    Collier County Appliance's name was one of several provided to us by the manufacturer as a company authorized to perform recall work on a Bosch dishwasher. Collier Appliance was very responsive to our phone call, ordered the required part and scheduled an appointment with us when the part arrived. Their repairman arrived at our home within the time frame provided. He was professional, efficient and responded knowledgeably to our questions. We are satisfied with the results and would definitely use Collier County Appliance again for future work on appliances.

    BILL SMITH APPLIANCES & ELECTRONICS
    Bill Smith appliance repair combines incompetence and dishonesty. To even talk to someone usually required a hold time of about 15 minutes. I asked to find out what was wrong with my gas grill. They charged $100 for a service call and told me they could replace some parts and fix it. Then they didn't call me back for over a week to tell me what was wrong with it. They finally came out when I was out of town and replaced a few parts. They charged another $680 for minor work. When I got back in town, the grill did not work, and it was filthy. They claimed the repairman couldn't test it because there was no propane gas in my tank. My wife then spent the better part of a day cleaning the grill, and we got it started with the same propane tank they said had no gas.

    Came out and did a quick diagnosis of the problem.  Had to order parts, and responded quickly with a date for the actual repair work.  Always prompt and polite.  Would absolutely use again.  Highly recommend.

    My GE dishwasher stopped draining the water. After performing several troubleshooting procedures I found on YouTube, I checked Angie's list for a list of technitians on the Marco Island area. Angel's Appliance Repairs is one of the highest rated, so I called them on a Saturday morning. Angel showed up at the scheduled time and quickly discovered that large amounts of soap had deposited on the motor pump thus impeding its proper operation.

    Angel was able to rid all soap deposits from the motor and got it running as if it was new.

    We were extremely happy with his quick response and honest work. We definitively recommend Angel and would use his services next time.

    I bought my washer from Bill Smith because they were recommended.  I also bought the extended warranty.  After 4 years the washer broke and it took them 3 days to some to fix it.  Technician showed up checked the problem and then said they had to order the part and it would take another 4 days.  Then they would schedule another visit to fix it.  In the meantime, they sold the maintenance contract and that was outsourced.  Totally frustrated, I called Sears.  the technician cam the next day with the correct parts and fixed the machine.  I would not use Bill Smith for anything.  Their service is NOT good.

    I called at 8:30 am on 30 Jul 2013. Nate arrived about 10 am. He was very familiar with my Sub Zero refrigerator, assessed the problem, told me what was under warranty, had the part on the truck and fixed it within 1 1/2 hours. Nate gave me tips on how to keep it running efficiently. I checked with Sub Zero about the price and told me it was lower than some other areas in the country for the service he performed. I was extremely happy with this company and will continue to use them.

    I have a Sears’s home appliance contract. I buy it for three years at a time. If my appliances go, I can call them up, have a man come, and repair them. It cost $1,000 for a three year program. It is called My Home, and you buy an agreement kind of a thing. You are entitled to have the man come every year for a general check up at no cost because that is in the $1,000, but then anytime anyone of the appliances goes, I can call up and say that my washing machine does not work, or my dryer does not work, or my refrigerator does not work, or the microwave does not work, or the oven does not work, or the dishwasher does not work. They will send a man each time I call up, and it does not cost me. Fortunately, my appliances have been holding up very well. I think they are great. I would wish it would be cheaper. I buy my appliances from them usually. You cannot get them like within a week though. The men are always very qualified. They send different men who can repair my refrigerator freezer as compared to the man who fixes like the washer or the dryer. They are different components. So, they send different men who are qualified to do that type of repair.

    Service person very knowledgeable about product (GE). Able to diagnose it promptly and ordered the part. He was able to focus on a swtich rather than a board, saving me money. He was helpful regarding info on the refrigerators operation so that we would avoid future problems. Prompt and courteous. I am writing this review because I was impressed by his professionalism

    They are about the only service in the area for these appliances. They are very slow with service, one day a week to my area of Marco Island. Often remove appliance and bring it back in 2 weeks. They are rude and very condescending. They will not commit to time-of-day service until morning of so no way to plan for me. The first words out of their mouth is how do you pay and need receipt for warranty. After dealing with hurricane damage and power outages they refused to help me work with insurance company. They only want to repair things instead of helping in replacing them after they are fried.

    Great! Fixed quickly... but I had noticed discoloration in some of the ice... bucket needed to be special ordered . Replaced it on Sat after the hurricane..all works gear now!
