    I would rather pull my eyes out with a fork then to deal with this company again. For a small leak from the back of a fitting blown up to the entire plumbing in your hot water system is wrong and it will take lots of work to repair for $500.00 and all I got was a soldered fitting. I could have done that my self. When I asked the owner to explain this charge I was offered $70.00 refund and a B.S. Story. If you don't like getting sold stories and excuses, Run from this company as fast as you can. Find a company that prices the job and not the neighborhood.685..20

    We were having the problem in only one bathroom so because they couldn't come out until Monday wasn't a big issue. David showed up promptly as promised and surveyed the issue. He felt the problem was not with the bathroom, but rather the drain line to/from the sewer pipe going to the city. He scoped the line to the street & the scope revealed that a recent back up had occurred & in his opinion felt this had been the cause of our problem. David was very professional, courteous and someone who easily related to the consumer. A good plumbing experience!!!

    We were very frustrated with the process of finding a reputable Septic company. We first had a person that did not know to look for the whole septic system. The next company was totally rude and overbearing. But when we met Derrick from Green's, we knew we had the right folks. He explained just what would happen and all expenses. We did have a bit of miscommunication which was pretty much all my fault. I forgot about an old abandoned propane tank that the gas company had simply filled with water sixteen years before. This is not code anymore and had to be removed before Green's could do their work. But when we connected and the work was done very efficiently and skillfully we were very happy. It is not an easy process as the yard and irrigation suffer. But that is to be expected dealing with old rules and companies that use shortcuts that do not come up to today's codes. A really great job.

    I called to get an estimate on getting a whole house water filtration system installed (I already purchased the system...just needed installation). The person I spoke with asked very specific questions about what type of system that needed to be installed and work needed. After our discussion he gave me an estimate of approximately $500 and I understood that the estimate was a ballpark and scheduled it to be installed. Today I took the day off work to have the system installed. I was told the tech would be here AT 10am. When I called the office at 10:15 to find out if the tech was coming, the same guy who gave me the $500 estimate and scheduled the appointment, got on the phone and said he would be here between 10am and 12pm. Well, that isn't what he told me when we scheduled, but fine. When the technician came out (Toby who was very nice) he said it would be almost $1500 to install the system. When I told him about my conversation with the person in the office of course he said there was nothing he could do and it would be triple the cost I was quoted over the phone, despite him calling the office and speaking to a manager. They are probably a good company but one individual in their office either doesn't know what he is talking about or lied to me about the quote. He also wasn't specific about the appointment time. Telling me a tech will be there "at 10am" is a lot different than "between 10am and 12pm". Either way I was very inconvenienced today because of one very incompetent employee and will get the work done by a different company.

    Mr. Henry specialized in Hot water heater electrical issues, so he was able to quickly identify the issue and resolve it. After a poor experience with a plumber earlier in the day, he restored my faith that there are still kind and honest repair people around.

    Poorly. When I initially called and requested the service, I explained that our dishwasher was leaking. Since we were having someone come out anyway, I also requested that they replace our toilet flapper. An appointment was scheduled and the plumber arrived on time. However, right away he said that he cannot repair appliances. This was never mentioned when the appointment was set up. He offered to look at it anyway and quickly confirmed that he could not fix it. Since he was here, I had him fix the toilet flapper, which took less than 5 minutes. We were still charged the $100 service charge and a $30 trip charge, even though he could not do the requested job. It is extremely disappointing that the dispatcher who set up the appointment did convey this information because we obviously would never have had him come out. $145 to fix a toilet flapper is ridiculous. What is worse is that a manager never responded to the two voice messages we left, despite repeated assurances from the receptionist that he would. This company is overpriced and unresponsive.

    Went over there and told them I needed a water heater. The one going out was going into an condominium. The young man help me, and told me what I needed. My mother told me to go ahead and do it. We scheduled an time. I was desperate to get it done. They fit me in their schedule. The young fellow had to call me, he was delayed. He kept me informed. He had so many jobs that day. They came in that afternoon. Later than I was hoping. I wasn't going anywhere. He was on his own. A young fellow. I was impressed with his strengths, and how he was going to get it in. He had to get the old one out of the air conditioning shoot above it, and get the new on in. I watched him test for leaks. He asked me help him by cleaning the water pan it stood in. Which I did. I enjoyed working with him. He answered all my questions. I was amazed how he got everything in and out. I was really impressed with the technical work. I knew from the young fellow they weren't back filling him very well. I blame that on Lowe's.
