    I4 Kitchen Bath
A representative came out on time to look at our kitchen. He spent a lot of time punching stuff into his fancy computer and went over some details. He didn't have any samples to show us unfortunately. They seemed professional, but their price was $3000 over most other people we talked to, and $5000 more than the company we went with. I think they would have done the work fine.

Charlie is a problem solver and will figure out the best way to make your desires come to life in spite of whatever difficulties the task presents. They are reasonably priced and do good work, both qualities that are not common enough in the trades today.

    Broome Property Enterprises
After researching several companies for my remodel, I decided on Broome Property Enterprises. I reached out for an estimate and received a response within a few hours setting up the consultation. Upon meeting the team their knowledge, experience and professionalism put me completely at ease. Broome Property Enterprises did a fantastic job turning my vision into a reality that resulted in remodeling the lower level of my home. They removed several walls opening up the kitchen to the living areas, removed the drop down ceiling, and replaced the flooring throughout the house with a beautiful wood tile floor. The largest part of the project was a complete remodel on the kitchen, it included all new cabinetry, counter-top, backslash and a change to the layout. Their design team recommended that I turn the island to open up the space in the kitchen. I was weary to make the change and when I expressed my concerns the owner, David, was onsite within a few hours to talk through and tape off the new layout of the kitchen and ease my concerns. The outcome of turning the island made the space a million times more functional, opened up the area from the kitchen to the family room and provided a lot of additional cabinet and counter-top space. I had the same crew throughout the process of the remodel, they always showed up on time and ready to work. They were always available to answer my questions or talk through any concerns. The work-space was clean and safe after each days work (which was important with little ones). For a first time renovation BPE made the process easy and worry free. I couldnt be happier with the results - the craftsmanship, attention to detail and quality of work was incredible. I will definitely be hiring Broome Property Enterprises when Im ready to remodel the bathrooms.

    Applied Contracting Services
ACS began "work" on September 17, 2018 on bathroom remodel. I had problems with them from the get go. They have installed nothing and left me high and dry. They are very much about cutting corners. 1) After they did demo and had left, I found rotted wood they were going to leave in the wall and cover with shower remodel, I asked them to remove it. The workers were NOT permitted to do this without getting the PM, Steve Dinter's permission!! He then sent another person, Lawrence, who told one of the workers "see if this goes through the wood" and hands him his car key!! Very professional. It did, and they pulled it, BUT if I hadn't gone back to look, they were still going to leave some there, made them take it out. I KEPT THESE WOOD PIECES, SHOWED THEM TO THE OWNER WITH NO RESPONSE 2) they did not want to move the vent pipe correctly to open the wall for the glass enclosure and were going to put in a "knee wall", I acquiesced at first, but then told them "no" this is NOT what we contracted for. 2A) they then wanted to put the vent thru the floor which the Seminole County Inspector told them they could not do and he would fail it. They FINALLY had a plumber come and move it, apparently correctly, and it did pass. 3) We purchased a new bathroom exhaust vent. They do not want to install it correctly; e.g.; pull the mechanical permit, have an a/c person install it and VENT it through the roof/gable. They want to take the new fan and put the "guts" of it into the box from the old fan that was installed when the house was built in 1973 and have it "exhaust" into the attic. This was told to me by one of the owners, Russ Kasper. 3A) Whoops!! Guess what the Seminole County Inspector had to say about that?? Oh and BTW, they FAILED the first plumbing inspection in the shower area. 4) After they removed the remainder of the shower wall board (we had already done some ourselves) they were only going to put NEW insulation in where it was gone!! They were going to leave the 1973 insulation in there if I had not caught it. 5) because they had cut up the floor in their attempt to short cut the vent, that had to be replaced. In doing so I observed they had thrown trash in the space between the floor and the ceiling below!! Cut up pieces of wood etc., and there again was the 1973 insulation!! I had them clean it out and remove and replace the insulation. The insulation was here, they just weren't doing it. THERE HAS BEEN NO WORK DONE ON THIS REMODEL SINCE OCTOBER 08, 2018. Steve Dinter, Russ Kasper and an A/C person were here on OCTOBER 24, 2018 to go over the exhaust vent and addition of another A/C vent. Russ Kasper called me at 05:15 PM on OCTOBER 25, 2018 to inform me the A/C company declined the work, I asked why, he said the person felt tension between he and I and declined the job. Gee, wonder why there would be any tension here?? Their office is every bit as bad. They are non-responsive to the point where I drove over to their location on West Colonial Drive and waited close to an hour to speak to Debbie who despite my showing her my list of messages to her on August 06, 07, 08, 10, 15, and 17 when I finally went there. Oh, you never got them you say? I suggested she may need to do a better job at her job. I now have nothing. I have a toilet sitting in my hallway now for 3 weeks waiting to be taken upstairs. We have spent a lot of money for NOTHING except for the three huge contractor size bags of trash they left in the closet space! Too heavy for me to move. One of the workers, Tony, walked off with my 25 foot tape measurer, I have asked Steve Dinter to return it to me several times. I still don't have it or a new one to replace it with.

    Kitchen Crafters Inc
Jim and the crew at Kitchen Crafters were exceptional to work with. Jim really took the time to work with us on coming up with a new layout for our kitchen that was functional, beautiful and within our budget. We really appreciated that he came out to our house to view the space, measure and talk to us about what we wanted to accomplish prior to providing a quote so that we knew it was going to be realistic. When it was time to start the project Jim gave us a timeline and he and his crew really stuck to it (which was great as it was right before the holidays), they were on time, reliable, professional and courteous. Jim stopped by the project almost every day to check in on the progress and work out any details that needed to be addressed. Overall, it was just a really great experience and we really appreciated the effort and care that when into making our kitchen great.

    Kalos Cabinet & Stones
They came out in a timely manner and gave me a written estimate which was very reasonable. I called back to ask a few questions, left message to call me back. I never heard from them again. So no work was performed. I have nothing negative to say about them, I just assumed they were too busy with other jobs. My project is still open, haven't found anyone yet.

    Laffo Inc
Project did not start on time or finish on date promised. Have been without bathroom from July 9 to present 8/1/2018. Workmanship was poor. Owner/Roman was very vocal when mistakes were brought to his attention. Invoice was not corrected when we asked for some of the work to be removed. Paid for services not rendered.

    S & W Kitchens Inc
Great. They S and W team provided detailed design. We reviewed the design with Krista until it was exactly what we wanted. Then Tim and his crew built exactly what was designed. The schedule end date was the date the project was completed. The team was flexible with our family occupying a portion of the house. It you want to know exactly what you will have when finished hire S and W.
