    Pierre's Place
Exceptionally well. I showed up at the scheduled appointment time, and the vehicle was taken for service immediately. Art, who was at the front desk, handled the paperwork in a professional and friendly manner. Pierre and his son performed the work in an efficient and professional fashion. The quality of the work was excellent.

    Murphy Cadillac
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I wish I could leave 0 stars. We bought an Escalade from them in November of 2017 and will NEVER purchase a Cadillac again. The owner Kevin can apparently refuse service if you have an issue with your new vehicle. The rear seat rattled in my new car and we had to bring it to them 3 times to fix. Now we have an issue with the transmission and they are refusing service on a warrantied vehicle. Buyer beware, the sales team will give you empty promises and the service department SUCKS!

    ECONOMY MUFFLER & BRAKE
Awful experience. Brought my car in for something to be worked on, mechanic admitted he accidentally broke something to get to the part he needed to fix. Said he would talk to the owner, his aunt, about fixing it. I go to aunt to fix it, she calls me a liar and yelled that I brought it in that way and refuses to fix it. Wouldn't let me talk to her nephew, the mechanic in question, again. Had to pay $400 to someone else to fix it. HORRIBLE customer service. They will ruin your car, yell at you in the store, insult you, and refuse to fix their own damage. Do NOT go here, they are NOT to be trusted. Also sarcastically called me "chica" due to my Hispanic heritage. Racist, offensive, rude.

    Cassel's Garage
Went to their Website to schedule an appointment for an alignment for my car. Verified via their website that this is a service they perform. Received a rude and angry email response back saying they do not do alignments and to take my business someplace else. Wow! I had never been there before but I can tell you I will never consider them again for service.

    CLOUGH'S CARS
I was about 50 miles from home when my old Mazda Protege's cooling system suddenly quit. Clough's looked like the nearest place when I searched on my phone. I rolled in there about 3:00 PM hoping for a miracle. They took the time to check out the car and pretty much knew where the problem was, but they couldn't finish the diagnosis and it was clear that it would require some parts which wasn't happening before COB. They ended up finishing the job the next day. The price was reasonable, the work was good. Looking around at the cars parked there, I would say Clough's works on a lot of high end foreign cars (Porsche, Mercedes, BMW) but they didn't charge high end prices for the work on my car. I would recommend these folks.

    2000 AUTO
Perfect. I have been going here for several years with both our vehicles ; and our other 2 vehicles before that. I have never been disappointed in their service. They are courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable.

    British Performance
When I discovered British Performance, it was like finding water in the dry desert. I recently bought a slightly used Maserati Granturismo, which needed the two-year service performed, and the selling dealer did not have it done. Said dealer agreed to pay for the service after the fact. I contacted a Maserati dealer in Orlando, and they quoted me over $2,600 for the service. The dealer in Ohio who I bought the car, obtained a quote from a Maserati dealer in Cleveland, that came out to $800. This turned into a situation whereby I was in the middle of the two quotes, which varied greatly. I just happened to find British Performance, and though they aren't a Maserati dealer, Rob, the owner, told me with confidence that they had already worked on several Maseratis, and could do everything on the car but warranty work. They completed the two-year service per specs, replaced the power mirror dial/switch, and my two minor dents were rendered all but gone or invisible by this person they subtract this work to (story on the dents, one happened courtesy of two, yes two, shopping carts from the Patrick AFB commissary parking lot, and the other from a bicycle in my garage which accidentally fell on the car door). All taken care of by British Performance and great job all around! I also had my windows tinted the next day with a vendor they are associated with, who also performed a superb job (Darkside Window Tinting). On both days I picked up an employee of Rob's first, brought them to my work, and they took the car back to their store. In the afternoon they came and picked me up in my car. Now that is service! Overall, I give British Performance an "A". It would have been an "A+", but I had a few issues communicating with the business via email. But maybe that was just a temporary thing. However, they are good about answering the phone and returning calls. Anyway, I look forward to a long term, professional relationship with British Performance maintaining my vehicle.

    Strictly Foreign Inc
In my view, when I look for ANY service, whether automotive or otherwise, I seek honesty and competence from a service provider. If a service person is honest, he will not overcharge or lie about what is needed to make one whole. If he is competent, he will remedy the malfunction with superior knowledge, accuracy, and focused purpose. On all these important counts, Strictly Foreign is fully reliable to deliver on such requirements. They are professional in their workings both with the client and the actual vehicle repairs. I trust them with my car, and I trust them to be fair with prices; the quote was the same as the actual charges. It is SO difficult these days to find integrity... I have found it here... I am well pleased with their work indeed. Example of the difference between them and others...? Every place I called (prior to calling them,) [REQUIRED] that I pay more than $100 to analyze my car's engine; even though I had already told them what work I wanted to be done. Had I agreed to comply; one of 3 things likely would have happened: I could leave and have to pay them for motor an analysis I did not want or need, I could get the work done that I had already said I needed and pay a sum greater than the work called for, because of the unneeded analysis that would inflate that cost, or I could be leaving them in charge of finding, identifying, and telling me the car was in need of additional work that I, of course, could neither verify or refute. None of those situations are comfortable for me to endure or agree to at all. At Strictly Foreign, I stated what the car needed, I asked what the cost would be, they looked it up and informed me of that cost, I agreed, they did the work as agreed upon, I paid them, case closed.... I am happy with the experience and am now fully confident that they will be the very same in the future.

    LARRY'S MOBILE AUTO REPAIR
I was told by another mechanic (where I was getting an oil change) that a rear strut was leaking oil. His price seemed high so I went back to Larry. He had replaced my hoses about a year ago and did a good job. He diagnosed the same strut and said they should be replaced in pairs. I was fortunate enough that he was able to get the struts and do the repair while I waited. (a good two hours). He used quality struts (Monroe Spectrum) and his price was very reasonable. He is a great mechanic and honest.

    Charlie's Mobile Auto Repair
CHARLIE SHOWED UP, PROMPTLY WITHIN MINUTES OF US CALLING AND HE ASSESSED THE PROBLEM AND ALTHOUGH HE WAS NOT ABLE TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM, HE GAVE US SEVERAL SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND HOW WE COULD PROCEED TO GET THE CAR BACK ON THE ROAD, WHICH REQUIRED GETTING PARTS FROM A JUNK YARD. HE DID NOT CHARGE US ANYTHING FOR COMING OUT BUT PROVIDED DETAILED OPTIONS FOR US TO CONSIDER. THANK YOU CHARLIE. YOU WERE EXTREMELY KIND, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXCEPTIONALLY PROFESSIONAL. I WILL SURELY CALL YOU AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
