I have gotten numerous compliments from my neighbors and board members. We let him design the lighting and he did an amazing job. We also had multiple problems with our irrigation system and Calvin took care of everything. He is a very hard worker and cares about his clients and does everything possible to make them happy. AANGEL RAIN IRRIGATIONI will definitely hire them again. When I called, I spoke with Jean and she was very knowledgeable on sprinkler systems. Explained what the issue could be. She said someone would be out that day if possible, or the next. I spoke with Jean the next day, and she said Tom would come by, and would call when he's on the way, which she did. Tom checked the system and found it was a simple programing issue. He ran the zones, checked the heads and replaced a couple, and reprogrammed a better schedule for the property. And explained everything so simply that I could understand, lol. I will gladly use them again.- SIKIRA D.

AJermaine and his crew worked VERY hard. The tree removal was quite a job, but they kept at it until they got it removed. The yard leveling was a challenge, and they did a great job making the level area LARGER than we thought we needed (we had a 15 foot temporary pool, they made the level 18 feet wide to give us some 'cheat' space)...so that was very much appreciated. The quality of the leveling was good enough to put our pool up, but it still is a bit off. Would I hire again for a job? Yes, I have no doubt these young men want to work and get the job done. 100% involved.

AFast and reliable! They fixed our irrigation system and knew exactly what was wrong as soon as we described the issue. Problem was fixed quickly, Curtis was great and very careful about covid rules. Price was less than we expected so altogether a great experience! I recommend them highly!

It was time to make a change to better himself but most importantly his families well being and happiness, so he sought out any side work he could find. Eventually Calvin was working 12hrs a day with Bermuda Landscape and Design and 8hrs on side jobs with only a work light and no help....

ACalvin is a man of his word. Flexible scheduling and was always prompt. He redesigned and installed new lighting for our front and back yard. The estimate was reasonable and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Calvin is very personable - I would recommend him for any work of this type.

AWhen another landscaper, recommended by our builder, failed to deliver on our project, we raced to find another. We went to Angie's List and called several of the top recommended firms in the area. Roots Landscape immediately impressed us with their knowledge, professionalism, and honesty about their availability. Jessica and John delivered on our project on time and the plantings were beautiful. Jessica helped me deliver a design for our front circle that yields constant complements. Their pricing was in line with other quotes. The quality far exceeded. We hired them a second time to bring in 4 more palms this November. AKeith and his wife came out to repair and replace the sprinkler "timer box" that you use to set when the sprinklers go off in the lawn (box damaged by hurricane Irma in November 2017 so that should give you a rough estimate as to when they came ;) ) ... over a year later later in December 2018 sprinkler and timer box are still working great and going by my experience with Keith and his wife I am confident they will continue to work well for many years to come :) ... had a very pleasant conversation with Keith on the phone and found him fun to talk to - when he and his wife showed up in person (which was very quickly and promptly after I contacted him) found them both to be very professional, polite and thorough.. highly recommended! Had Keith come back a second time to repair damaged sprinklers (damaged sprinklers happen to us from time to time I hate to blame our lawn mowing guys might not even be them but - (shrugs shoulders) cost of living :) ) - exact same experience, Keith and his wife super friendly, courteous, helpful. To flesh out the other (negative) review left by the person who paid $525 back around June 2014... in a sense, I'm familiar with the person who left the review for the following reason - do me a favor and contact Keith/Rainmaker... Keith will happily direct you to the portion of his website where you can listen to a recording where this customer left a message PHYSICALLY THREATENING KEITH... I'm dead serious, the exact quote was something to the effect of " You better hope I never catch you in a dark alley " and " I'm going to trash your business online" not to mention lots of swearing and obscenities . I couldn't believe it when I heard it. Take that into account when considering that negative review. This person made good on his promise and trashed Keith/Rainmaker on yelp, stating that Keith was saying racist things to the customer's neighbors... that comment left me shaking my head in utter disbelief. I and my wife are people of color ourselves and on top of that we are both Muslims (my wife wears the Muslim head covering - hijab - so it's blatantly obvious we're Muslims) so needless to say that's a "double strike" right there if one is prejudiced to begin with :P .... but I detected absolutely no prejudice whatosover from Keith nor his wife.... just friendly, polite, courteous, professional service. Sorry for going off on a tangent there but I hate to see that sort of injustice being done to a contractor by a customer whose mental health and sanity I, quite frankly, question. Anyways back to what I was talking about earlier - hire Rainmaker you'll be very happy :) ..

AJust returned from my second trip to Meyer's (the first was last summer), and I have only good things to say about my experiences with them. So many beautiful plants (and wonderful, interesting, often surprising design elements, which make wandering a pleasure), spending time there makes me wish I had more land. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait for assistance, and they start loading my truck before I've even had time to ask for help. I really like this place.
