    ReplaceALens
It went great! I followed the instructions on the Replace a Lens website. They replaced my lenses with lined bifocal polycarbonate anti-glare lenses. I ordered on 11/4 and they shipped on 11/13. The cost was very reasonable at $100.30. They were perfect! I would definitely use them again and have recommended them on Facebook.

    Pappas, Dr Regina
Horrible. Dr. Pappas lied about a procedure she performed and I had to see someone else to have it corrected. I was told that the pain I was experiencing was from "glue" ("absolutely no stitches"). When I finally sought treatment elsewhere, the non-dissolvable stitch was there, needed to be clipped to have it removed since it was being absorbed in the eye. She also told me (AFTER surgery) that I have a genetic condition (Fuch's Dystrophy) that accounted for the extra swelling and pain. The second and third opinions found "no indication of any condition in either eye." Dr. Pappas is very defensive (with a smile) when any questions are asked that might imply a challenge to her skills. "I am the best opthamologist in the state of Florida."... I don't think so. Certainly not the most honest. Definitely the most arrogant.

    Brevard Vision Care
Flawless has usual, Dr. Burns-LeGros and the staff at Brevard Vision care are wonderful. My family and I have been going there for years, we would not think of going anywhere else. They are extremely professional , courteous, and efficient, understanding that your time is valuable. It has always been a pleasure doing business with Dr. Burns-LeGros and Brevard Vision Care . I highly recommend them C. Engel

    Price Vision Group
I was told to find the best eye surgeon I could afford so I went to Dr. Price. A friend who had eye surgery said I could go to Houston or Indpls., and I decided to go to Dr. Price. He and the whole staff were excellent. I can see excellent and it was great experience. I would absolutely recommend him to others!! Also, his specialty is cornea transplants.

    Eye Doctor's Optical Outlets
The doctor was very thorough and pleasant. Staff was very professional and cheerful. I am very happy with my finished eye glasses. A much better quality than I recieved at other outlet in same price range. I chose them because they took my insurance. I went back for sunglasses which are not covered because I was so happy with the finished product. I paid more for sunglasses at a larger eye glass center and they were very poor quality

    20/20 Eyeglass Superstore
Charged $60 for eye exam and then refused to provide me with the data I PAID FOR and that I required for ordering glasses from anywhere else. I was a repeat customer, and I was buying nice lenses from them also (spending hundreds of $$$ - 20/20 isn't cheap regardless of the "specials" they advertise). I need some cheap readers ($10 on internet) to keep in the car and around the house since my main glasses aren't bifocals. I can see them keeping the data if the exam was FREE, but not after they charge me $60! Crooks. Avoid them.

I had worsening rheumatoid arthritis/other autoimmune issues recently.  I called late afternoon yesterday to explain what's been going on Usually medical receptionists/MA's/nurses/techs/even docs and NP's have limited knowledge of what autoimmune diseases can mean for vision/eye health.  NOT THIS woman.  Debbie, the one who helped me make an appointment, was knowledgeable, reassuring, and guided me to the right doctor for me.  AND, considering I hadn't been in the office for over 2 years years, the appointment she gave me was a little more than 12 hours from the time I called.  Now THAT is going above and beyond.  She even provided some anticipatory guidance/education on importance of future visits if placed on certain rheumatology medications.  Couldn't have been more impressed.  The doctor I had seen there before and the one that I was thinking about seeing weren't on.  But, Debbie knew what my needs were, understood my nervousness about this disease and my vision symptoms, and put me at ease with solid information.

The office is quite busy (which is a GOOD thing if you ask me, I don't want to go to a specialist who has an empty waiting room LOL). However, the layout and the "patient flow" procedures make every step seamless.  The front check in had a nice lady to guide you on where to sign in, front desk paperwork/insurance step had plenty of staff who were friendly and supportive, pre-MD vision screening person was a pure delight (forgot her name but she is from NY with a Brooklyn accent :).  The rooming person was there quickly and walked you to a seat outside the exam room.  The doctor came up, introduced himself, and escorted me into the room.

The physician, Dr. Parihar, was VERY professional, personable, thorough, and spoke to me at the level of my understanding.  He did not "dumb it down" or act condescending, nor did he speak above my level of understanding.  His educational background is top notch and he has experience treating eye complications from autoimmune diseases.  I had many questions and he answered each one with patience and thoroughness.

Check out was easy and pleasant.  I went to the "glasses" department to see about getting my new pair there.  Even though my insurance didn't participate with the eyeglass aspect of the practice, the respresentative helped me by tightening up and replacing nose pads on my current glasses to tide me over until I get with a network provider.. free of charge and free of attitude :).  Adalyn was her name.  She was as helpful and motivated as you can get.

They also treated my daughter for some eye issues when she was in grade school, VERY comprehensive and tailored to her age with great parent education provided to me.

Will be happy to stay with Dr. Parihar for my ongoing care.

We are satisfied with them. A little more communication when we make an appointment. I am going with her again today because we had to take eye drops and I don't remember anyone mentioning that we should bring eye drops. Had they done that, we would be in the process. That communication may also be my fault because I am not used to someone using eye drops.

    Gregas, Dr. Anne M.
I chose this provider because my VSP insurance requires me to go to their preferred providers.  I could not see out of the glasses they sold me so they changed the prescription 3 times.  I had to pay out of pocket $125.00.  When it was obvious they could not get the right Rx my insurance reinstated my benefits for 2016.  I then went to my old optometrist (not a preferred provider) and within 3 days I had the right glasses. I returned the glasses to Eye Care Associates of Brevard (Dr. Gregas) and had to wait 3 weeks to get a check in the mail.  The check was written only to my first name with no last name.  Luckily our local bank knows us and took the check because of the small amount.  I won't go back to Dr. Gregas.
