I give them an F for care. I give them an F for friendliness, for whatever you have, put an F for everything.  Because the staff was not good, the medical care was not good and the billing was not resolved appropriately.

My wife both go to different offices and the quality of the work doesn't differ in either office. They're expensive, but we have a good health plan and you're going to get really high quality stuff all the time. You don't have to worry about it. The only one time I had anything wrong, it was very quickly corrected and taken care of. They have really fantastic web applications so you can download your health data and all sorts of stuff. They're very progressive, in terms of availability of documents and stuff like that and test results. It's not like when you go to a regular doctor and they have you see a specialist that you have to drive across town to see one. All my information is readily available online. I could download and have all my tests and everything for the last 10 years. Not many doctors give you that stuff.

I'll begin by noting that this is the 1st negative review that I have ever left any one. I usually say nothing at all and simply end my patronage to any business that offers such disregard for their patients/customers and amazingly inept procedures. Dr. DeMarchi personally was an adequate physician, however, his office staff and billing department are COMPLETELY incapable of providing adequate customer service and thorough billing process. This same situation has now happened to me TWICE on two separate incidents with this office. We were billed in early February for $13.64, which was IMMEDIATELY paid, however, three months later we were sent a letter in the mail threatening to turn our bill over to collections if it wasn't paid within 10 days. IT WAS ALREADY PAID! I called the billing department to provide them with the details of the payment and I was met by an absolutely RUDE and CONDESCENDING billing agent who showed disregard for the details and instructed me that I had to again call my bank because, and quot;Sometimes checks get lost.and quot; She was unwilling to investigate the situation on her end and told me that my choice was to either do things their way or risk my credit being affected. After three attempts to explain to her that I'd already checked with my bank I realized that she was unwilling to help me further.
So, with proof in hand I drove to Dr. DeMarchi's office to settle the issue in person. Once there I was again met with RUDE and CONDESCENDING staff. I was told that it was not their problem because they hire a billing agency to handle the billing for Dr. DeMarchi and that I was bringing the issue to the wrong people. WHAT? For a $13.64 bill, which was paid over 3 months ago, I spent a day trying to track down the and quot;correctand quot; person/department who could clear this up. RIDICULOUS!
Needless to say, I'll be finding another doctor with a staff who understand the importance of at least and quot;decentand quot; customer relations. It's a shame that I have to write this sort of review.

To start, the people in the office and on the phone are incredibly rude.  Expect to be on hold for 5 minutes everytime you call; when speaking to people there (and especially on the phone) they seem annoyed that you're bothering them.  The timing of their appointments is pretty good for a doctor, and if you are an existing patient trying to call in for a same day appointment they do a good job of fitting you in.
Now it just seems that this doctor is not very aggressive when prescribing medicine.  There have been a couple times where I went to the doctor, got some medicine, and a day or 2 after the medicine ran out, I started getting sick again.  Last time I went I had to ask for specific medicines because I knew they were stronger and would help.  The feeling of constantly getting sick is

really annoying, so I am going to be finding another doctor that isn't so afraid to prescribe medicine!

all. It was so nice to to see Dr. Petusevsky was on time and very pleasant. Everything was explained in great detail He could not help my husband so he set an appointment for my husband with another doctor. We did not have to really do anything his office did it . It was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had severe Back Pain and I saw Dr. John O'Connell. He told me that I had Arthritis and there is not much that can be done to cure that, but I also had tight hamstring muscles that were making the pain worse. He prescribed physical therapy which helped a lot.

Do not bring your child here!

