    We purchased a play system from this Comoran, thoughtful their showroom is now on Bennett Drive in Longwood. The young lady who was there in Saturday was very genial and helpful. The person who was supposed to be doing the installation was also there. The system we ordered was not in stock, but we were willing to wait. After the installation, my wife noticed some defects in the staining, and a few areas of abraded wood where there was small splinter-like material.I called to ask that these problems be corrected, and was told to send photographs which I did instantly. I waited a while, and then called several times leaving messages. These calls were never returned. I called once on a Saturday, and talked to the young lady who sold us the system, She found the pictures, and promised that she would make sure that the owners would see them. The proprietors could have sent somebody back to inspect these problems, re-stained them and sanded the rough spots, but they never even called to acknowledge my multiple messages. I have never gotten rude, and have tried to be diplomatic, but evidently once the credit card charge cleared we became invisible. CAVEAT EMPTOR

    It went great for me, but not so great for the guys who had to install it. It was very tedious work in that there was a 1/8 " leeway in all directions. The width was the first target, then they had to drill holes in the TV in order to get the precise setting with the length or we would not be able to use our remots. It took quite a bit longer than they anticipated and they had always had smiles on their faces and were very polite. Even though the job took quite a bit longer than anticipated, there was no mention of me paying extra as we had decided on a price in advance. I thought they were amazing and my TV looks great and I hope you will hire them yourself.

    "Apartment Movers" -- Go Moving
    We were very pleased with our move today. Ricky, Eddie and Miguel were on time meeting us at the storage unit and got right to work. First they checked to see which items needed to be moved. This included some antiques, delicate items and oversized shelving units. They were very careful moving everything into the truck, wrapping and securing items. They followed us to the new location, although they knew how to get there. We could see that they were careful going around turns and driving the speed limit. When we arrived at the new location, they were very efficient and helped us make the most of the new storage space. Nothing was damaged. They were done in just under two hours and we are very pleased .

    I entered into a contract for Spradlin Relocation/Bekins to move my household belongings into my new home on May 29, 2015.  We had a representative (I believe his name was Tom) from the company come to our old address to view everything that needed to be moved prior to receiving a quote for their moving services.  At the time I made the reservation, I was advised that the movers would arrive to our address between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. on the morning of Friday, May 29, 2015.  I advised the person taking the reservation that I needed to be out of my house by 11:00 a.m. at the very latest as the closing was scheduled for noon that day and he assured me there would be ample time to move everything.  We were also promised approx. 15 garment boxes at no charge in which to pack our clothing.

     

    On the morning of May 29th, the movers did not arrive until 9:30 a.m. ? over an hour later than scheduled.  They did not have the 15 garment boxes for our clothing and during the course of packing the truck, 2 of the 3 workers took about a 20 minute break even though they knew we were on a tight time schedule.  Towards the end of the packing, it was realized that they did not have enough room on their truck to fit all our belongings.  This caused a huge problem with the buyer for my house not being able to complete a final walk-thru of the property prior to closing as she wanted all of our property off the premises before she would agree to proceed with the closing.  We ended up having to pile our remaining belongings (including a flat-screen TV) in our neighbor?s front yard until we could make other arrangements to have those items moved. Our clothes ended up being draped over a dirty gas grill in the back of their truck because we didn?t have the clothing boxes for them. We had a 3 bedroom, 1500 s.f. townhouse....how could our belongings not fit in a semi-truck?!? 



    Due to their late arrival, work break, and the space issues stated above, I was not able to vacate the property until after 1:00 p.m.  This delay caused the buyer for my house to threaten to cancel the sale entirely or, at the very least, postpone the closing until the following Monday.  This would have left my family without a place to live as I needed the funds from the sale of that property to purchase our new home which I was closing on at the same time.  The closing was re-scheduled to later in the day on the 29 th , but that then delayed the purchase of my new home.  Due to the delayed closing, I was not able to take possession of my new home until approx. 5:00 p.m. on May 29 th.



    Once all items were moved in, it was noted that a few pieces of furniture had been broken in the move.  Those items were noted on the paperwork received from Spradlin/Bekins. As we continued to unpack the following week, it became apparent that more and more items had been broken and set-up in their locations in a way that would hide their damage.  There were also valuable lawn equipment items completely missing which have no doubt ended up at a pawn shop somewhere.



    I contacted Terry at Spradlin Relocation/Bekins on June 1st to inquire about the claim process regarding my broken/destroyed/missing property as well as to find out how the company would be compensating me for not providing the promised garment boxes, arriving late and causing the delay in my closings as well as not being able to fit all my belongings in the moving truck.  I was advised that he would email me a claim form for the broken/destroyed/missing items and that he would need to speak with some people and get back to me on the other issues.  I didn?t receive the claim form from him until June 4th and I emailed the completed form back to him on June 9th.   I called back on June 2nd, approx. June 11th or 12th and June 18th to follow-up on the claim form, as well as emailed a few times to advise him of new items that I had discovered broken/missing and to see how the company was going to compensate me for the other issues.  I never received a return phone call or email in response to ANY of my inquiries. 



    It is now Sept. 25th and I am now receiving a response saying that I can't add the additional items that weren't on my original claim form as it has been longer than 30 days.  No mention of them refusing to respond to my inquiries within the 30 day period so I couldn't claim additional items for reimbursement.

    Customer service is horrible.  They are just out to make a buck and don't care how they treat people.  Their response has pretty much been, "I'm sorry we didn't provide services as outlined in the contract.  You didn't notify us in time because we wouldn't respond to your timely phone and email messages.  You're screwed and there's nothing you can do about it!"


    I would steer far away from this company. They tell you lies to get you to use their services and then kick you to the curb as soon as you complain about problems with the promised services.


    This company gets an F in my book!
