ATotal Home RoofingWe had a few roofing companies come out during a couple months span to get some quotes on a new roof and none of them compared to Total Home Roofing. The amount of time spent ensuring we fully understood every step of the process should we choose to use them gave us confidence the company would make sure it was done right. It started with the Sales Rep, Jordan C, taking his time and answering every question we had (never feeling rushed or pressured to sign anything). His focus on the customer throughout the process, even stopping over during the install just to check-in, is an example of why we ended up going with Total Home Roofing over others.- Thomas L.

ATotal Home RoofingI hired Total Home Roofing and consulted with their Sales Rep Jordan Cronlund. My roof was looking very neglected and I knew it was going to be time to get some items repaired. I held off for a few month but once I spoke with Jordan he educated me on the options I could entertain. I decided to sign and try to see if my insurance would cover the cost of a new roof replacement. It was a long shot but, Total Home Roofing couldn't have made it any easier. They provided genuine reassurance throughout the process and, ultimately, for the cost of my deductible I was able to get a new roof. I can't imagine the work completed on the back-end but as a customer, it felt easy and convenient. Thank you to the company, all the individuals in the back-end and Jordan for helping me out. Since then, I've have been referring THR and Jordan to all inquiring about any roofing job.- Rafael C.

ALL MATERIAL WAS BROUGHT ON A TIMELY MANNER, ALL THAT WAS NEEDED WAS AVAILABLE AND CORRECTLY SUPPLIED. TOTAL HOME ROOFING USED QUALITY MATERIAL AND THE WORK SHOWS IT, THE ROOF LOOKS LIKE A MILLION DOLLARS TO US. ALL MY NEIGHBORS HAVE GIVEN US COMPLEMENTS ON THIS ROOF! THE CREW WAS VERY CAREFUL WITH MY PLANTS, OF WHICH I HAVE MANY ALL AROUND THE HOUSE, THEY CLEANED UP "EVERYWHERE", EVEN AT THE NEIGHBORS, WHERE THE WIND HAD BLOWN SOME PLASTIC DEBRIS OVER TO THEIR YARD. THEY ARRIVED SHARPLY AT 7:00 A.M. & WORKED TILL LATE AFTERNOON. THEIR LUNCH BREAK WAS QUIET AND BACK ON THE ROOF ON A TIMELY MANNER. VERY POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY HARD WORKING, RESPONSIBLE, AN VERY POLITE CREW. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE THEM WORKING ON OUR ROOF. ATotal Home RoofingWe had 5 different roofing companies that gave us estimates. Out the 5 we had only 1 that took the time to explain with details on what needed to be done and answered all our questions with out hesitation. Our service representative was JORDAN CRONLUND. Jordan Cronlund showed us all our options type of shingles and the difference in prices and quality. He took the time to answer all of our questions with details. We felt very comfortable talking to him because he wasn’t trying to leave for another appointment like the other representative did. He worked in different parts of the roofing business so he is full of knowledge. Comparing prices they were the best price with the type of shingle we wanted. We had 1 roofing company Collis that took them 5 days for me to get an estimate and I had to keep calling the guy. With Total Home Roofing we got the estimate instantly. Collis was charging about the same Price but there were a lot of things they didn’t include. We got the top notch shingles, with a new skylight for less than Collis was charging. And Collis wasn’t giving me the top notch shingles. If you live in a raining area like I do (Florida) you have to be aware of the rain delays, if you are scheduled for Monday and it rains all day on Thursday and Friday you will probably be rescheduled for Tuesday instead of Monday. That’s what happened to us but once again Jordan was on top of it by calling us and letting us know In advance. It’s hard to get a good contractor with knowledge, experience, friendly, and great customer service and I’m glad I call Total Home Roofing. Specially I’m glad Jordan Cronlund was my representative. Don’t hesitate call them and ask for Jordan. I already referred 2 of my friends to them and they are under contract. I hope this helps you make the right call. Thank you Roland- Roland V.

FScheduled an appointment for 9am Tuesday and the individual did not show. I waited 20 minutes and had to leave for work. The individual arrived sometime later and informed my son the he would email me a quote. To this day I still have not received an email nor a for call from this individual or the company. Extremely poor customer service & no respect or regard for other peoples time.

Kevin ensured my project was scheduled early during a period when a large backlog of similar projects were developing with associated price increases. Kevin provided shingle samples from which I chose one that complimented the brick on my home. During the 1.5-day installation, Kevin ensured the work proceeded smoothly. Kevin ensured the jobsite was clean and free of nails and screws when the project was finished. I am very pleased with Kevin's performance and that of Sheegog Contracting.

AAfter living in our house for less than 2 months, our Insurance Company demanded that we replace our roof at our cost by a certain time or they would drop us. This is in spite of 2 different roofing contractors saying our roof had 6-8 years of use left. Next Level Roofing did everything they could to help us meet the Insurance deadline. They performed the contract to all specifications in time for us to meet our insurance deadline. Everyone including the owner, office staff, field staff and installers were excellent to work with. They made practical suggestions for installation of a quality product at a fair price and I am extremely satisfied with the experience I had with them.

AWe needed a corner of our roof repaired after the excavation company digging our pool accidentally clipped the corner of our house with their excavator. Mark came to the house the same day I contacted him and provided a quote on site. He ordered supplies needed and within a few days his guys were here and repaired the corner. You can't even tell there was ever an issue. Great service and quality work. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends and will use Crew Pro in the future for any roofing needs.

AA+! I used SCM Roofing to install a new roof on my home in Tampa. To start, Jason was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process. Even more importantly, the work his team did was very high quality and met my expectations. They also got the job done very quickly and efficiently, which I appreciated (along with my neighbors) so we could get back to our normal routine. They cleaned up everything when the work was done and took tremendous care of my property while they were working. I had a few questions after the work was done, and Jason and the team continued to be incredibly responsive, ensuring all of my questions were answered and expectations 100% met. I'd highly recommend SCM and will continue to use them for any roof services in the future!
