at the scope of work to be done and then never got back to us. We called him 3 times to even see if he has interest in the job. He doesn't return phone calls. He never gave us the quote at all. He said he wanted the job. He showed an interest in the job and then never got back to us. We waited 4 weeks, and we have not gotten an estimate. We will not be using him, but he came so highly recommended on the list. We cannot for any reason figure out why somebody wouldn't want work in the holiday time. We wanted the fact out there that he had perfect A ratings, and we had no trouble with him. He didn't even do the job obviously. There was no work done nor will there be work done by him.

    BRW Construction
Went very well I thought with hardly any issues. No problem with leins afterwards, he pays his bills. He followed the engineered drawings to the letter. The building is solid, it will survive a hurricane.

    Matthew Ray Homes Inc
    1) The quality of the resulting work was fantastic, especially when considering that every aspect of this job demanded customization; no commercially available items fit the requirements. The new storage closet blends beautifully with the previous closet doors and its base is presently accommodating a very large load of books and other heavy items without a hitch. The latches on the door work flawlessly. 2) The quality of the resulting work was also excellent and as above, everything required customization. The pantly closet now houses our newly purchased freezer with very easy access to its drawers. The top side storage shelves are now larger and much more user friendly than before. The closet door design is beautiful, with a two top-door arrangement for the closet shelves and a single bottom door for accessing the freezer. Furthermore, the doors blends beatifully with all the other elements in the kitchen. Additional Comments: Both jobs started and finished as scheduled. Surrounding areas were protected during the whole process from the unavoidable dust, and at the end each day everything had been thoroughly cleaned. Courtesy and responsiveness were always the norm in this and other (smaller and larger) jobs done for me in the past by Tony Ray. I highly recommend this company for any type of work required for home remodeling and/or repairing.
