    Awful! The repair man said there was "nothing wrong" with the dryer, which he determined just by pushing on the button. He said it was "the way I was pushing it" (I've had the dryer for 4 years and always pushed it the same way!). He did NO diagnostics. He said it is now under warranty with him for a month, and to call again if it got worse. For that he charged us $89.95. Of course, TWO months later (and out of warranty), it became harder to start the dryer! I called a different company, and for half the price of Appliance King they did a diagnostic test and determined that it was a faulty panel. They replaced it, crediting me the $45 toward repair. Appliance King? Morel like Appliance Dictator!

    It took me 3 month now to have my oven fixed. I called other companies and all they did they charged me the service call and never came back because they could not admit that they have no idea how a viking stove works. Then I found Dolling's on Angie's List. Unfortunately my Oven had more than only one part defect but I need to say the mechanics worked on it until even the last problem was fixed.  I would use them again and even would recommend them to my friends. Great Service and reliable people.

    I was extremely pleased with their service. I was in a panic when my dishwasher started acting up and I was 10 days away from closing on the sale of my home. I called R&B and they scheduled a service call for a few days later. Matt and his tech showed up and diagnosed the problem. They were polite and professional and knew I was in a time crunch. The part was ordered and the tech came back 2 days later and installed. The machine is working and I am ready to close!! Thank you Matt and Kenny .... I will definitely will use you again when needed.

    I called for an appointment.  We arranged a time and the provider was supposed to call prior to leaving for my house.  He did but my phone was off.  I contacted him as soon as I realized what happened.  He was very gracious and came anyway.  Fixed everything.  It was wonderful.

    David repaired the washing machine as it would not drain. He arrived at the appointed time and was able to fix the wash machine on the spot. David cleaned up the area when he finished. I would use Davis Appliance Servce again.

    The service rep came to our homne and advised us that he did not have the equipment to make the repairs. He referred us to a factory rep. He did not charge us anything for the service call. It turned out that his diagnosis was correct and the refrigerator needed a new circuit board, which Kitchen Aid no longer had.

    My tenants, who live next door to me, called me to report a problem with their washing machine. Based on the symptoms, I suspected the problem was a defective lid switch, because I had the same issue with a washer in my home. I started to check out the lid switch myself, but then decided it would be best to get a professional to look at it, since I wanted to get the problem resolved quickly for my tenants.
    I didn't have any experience with local appliance repair services, so I tried finding someone on Angie's List, but as luck would have it, there was a problem with the web site that day, and I couldn't search for anything. I searched elsewhere and found Your Repair Specialist, and since they had some good Google reviews, I decided to try them.
    I called and spoke with Roger, the owner, and within an hour or so, he came out with an assistant to look at the washer. Roger confirmed that the problem was a defective lid switch. He told me he would charge about $200 to replace it, which I felt was high, because the part only costs around $25, but I told him to proceed anyway. Since I didn't get any other quotes, I can't say that Roger charged more or less than someone else would have. If it was the washer in my house, I wouldn't have spent $200 to fix it, but I didn't want to inconvenience my tenants by making them wait for me to get the part and do the work myself.
    Other than the price, I was very pleased with Roger's service. When I called, he answered right away, and although he told me it would be about 2-3 hours before he could come over, he was there in about an hour, and the whole job only took about 30 minutes. Roger and his assistant were friendly and professional. I recommend Roger and would use him again.

    Great experience.  Matt replaced the glass on my oven that "suddenly shattered" according to my tenant.  Matt was very personable, very easy to reach and very informative.  The job was done perfectly. I will def. be using Matt again!! Thanks!!

    I'd had a problem with my cooktop range for several months: the thermostat on the control for the largest burner was unreliable, and sometimes the burner would run at full blast when the knob was set at anything except "off". I procrastinated getting a service call on it until I had a problem with my dishwasher, which suddenly refused to fill with water. I was able to schedule a service call the day after I called Ron's.

    The technician from Ron's was able to diagnose the problem with the dishwasher by inspection: a float valve had been jammed in the up position by a paring knife that fell out of the utensil basked, and then hidden by a heap of detergent. When he removed the knife the dishwasher ran fine. He had brought a replacement for the float valve but didn't use it.

    He then confirmed that there was a problem with the control knob on the range, and replaced that part. So he charged me for one service call and the replacement part on the range. While he was there I had him look at the ice dispenser on my freezer, which I thought was failing. He agreed and was able to contact Ron's offices and get a quote for a replacement part, which I told him to order. I will be scheduling another service call to have that installed when the part arrives.
