Remodeling a 70+ year old wood frame house is always risky and ours was no different. There were challenges that created change orders but David and his people were adaptable to the challenges that kept effecting their schedule and found economical and creative solutions to meet our needs and keep the project on schedule! ACapital Appliance & A/C Co IncWell. I called and requested assistance with what I thought was the problem. I cleaned a small oven with the oven cleaning setting. It did not work again. I called Capital Appliance and requested service and told them that I thought the heating element was burned out from the high heat of the cleaning cycle. The technician replaced the heating element, but that was not the problem. The company then ordered a sensor as the technician thought that was the problem. The oven still did not work, so the technician replaced the mother board. That was the problem all along. The technician was patient, eliminated each issue that was not causing the problem and re-built my oven. It works! I am totally satisfied with the work. CAUTION: do NOT use the cleaning cycle for oven cleaning. It's much too hot!!!!- Kathleen M.

He showed up right on time and called 30 min prior to arrive. He had all the tool to make a diagnosis quickly and provided all the details to what parts were needed. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.

CGood: on time, knowledgeable, courteous, quick (about 35 minutes total), online booking Not so good: hard to understand receptionist when I called to ask questions before booking and COST. I looked up the cost of the parts after repair. Deducting full retail price from the repair cost, I ended up paying a labor rate of about $300 per hour which seems pretty high in the service industry.

AWe have an very old electric oven and when the lower element shorted I was sure we were toast. Alison was very through on asking me questions about the unit and said that Don would be able to come out the next day. The next morning he called to give me a 2 hour window and before he arrived he also called to let me know he was on his way. Thanks to Alison he knew exactly what the problem was and replaced the unit in no time. If anything every happens again to any appliance in our house he will be the first we call.
