They're very true to their word, their customer service follow up is outstanding, they send you an email, to make sure that you're happy or if you're not, they washed your car for free. They just have their act together, first class.

    Professional Ethics Collision Services
    Benjamin Munoz, the owner, was very nice and did the estimate himself.     He gave me the printed estimate which included the same price that he charged me.   I could not have had a better experience.    I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing auto body repair and or painting of their vehicle.    They also redo bumpers as well.   The car was done when expected.

    I believe that Fantastic Finishes (FF)  took unfair advantage of me and provided less than adequate service.  In the end they held my car hostage for $1,694.38  more than agreed to. I was told he nay want to use a new part instead of rebuilt, and that would be $100  more than insurance may pay. In the end my insurance paid the $100 for the new part, but he would not release the car until I paid $1,694.38 above my deductible.
    There appeared to be numerous delays always with the explanation that they were waiting for a supplement, later stating that each supplement was obtained. When it was time to pick up the car,  I was shocked when after 35 minutes of the owner?s  self-serving I was left with no alternative, but to pay a charge that was sprung on me at pick time.  Being late for an appointment due to that lecture, I left only to see lights flashing and a warning beeps in the car, telling me something about the brake. I turned around and left the car to be fixed and checked out as it appears they were rushed because my 30 day rental (from July 5) ended that day. They dropped the car off at my house the following day telling me everything was fine. The next time the car was driven, I heard a banging under the hood, so I took the car to my husband?s mechanic, who told us that the engine cover was not properly fastened, and that some of the screws used to fasten it were stripped so the engine cover was loose.  He also informed us that the hood was not adequately aligned, and needed to be adjusted.LLY PAID THE $100

    Dent Wizard is a national company based in Bridgeton MO. John Owens is a local Dent Wizard technician who works for car dealerships and private parties in this area.

    I bought the car at Vista BMW in Coconut Creek. About a week after I took delivery, I noticed a small dent in the hood, which must have been present before I got the car, because I didn't park anywhere that could have caused a dent. Vista arranged for John to repair the dent at no cost to me.

    John came to my home to repair the dent, which was very convenient. He originally thought it would take about 20 minutes to do the work, but he spent at least an hour here. He did a great job, and he's quite the perfectionist -- he was working on the dent long after I stopped seeing any trace of it.

    I entered the front door and walked up to the counter. There were no other customers inside. I told the woman behind the counter I wanted an estimate for a small repair. She asked me if it was to be paid by insurance and I told her 'no, I'll pay for it myself.' She wordlessly pushed a pen and clipboard containing a form at me ? she just pushed it along the counter at me. So I said 'I presume you want me to fill this out' to which she replied 'yes'. So I filled out the form and was handing it back to her when another customer walked in the door. The clerk behind the counter ignored the clipboard I was trying to hand to her and she instead greeted the new customer, who said there was a part missing from her vehicle that had just been repaired there. The clerk then called someone on the phone and told them something was missing from the other customer's car. Then the clerk went outside with the new customer and left me standing there. I can't believe the clerk didn't finish helping me before helping the customer who came in behind me. It was like I didn't exist, or maybe wasn't worth her time because I wasn't there for a big-ticket insurance-paid job. I waited for about ten minutes, but the clerk was still engaged with the customer who walked in behind me. So I took the form that I had completed and walked out, got in my car and drove away.
