  • He's a great Doctor! He is thorough, listens to my needs, takes his time, answers questions and doesn't talk down to you. You feel comfortable with him. His nurse Carol is a real nice person that also listens to you. Actually calls you back asap when you leave a message. I can't say that about a lot of nurses! I love them both!

  • While at my annual exam the Dr. determined something was going on and ordered a CT Scan STAT. I walked down the hall, waited briefly, got the scan, went back to see the Dr. again for the results and was able to purchase the antibiotics at the onsite pharmacy. One stop shop which is a huge time saver. Everyone in all departments are friendly and helpful. I mentioned I was cold during the CT Scan prep and before I new it I was handed a heated blanket. Little things like that go a long way.

  • Dr. Templar,  Dr. Richfield, and Dr. Tarin Forbes and re gone from the practices.  They were each in their own way absolutely great doctors.  Our last doctor in the practice - a very fine Pakistani doctor left after Dr. Desai took over.  We received regular medical care through 4 different doctors in the practice.  They were great.
Dr. Desai came in and bought the practice, I believe, and it became all about the money.  They were doing heart ultrasounds in a room that was tiny with boxes stacked in the corner and paper trash strewn around the room.  I had to wait for 1 hr and 45 min.  My husband's prescription ran out and we weren't going to see the doctor for 4 more days and the doctor refused to renew
the prescription (for blood pressure) until he had seen my husband.  As, I said, it was clearly all about the money.
After starting with Dr. Templar and then happily transitioning to the other fourdoctors in the list above (mentioned above), we stopped going here.  The office manager had fired Pam, the only employee they had who knew us through all these doctors... and was friendly, helpful and welcoming to us each time we were in the office.

  • He is always accessible and gets to the bottom of any issue that I have. His staff is fantastic and really care about the patients. Their on call system works well. He has always been able to get me back on track either through his services or by referring me as necessary. I really do feel that he is my family doctor in the truest sense.

  • I'm happy with Dr. Culley. He is competent. He keeps up with what's going on. I find him easy to talk to. I'm generally satisfied with him as my primary care physician. I would definitely recommend him. You have to call and make an appointment. He's available. The office environment is fine. He's on time.

  • I came to know Dr. Scott Wisotsky through Dr. John Kilgore who replaced my hip in 2002 when I lived in Florida and also did a revision on my right knee in 2001. The hip and knee operation went very well and I have had no problems since then. Anyone who has to go through a knee or hip replacement should really get in touch with Dr. Kilgore. Morton Plant hospital is also a great hospital to go to.
We moved back to Florida from NC in Oct. of 2012 and I have had some problems with my shoulders and was referred to Dr. Wisotsky by Dr. Kilgore. I knew that a replacement was necessary and after meeting and talking with Dr. Wisotsky and going over all the options that were open to me I felt very comfortable with him and knew that he was going to do the surgery. I was also given high recommendation from nurses that I knew from the past. My surgery is scheduled in late October and am now going through testing.
Although going under the knife is not what I enjoy doing I know that my choice of a surgeon and hospital is an excellent one.

  • He's interested in making sure that you get the right treatment. He refers you if he feels that you need to go to a different provider. He will recommend a different provider that specializes in whatever he thinks your problem may be. He watches your medications that the other physicians are prescribing to make sure that there's no conflict in medication. He seems to be very interested in the patient.

  • This was my third visit with Gail, and it was much better than the other two. She is a wonderful clinician and very accommodating. She considers health care a team effort.
She is slow to warm up. The first couple of appointments I was not too sure about working with her because she appeared overly cautious maintaining care other doctors had given me. I realize now that it just takes her a while to get to know each patient. Once she has a familiarity with the patient she is very easy to talk with, collaborate and assist.
Staff is very kind, patient and cheerful. They do their best to accommodate requests within their capability.
What I like best is that Gail does practice medicine - she is not just a medical manager. She will treat your illnesses as opposed to referring you to another doctor for every issue. If you would like a referral, she will give you one; however, she is comfortable treating patients too.

  • Dr. Dalton is very professional. He is generally easy to get an appointment with and in relatively reasonable time frames. One of the things I like most is that he communciates very well; you can ask questions and he'll answer them effectively and honestly. He's very friendly and affable. My wife has drug allergies, so before he prescribes anything he takes the time to look for any reactions. He's very thorough in that regard. He's very practical; if you have a preference on a medication he'll consider that while prescribing. His staff is friendly and efficient. His office is nice, clean, and well run. I've always been satisfied with his treatment. I've been seeing Dr. Dalton since 1988.
