  • Just entering this office creates a warm welcome atmosphere. I met the wonderful Dr. and staff and as I had read two months ago in the Marco Eagle weekly paper this talented Doctor who relocated from California to Marco Island  will be with his expertise and experience an asset to Marco Island. Already the office is busy and I am glad I was able to be a lucky new accepted patient and I look for to have this wonderful Dental office with talented Doctor and staff as my provider with recommendations to my Marco Island friends.

  • The tooth shattered during removal due to lack of structure in tooth.  The pieces were removed, but large hole in my gum/jaw had to be made to get it all out.
    Paid cash, went home.  Pain was extreme, but that is to be expected with a rather large hole in ones jaw.  I ran out of pain meds in a week(I stretched out the usage of the meds as I don't care for pharmaceuticals).  Went back for a new prescription and they packed the hole with something that looked like red moss.  It numbed the area for the rest of that morning, afternoon, and evening.  Blessed relief.  After that, the pain slowly started going away as the healing process continued.  A week later I was fine.
    Paid cash up front since my insurance doesn't cover these particular dentists(I can't stand the two providers in the area that my insurance does cover).  The second visit was not charged at all.
    They can communicate equally well in Spanish or English.  They are courteous.
    They are quick and brusque, with little bedside manner, but they are good which helps to alleviate the lack of bedside manner.

  • Overall, the experience was fine. It was my first appointment so there was lots of paperwork to fill out. It turns out that they offer a $99 new patient deal that was a full set of xrays and the cleaning. My husband had been in the week before and been charged about $300 for the same thing. When I pointed out that it had been his first appointment, they credited our account for the difference. Since I am planning on making this our regular dentist, the credit worked just fine for us.
    They also offer their own in-house insurance plan that offers discounts. I knew about it from my mother but they didn't offer any information about it until I asked about it. I didn't sign up for it because I was using the $99 new patient special but it looked pretty good and we will probably sign up for it next visit.
    NOTE: My parents have used this same dental practice for years so before I made the appointments, I had my mother go onto their website and enter in a referral. She was sent a $25 credit certificate for each one of us. It had a short use by date on it but she called them and they credited her account for both of the certificates so she could use the credit towards future dental work.
    The xrays (standard ones as well as one using a rotating machine around my head,) the cleaning and the dental check up was done
    gently and thoroughly. It all took about 90 minutes which is a bit longer than I was expecting but still fine.

  • The dental hygenist who performed the cleaning was very condescending and rude saying repeatedly that I need to floss more often, that I really need to take better care of my teeth, etc. She went on and on without pause. Once would have been enough.
    The people in the front office were exceptionally, friendly, courteous and accommodating however.

  • Checkup went well again. Staff is friendly, professional, helpful, gentle and in short I had again the best experience. Would highly recommend this office. THanks to the wonderful staff and the gentle Dr. Welker and DIane the skilled professional who takes care of the important cleaning part with wonderful helpful suggestions to keep teeth clean and healthy, always.

  • Overall ratings are all the best. As mentioned above: Ratings all A that is why I would use Dr. Madison again in future and always recommend him to anyone looking for a great Eye Doctor. All office staff was friendly, helpful and professional  and the office is very friendly, clean, light and inviting. All equipment is up to date and modern. My sincere thanks to the Doctor and his staff for making my eye appt. such a wonderful experience.

  • Administration is very good with easy to understand monthly statements. Provides coverage according to the terms of the policy. Had not any special requests, so I can not comment on issue resolution.

  • They're so good; I usually don't have to contact them. They usually send a summary, which is usually self explanatory. The health care providers in the state of Florida sometimes put the claim through Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Florida, but if you are covered through the state of New Jersey, which can sometimes cause some confusion or delay payment because sometimes the Florida Blue Cross/Blue Shield does not send it up to New Jersey.