The first day my son was at the school he got bit on the cheek and scratched by the eye.  I understand kids at that age bite, but my son was bit by a child that had bitten 3 other kids 2-3 times each in the last 3 months!  The daycare did call me right away and they were extremely apologetic and sorry.  Although, the director did say on the phone when she called me that my child did have chubby cheeks.  What was she trying to say?  It was bound to happen because he had chubby cheeks?  They told me they were working with the parents and the child to end the biting phase he was going through.  When I picked up my son, I had to sign a piece of paper.  The paper stated the incident, the date and time, and briefly described what happened to my child.  My son had teeth marks on his cheek along with some bruising and multiple scratches extremely close to his eye.  The other child had obviously pinned my child against something and held his face down and bit him.  I was furious, but they assured me it would never happen again so we kept him there.
One month later I get another call from the daycare.  The call came in around 3pm (I usually picked up my son around 4:30pm).  My son had got bit again by the same child.  This time on the forehead.  They said it didn't look as bad as last time and you could barely tell.  When I picked up my son, I could see a slight mark on his forehead.  But the worst part was more scratches around my son's eye.  This time REALLY close to his eye.  I talked to the teachers first to find out what happened.  The teacher was a young girl and she had not seen it happen.  She told me it happened on the playground when they were lining up.  (I think) she mistakenly told me that the child that had bit my son was not always in the same group as my son.  Not always!  It should have been is NEVER in the same group as my son.  Plus, why was this kid still here?  The child had bit 3 other children 2-3 times a piece!!  That was a minimum of 8 bites for one child in 4 months!  Someone had to go.  My husband and I had decided that if the other child wasn't getting kicked out, then my son was leaving and going to another daycare.  I went to go talk to the director.  She said that they think they found out the problem with the other child and his biting problem.  He seems to bite the new kids.  OK, so every time a new kid comes in they get bit.  How does this solve the problem?  I asked what they were doing about the child and his biting issue.  All she told me was that they were still working and talking with the parents to try to end the biting phase.  Then she told me that if it makes me feel any better, when the children move on to the next class (the 2 year old room) they separate the children.  She told me she would make sure they were separated.  But what about on the playground where he was getting bit?  The child would still be at the same school.  I asked the director if they were planning on kicking the child out or even suspending him.  She told me, "No."  They don't believe it doing that.  I was SHOCKED!!!  I told her that we were going to be looking for a different daycare to bring our son to.  She said, "OK."  Without even a blink of an eye.
Besides the daycare's non-existant policy on biting (They did have a strict policy on hitting though - supposedly 3 times and the child is kicked out.  Even though when I brought that up to the director and compared it to the biting, she said, "Well, we try not to kick kids out."  REALLY!!  Then why have the policy in place if you are not going to follow it.  Some children just don't work at some daycare's).

    This was the worst part.
The next day, I was cleaning out my son's diaper bag when I found a piece of paper.  It was from the school.  It was the paperwork I was supposed to sign and give back to them (just like I did the first time).  I had not even remembered I did that the first time.  It had stated what had happened and the time and place the incident had happened.  It also briefly described the incident.  I was shocked to see the time the incident had happened.  9AM!!!!!  They had not called me until 3pm!!!!  I think because it was the forehead, they were waiting to see if it would bruise and show up.  REALLY!!!  WOW!!  I couldn't believe it.  They had not even called me right away.
These directors have no business running this daycare.  Daycare's need to have strict policies to follow.  If I were a parent, I would not bring my child here.  I had not realized how dirty and nasty this daycare was until I visited other ones.  Yeah, I pay a little more money now, but at least I know my child is safe.

They responded very promptly. They actually came to the house and explained the whole procedure. So, it was pretty clear to us. We didn't have to use the nurse yet, but we did sign just one of their agreements that said if we ever need to use the nurse, she will be ready. They gave the amount per hour and things like that. So, they are pretty much sort of call; if we need the nurse, we just call them and the nurse would be here.

My husband is a fit man but because his father died of heart disease he prescribed my husband to take baby aspirin. Baby aspirin can cause more strokes and heart attacks in health people as it is over prescribed as a 'cure all'.

I arrived about 15 min. early to fill out paperwork. I was called immediately to his office (no wait). His nurse took some more medical history and I saw Dr. John O'Connel MD. He ordered x-rays which were done on the spot and evaluated. The doctor was easy to talk to and he answered all my questions. He showed me the x-rays and expained them to me. He ordered Physical Therapy which is ongoing. After only one session of PT I have noticed a significant improvement in my condition. I would reccommend this doctor and the Cleveland Clinic to anyone.
