    Appliance Repair Pros
We had a great experience with the Appliance Repair Pros team. Our dryer went out and we were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Tony arrived on time the next day and performed some troubleshooting and located the defective part. We paid the service call fee and decided to go forward with the repair. Tony returned a few days later and swapped out the part which unfortunately did not fix our dryer. Tony offered to take the dryer back to the shop to perform more in depth troubleshooting and give us a loaner dryer while ours was out. They were able to fix the dryer in their shop. Appliance Repair Pros are professional and honest, only charging you for the work they performed. I would highly recommend them for any appliance repair need.

    Ivanhoe Appliance Service
Owner immediately informed me he did not carry or install the particular item since it had properties innate to itself that could be trouble or unsuccessful. He gave me name of only place I might go locally, but that company had closed. He told me the exact spot that must be paid attention to, so I ordered the part from manufacturer and did the repair myself. I am a 68 y/o female who isn't afraid to try anything herself as long as I have clear instructions and, now, can view exact or very similar projects via YouTube to prepare myself! It may have taken an hour longer, but my Samsung refrigerator has a new evaporator fan motor and purrs like a kitten. I will call Ivanhoe for all my future repair needs.

    Ray's Rapid Repair Appliance Service
Ray did an excellent job repairing my Whirlpool Duet Front Load Washer. It was a complex and curious problem. Ray returned several times with new parts but only charged me for the part that was broken. It was the circuit board that was attached to the motor. What was Whirlpool thinking??

    All Brevard Appliance Service
Lew destroyed the roof vent, and attempted to repair it with zip ties. This voided the warranty on my 1 year old roof. The vent was also 1 year old. Ive had to hire a roofer to replace the vent and repair the roof. Ive been trying to contact this company for about two weeks, via text, phone, and email, and have received no response. I would definitely not recommend this company.

    All Brevard Appliance Service
All Brevard Appliance Service stands by their work and is very timely. My refrigerator had multiple issues and when the first fix did not solve the problem, Lew followed up and came back to work the issue until resolved. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

    BRANDTS APPLIANCE PARTS & SERVICE
They do NOT stand by their work. They came to my house to repair two separate issues with the two ice makers in my Samsung refrigerator. One issue was repaired successfully and we were very pleased with the result. The other issue, however, was NOT repaired properly. They apparently did a 'temporary fix' that conveniently crapped out again just in time to push us outside of our Samsung/Lowe's warranty and outside of our warranty with Brandts Appliance. The specific repair that I'm referring to did not include any new parts or additional parts. The service provider said that there was an issue in the back of the ice maker from when it was originally installed and that it was a quick and easy repair. He made said 'repair' and the LABOR that he provided was NOT successful. Brandts Appliance warranties their labor for only 30 days. That can be understandable. What is not understandable nor acceptable, however, is that they actually do NOT expect their labor to hold successfully for more than 30 days. After only 3 months the issue that they "repaired" had completely returned. I spoke with Beth Fleming, one of the manager at Brandts, and she simply apologized and said that 3 months has been too long and we shouldn't have expected their work to last that long. I do not think it's unreasonable to expect labor (not parts) to be successful for 3 months. Otherwise we would all be needing our appliances repaired every few months, which is absurd. Beth told me that I should have called sooner. Well, the holidays have just past and we were also dealing with some family matters so, unfortunately, I had some personal priorities to take care of first. I called in to report this issue as soon as our personal affairs were in order and the holidays were behind us. Considering Brandts Appliance boasts "priding themselves in quality customer service", this was a very disappointing experience. I will NOT be utilizing their services again, I will be alerting Lowe's to the lack of satisfactory service provided (since Lowe's referred me to Brandts Appliance), and I will extend my LACK of recommendation for using this company. I wish I had read other reviews around the internet before going with Brandts Appliance since many other customers have had similar experiences. Very disappointing for a local family owned and operated business. Unfortunately, it's companies like these that encourage people to support the 'big name' companies that will ultimately put these little guys out of business.

    Roth Electronics LLC
Greg Roth took the time to research the error code for us. He called back the next day with the information. Based on what he told us, we will continue to use the dryer as is. His very helpful and friendly service is why we'll be sure to call him IF/WHEN the dryer ever fails! He and everyone we've dealt with at Roth have been pleasant and professional.

    Ivanhoe Appliance Service
I explained the problem and he suggested it might be clogged with dirt underneath. We made the appointment . My husband cleaned the dirty coils but it still wasnt cooling. Ed come in and adjusted the fridge and a few other things and did some tests . He said give it 24 hours to see if its cooling properly. He called me 24 hours later and our temp went from 50 degrees to 38 degrees. He also told me never to turn off the fridge since were snowbirds, since thats too hard it.

    Topline Appliance
I purchased a wonderful scratch&dent dryer from Topline, which was a very pleasant experience, with the help of Jim, the manager. After it was delivered and started for the first time, there was a terrible racket coming from somewhere inside, Jim sent over a technician who immediately discovered what the problem was, which was minor (a plastic guard had apparently come off during the delivery and was banging around inside), and fixed it easily. The dryer has been perfect ever since. I give Topline top marks on every count.
