    Well, pretty pricey, payment contract was done incorrectly, wiring was done incorrectly, tech had to come back 2 times for the wiring, and a week later when it got cold, heat didn't come on, another trip back. The installer never turned on the gas. 2 months into this new unit, fan was making noise, we are being charged for a service visit and repair. What kind of nonsense is this? Techs are never on time, leave a mess. Owner very nasty when he had to talk to us. Obviously doesn't know Customer Service should be a priority. And if we didn't pay for the repair, he was voiding the contract. Wow... Stay away from this place.

    Lee came out initially to give us a quote on moving a 50 foot exterior duct to the inside of the house. He didn't just talk about the job at hand but chatted with us about the company and gave us a sense of the integrity and experience of himself and Belleview Heating and Air in general. Given the age of the old heat pump (1993) and the expense of the new ductwork we also asked about the mini-split option which we decided was going to make more sense and be a better looking, smaller footprint solution with individual room controls. Lee came out a second time when we were further along in the renovation. Both times he took the time to explain everything carefully, and was very detail oriented. During the install, the foreman came and discussed in detail all of the options of where every refrigerant line could run, where every evaporator unit would be mounted, etc. so that we were on the same page and everything would go smoothly (which it did). The 2-man team doing the install were courteous and efficient and cleaned up each day (2 day job). We're very happy with our new heat and AC. No more loud fan noises, no more bulky ductwork, smaller compressor outside. Would definitely recommend Belleview Heating and Air. We now have 4 Mitsubishi room units: 18,000 BTU in living room and 6,000 BTU in each of the 3 bedrooms. SEER 19.2 HSPF 11.0

    Dustin arrived at the house and looked over the unit and provided several options for addressing the issues. After discussing prices, we decided to replace our 10-year-old unit with a newer 15 SEER Bryant. What can I say about Dustin and Priority Air, TOP NOTCH!!!! They were very polite, on time, did excellent work, and explained every step of the process from start to finish. I have had my unit now for 2 weeks and I can hang meat in my house now compared to the sauna I used to have. I highly recommend this company for your future needs.

    Another call to Scott brought him out the next day after the fan remained non-operating. Scott thoroughly checked the system inside and out, determining that the fan itself was done being reliable (it was actually running by the time he arrived). Rather than install a manufacturer grand, he installed a universal brand that saved a tidy sum. I've waited to post this to ensure that nothing else emerged, and nothing else has come up. The AC has performed perfectly throughout an exceptionally hot October with most days a bit above or below 90 degrees. The service call, thorough system check, and installation of new fan is indicated in the price. Once again, it was a pleasure to work with Scott at Proctor's AC.

    First tech came out for the initial service. I told him that 2 days prior, we were having issues with the AC draining, but it wasnt an issue at the moment. 2 months later, the AC is leaking again, but worse. I called because their service was supposedly guaranteed. They came out, had to splice some PVC pipe together to drain the lines because of our unique plumbing in the house. They found an object obstructing drainage left by the people who installed it (not them). I was charged $110 but disputed this charge. The first tech never even bothered to flush our drain pipes because it was inconvenient for him to access. Had he properly done this the first time, the obstruction would have been found, and the 2nd service call would not have to have been performed. They basically have a "We have your money, you're not our problem anymore" attitude.

    He proceeded to talk me through what I needed to do that would likely correct the situation without him having to make a $75 service call, explaining everything along the way. Evidence indicated something had frozen up, perhaps due to a worn out air filter - my bad. He insisted that I call him back in the morning and let him know how it went. Following his advice, I shut everything down, set the fan from AUTO to ON but noticed the fan was rather quiet. An hour or so later, the fan became audible, and a few hours after that, I turned the AC back on - with a new filter in place - and everything has been fine. I guess the fan had literally frozen. An hour or so after shut-down, it thawed, and a few hours later had dried out. I didn't pay anything, but rather saved a tidy sum thanks to this customer-friendly approach. He could have taken a service call, replaced the fan, and charged me a bundle, but he didn't and wouldn't. It simply reinforces my very positive prior experience with Proctor's. If I have an AC problem, I will always call Proctor's.

    they installed the unit today and never slowed down. the two of them worked non-stop and did a great job. they went over the system and showed how to work the new thermostat. excellent attitude, answered questions and cleaned up. for having no a/c fir almost 6 hrs the new system cooled the house qickly. when the time comes to get the spring/fall check ups done, you can be sure we will be calling priority.

    It was amazing! The very worse time of the year for my a/c not to work. Sunshine worked me into their schedule. The repairman tried his best to get the air working, but was unable to get my 25 year old unit to work. Next morning, they scheduled for an estimate meeting for the cost of a new unit. The price was everything included. The installment was quick and prompt. The installers were polite and very knowledgeable. They were very careful with my floors by having drop cloths and cleaning the area. Four hours later, my ac was replaced!. That night, quality control (Matt) checked everything and went over my paperwork! They are the BEST! The cost was very reasonable for bigger ac with better SEER.

    Coast to Coast Heating & AC
    Called around angies list looking to get someone same day, Peter called back promptly after missing my call and showed up a couple hours later after my explanation of the issue. He also asked me to send him pics of the unit via text message, which to me is great use of technology and efficiency. He did say our a/c unit is almost to the end of its life but since it is still producing cold air said we can do a replacement when we are ready. Peter did not try to force a sale and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. He gave us a short term work around for our issue that we were able to implement ourselves. I look forward to working with him again when the time comes.
