    Larsen's Pool & Spa LLC
The quality is very good! The design was also perfect for our needs, which we really relied on Larsen's to dictate...based on our first meeting and review of our yard and how we would like to use every part of the pool, spa, and patio. They aren't the cheapest option (so the B for Price above), but are worth the cost with the quality, reliability, and expertise. Great experience for us.

We have nothing but PRAISE for Doug and his team, as they did an awesome job replacing our deck. His quoted price was more than reasonable. As always after removing the old rotted deck, other issues became apparent and required additional work and replacement but they did the extra work at a fair price. What impressed us most is their ability to solve problems quickly and their attention to detail was beyond what we expected. They are not the fastest and that is simply because they do everything like it was their own home. So if you want a excellent price with excellent quality work that just looks so awesome, Doug and Designer Decks should be at the top of your list.

If it was possible to leave no stars, that's what we would do. Last summer we added a covered area between the house and pool. Some may recall that 2016 was the summer of monsoon.... when we saw the rain and the effect on what would be outdoor living space we were like... YIKES. "Oh," said @LewisThibeault, you may need gutters.... Um, OK we said.... "Of course, that costs more." Um, OK. But those gutters were "insufficient" "You may want "SuperGutters," says Lewis... Um, OK. "Of course, that costs more." When the supergutters were insufficient or improperly installed by their subcontractor. Last year, we wrote to them (a year after installation) No response. There were other problems with the work.... We have pictures and emails to document. BUT this is the gift that kept on giving. Bottom line... no pride in craftsmanship, lots of buck passing. No wonder they do not have a FB page. Wonder what the comments on that would be like?

Kevin was happy to address any concerns and questions I had in a timely manner. We were put on the schedule quickly and the work was finished extremely fast. The crew was courteous and cleaned up well after themselves. The only issue I had was that the paver samples were left on my entry way for about three weeks before the job was done and a pallet of pavers was left in my driveway for a week after the job was complete.

    ABOVE THE REST PAINTERS
Fantastic job!! A father and two sons own the business, and they have a team of seven {four of them brothers) and all have worked together more than 10 years. Four people showed up on Thursday and pressure washed everything. Used the washer to get down to the foundation so everything ready for painting. Next day, the whole crew of seven showed up. What teamwork!!! They were extremely detailed and went the extra mile, like painting a small fence around the air handler and many other things without being asked. They used top of the line Sherwin Williams paint (Duration) that had a lifetime warranty and put HC Heavy Shield on the deck. Very satisfied and I would definitely hire again. I had gotten two quotes before them and what locked them in for me was, Freddy, one of the owners arrived to give me a quote. He was very neat in white SW coveralls, pants neatly pressed. You could tell he was proud of his appearance. Then I went outside with my excitable dog to meet him and Buddy (the dog) promptly peed on his nice starched pants. Freddy didn't show any irritation at all, but was so pedantic trying to clean his pants cuff and detailed about getting his cuff cleaned and just perfect, I said to myself that if he is half as detailed in painting a house, this is the team that I want. His brother, Bucky, showed up and managed the team and was on site for the duration. I was so happy with the team, I gave the team supervisor, George, a $50 bill to take his guys out for beer.

This was an absolute nightmare experience. If you only need a cage and no cement work, you should be all right. But keep in mind, you get an estimate of the cost and then a bill when it's done. I never saw these people come out to inspect the job, either during the construction or after. They only did because I complained and refused to pay until the problem was fixed. They obviously just don't care. If you need a patio installed or extended as I did, the cement people are just incredibly poor quality. Knowing that I would be installing a cage, they installed their extension without considering what the level of the existing patio is and how that would affect the lay of the cage foundation since the foundation would extend across both the new and existing patio. So I ended up with a gap beneath the door of the cage, defeating the purpose of a screened patio in the first place. Mark continued to blame the homebuilder who laid the first patio rather than look at the fact that his cement people failed to reconcile the lay of the whole patio. The cement people came out initially in the rain and poured under the worst of circumstances, claiming that the cement pumping truck was on its way, so if they didn't pour, they would have to pay for the cement anyway. So their mistake was at my expense. Finally, after I refused to send the check to pay for the cage until this was fixed, the cement people came back out to make the situation "right," and what a pig they made of it! Aluminum Design gave a bid several hundred more than I was quoted by another company, but Aluminum Design sounded a little more professional. NOT the case. And Aluminum Design does not move sprinkler heads, which the other company did, so I had to pay extra for that as well. This was an all-around mistake to go with Aluminum Design. I urge you to take this review seriously and DON'T go with these people if you need cement work done before the cage goes on. I am sorry to have to write this review. I don't usually review a company whose work is poor, but I feel a need to let others know my story before they too are disappointed.

We paid them for a patio room that doesn't leak, and it continues to leak where the screen room meets the house. If you buy a screen room from them, expect this to happen. What's worse is that if you try and tell them about a problem after completion, they will flat out ignore you, and hope you go away, which is the worst type of company. They will be very eager to take your money in the beginning, though. Find another contractor for your patio room.

    Hoffman Pressure Washing Services Inc
Charlie and his team came out to complete the job within a week of requesting an estimate. He was very professional and responsive to emails which was our primary form of communication. In addition, he was thorough in explaining the process and what was to be expected. Cost was fair and reasonable based on the size of the job. I would definitely consider hiring him and his team again for any future pressure washing and/or paver sealant jobs for my home. Thank you!

This company can't even manage calling someone back for a quote. I was in contact with them 3 times and gave all my info to set an appt. I had to call in to their office because Amanda Wyandt never called me back. She had me text all my info to her but she ignored the text. I called the office to give them my info and apparently the secretary didn't write anything down except my email address. Next I get an email from Amanda asking me for all the same info again, really?! If they can't handle a simple quote I don't think they can handle anything!

The guys did a great job cleaning and staining my pergola. They helped me choose the stain color. Kept me up to date on when they would be at my home. Lance and his team were always on time and very good about letting me know of schedule changes (they couldn't come out one day due to rain). They were very thorough in their work and did an amazing job. I now have a beautifully stained pergola!
